A friend recommended Qilou. I stayed in this hotel for one night. I booked a river view room. The view was not so beautiful because it was raining. The breakfast was ordinary. The dinner was well cooked and reasonably priced. The taste was good. It was not a star hotel. It was a bit outrageous to charge a 10% service fee. Tea was also required. It was charged even if I didn't order it. I took a bath in the bathtub in the room at night to eliminate fatigue. As a result, the bathtub was leaking. I almost slipped. I couldn't see clearly that there was water on the tiles. I slipped and saw that it was all water. The aunt came to clean it quickly because it was too late and refused to repair it. I hope the hotel will repair the room in time. The attitude of the waiters is good.

The room was very clean, and the hotel front desk staff were very polite. The room facilities were complete, and each room even had a water purifier, so you didn't need to boil water to get hot water. Downstairs, there's a restaurant, and guests get a 10% discount, which is super convenient. Overall, everything was excellent. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit!

Very large hotel, feels like thousands of rooms in a maze-like configuration in a mouse hotel. Breakfast is cheap enough, across from rail station so that’s why most people book this hotel I suppose.

The location of the hotel is very good and traveling is very convenient. The girl at the front desk was very considerate and upgraded us to a lake view room. This trip was a perfect experience. We will choose this hotel next time.

Highly recommend this hidden gem of a family-friendly hotel for those traveling with kids! The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, making it super convenient for walks and sightseeing. Upon arrival, we received a lovely welcome gift, and at checkout, we were given a thoughtful farewell present, which instantly made us feel right at home. The family room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for the kids to run and play without feeling cramped. A special shout-out to all the staff for their incredibly attentive and thoughtful service; they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Our stay was perfect, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I have stayed at the Wyndham Baise Resort a few times during the past couple of years. This past week I stayed two nights with friends to celebrate my birthday. The hotel staff delivered a cake and card to my room, which was a sweet surprise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always someone available who can speak English if you need it. We enjoy eating at the restaurant on the first floor which has a variety of good food to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a pool and a sauna that we use every time we go. I love the view of the city and river from the window. A mall and some restaurants are in walking distance.

The room was clean and the environment was great! We brought our one-year-old baby, and they provided two bed rails, which was very helpful. The only downside was that our room, which had a view, was a bit noisy being right by the road. Also, the soundproofing wasn't great; we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway starting around 6 AM every morning. The staff at both check-in and check-out were very friendly and approachable. We also rented an electric scooter from them, and it had amazing battery life – we drove over 30 kilometers and the battery indicator didn't even drop a bar! We also did a travel photoshoot, which was excellent, and there were no hidden or forced charges. When we checked out, they even helped us carry our luggage to the car. When I mentioned the noise during our stay, they even offered us some snacks as a kind gesture! Overall, a very good experience!

For my trip to Guilin this time, I stayed at the Poetry and Faraway hotel in both Yangshuo and Guilin, and the service was truly excellent! Many hotels nowadays charge for laundry, but this one offers free washing and drying, even folding and plastic-wrapping your clothes before returning them to your room. This is incredibly thoughtful for gentlemen like us who are constantly on the road! The butler service was also top-notch, always accommodating requests and responding to messages promptly, helping us out a lot. The breakfast was very good, although the rice noodles in Guilin and Yangshuo had some differences, and there was a wide variety of local specialties. We booked river-view rooms, and the scenery from them was superb, directly facing Fubo Hill. The hotel's riverside location offers incredible, first-rate views! The in-room Wi-Fi was fast, and there were even rocking chairs, free tea bags so you could enjoy tea with a view, and a handheld garment steamer. The hotel is also centrally located, making it convenient to get to many places, and taxis arrive quickly. There's also a parking lot for those driving, complete with charging stations. Many of the hotel staff act as mini-guides, recommending great places to eat and fun activities, so we will definitely be back next time.

The location is excellent, with Metro Line 1 right outside the door and MixC shopping mall nearby. The housekeeping auntie responsible for room 2813 from November 21st to 24th provided exceptional service. I apologize for forgetting to ask her name. The view of the morning glow from the room was beautiful. Regarding facilities, the elevator is small. After showering in room 2813, water seeped into the toilet area, likely due to insufficient caulking. The room information on Trip.com was incorrect. The pictures showed a capsule coffee machine, but there was only drip coffee available. At breakfast, I left some fruit on the table, but someone else took the table later. The gentleman loudly asked me twice where it said the table was occupied. The restaurant really needs to consider if they have a contingency plan for dealing with rude, ill-mannered, and visually unappealing individuals who also hog tables.

It was my first time to sleep on a 3-meter bed. It was super cool. The hotel facilities and services are great. The surrounding area is also convenient. RT-Mart is just over 900 meters away. There is free underground parking. The breakfast included in the hotel is also good. My favorite thing is riding a shared electric scooter around Yulin. I went to Shishijie Night Market, Yuntian Cultural City, and Kelawan Water Park. I can stay in a hotel of this level for less than 300 yuan during the National Day. I think it’s worth it!
