The room itself is actually great value for money, but the facilities are basic. There's no paid drinking water in the room, and you have to go to the second floor to buy it, which is really inconvenient. Downstairs, there's a place to store luggage, but not overnight. The location is convenient; it's a 5-6 minute walk to the Charging Bull, and you can easily walk to the New York Stock Exchange and other financial areas. There's a subway entrance directly across from the hotel, with at least four platforms nearby, which is very handy. It's also close to the South Ferry. If you buy a New York City unlimited weekly subway pass, getting around is super easy from here.
Check-in was simple with friendly front desk workers who offered us bottled water from a refrigerator in the lobby. The room was very clean and well-equipped with tea, coffee, a refrigerator and microwave. I especially liked the fact that the floor was not carpeted but wood laminate, which is much easier to clean. The pool looked brand new and was open late. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk and protein bars with bags to pack for takeaway or to eat there. The location was perfect to visit The Corning Museum of Glass, which was under 10 minutes away.

The hotel's hygiene was good, and the lobby's color scheme was pleasant. Located in the heart of New York City, the room was a bit small. Although we booked a third-party room, the front desk informed us that our gold card could be used, giving us a $46 credit daily, which was a nice gesture. It's conveniently located, very close to the subway station.
The hotel's soundproofing wasn't great. Upon arrival, we had to pay a $75 per day deposit (which was shown on the platform). Additionally, there was a $30 daily 'Destination fee' for each night's stay, which we were unaware of in advance. Besides this, there were two additional taxes (as shown in image 6). So, in terms of cost, beyond the room rate already paid on the platform, these extra charges need to be added.
The hotel's breakfast was delicious and almost felt free (menu attached). They offer service in English and Spanish. Overall, the experience was decent. I suggest the platform clearly display all additional fees.

The room was quite spacious, but my suitcase ended up blocking the door when placed near the entrance. The air conditioning only had hot/cold settings and couldn't be adjusted, and it was quite noisy and drying. The closet for hanging clothes was tiny; a single winter down jacket filled it completely. The duvet was very thin, and the quality didn't seem great. The room didn't provide toothbrushes or slippers, but there was shower gel and shampoo. The hairdryer stopped working on the third day after two days of use. The biggest issue was the elevators; for 36 floors with at least 8 rooms per floor, there were only two elevators. Waiting for 10 minutes to go down in the morning was common. One day, one of them broke down, and I waited for half an hour!
Good downtown location
Well maintained lobby and convenient restaurants including Starbucks -elevators and entrances were good
Polite staff
Downside was hairdryer not working and tea kettle was missing- although it was delivered on request
Overall a decent experience
BAH is literally at the end of one of the runways which I thought would be an issue from hearing planes take off from my room - it was not an issue at all. Look, for the money this hotel is fine. It's not the Ritz-Carlton. It is a clean hotel, with decently appointed rooms, comfortable bed and no weird smells in the room. Would I stay there again? 100%.
Everything is great about this hotel, very spacious and Caroline at the the front desk is very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint is the aircon/heater unit in the room is very noisy, as it's not central air.

The hotel was generally very clean. The location, I suppose like everywhere else in Manhattan, was constantly noisy with car horns and the unsettling sounds of police and ambulance sirens. The hotel staff were certainly friendly, but that's not quite the same as being efficient. The front desk area was unusually small. Perhaps it was due to the peak season, but there was a continuous overflow of people checking in and out, and no one was managing the queue. As a result, some less attentive individuals had to wait forever for their turn, which made me think, 'Only in America.' The power outlet in my room was faulty, and my phone didn't charge overnight. I only realized it when my phone was about to die while I was out the next day, which caused a panic. When I returned and informed the hotel, they replaced it immediately. However, it seemed like they were only replacing them as complaints came in, which made me wonder about their maintenance policy. Also, perhaps it's standard practice everywhere in NYC, but storing luggage after check-out cost $5 per bag.

I've stayed at the three most central hotels in Flushing, and this one is the cheapest, but the service is super good, and breakfast is delivered promptly. The most, most, most important thing is the excellent blackout curtains. Since I was traveling with a baby, and due to jet lag, the baby needed to sleep during the day, the blackout here was fantastic. It's perfectly suited for travelers dealing with jet lag, and even staff from various airlines stay here. The only downside is that it gets fully booked too quickly. For a few days in between, I stayed at some hotels next door, and the difference was night and day. This hotel still beats all other hotels in Flushing for value for money, service, and blackout capabilities.
Shabby and rundown hotel, simple breakfast with muffin as the main course. Additionally, the sound proofing in the rooms we're extremely poor as we could hear the sounds of our neighbours resulting in bad sleep. On the other hand rhe location was great as it was next to the highway and the enormous mall with attractions rhat will keep you entertained for days.

GGuest UserNice and beautiful hotel. But there was no bellboy or luggage service. It’s not easy to take especially a lot luggage by our self
JJoanYang24Centrally located, the hotel offers convenient transportation and is easily accessible. The overall appearance and facilities are modern and new, providing excellent value for money, and it's a bit more affordable compared to other hotels in the area.
GGuest UserGood location, staff were excellent. Nothing was too much. On checking in there was an error, only showed we had one room, but when showing confirmation was rectified straight away. Close to subway to get around the city. Rooms are small but what you need because you are out and about. However, rooms are modern and quiet. Wardrobe door was broken but didn’t spoil our stay.
Paid $125 per room deposit, only down fall was on checking out had another charge on my card, for both rooms and unsure what this is for. Didn’t receive any confirmation or reassurance I will get my deposits back. But overall couldn’t fault the hotel. Roof top bar, probably needs some work, tiles were lose and staff weren’t ready when we went up, so didn’t stop for a drink just went straight back down.

AAnonymous UserThe room was incredibly spacious, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's super close to 5th Avenue and Times Square, just a quick walk away. There's a supermarket nearby and tons of restaurants, which is really convenient. The room service was also great, very diligent and excellent!
AAnonymous UserVery poor breakfast bar.
Had to pay extra charges (in addition to the price displayed on trip.com) that they then refund in the form of a voucher to spend at the bar. Bad surprise.
Good overall otherwise.
SShuozoujiuzoudekaiwenThis hotel boasts a great location with easy access to transportation, and the shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport is a definite plus. My overall experience was fantastic. Firstly, the front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and instantly putting me at ease. The room itself was spacious and well-arranged, with a perfectly soft and comfortable bed. The cleanliness was impeccable, with attention to detail evident – no strange odors or dust anywhere. Restaurants, shops, and public transportation were all easily accessible nearby. My only minor suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options, but overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again.
HHarpoprahBe careful about their hidden cost, everyday you need to pay around US$50 for their all access fees(lounge, roof top, gym) which is mandatory!
It is not indicated in the booking so I feel cheated that I have to pay for such fees which amount up to US$150 for my 3 nights there.
And did I mention you have to carry all your luggages by yourself which I had to push the luggage trolley myself!
Amazing location but I will not go there again!
GGuest UserThis hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station. It's incredibly convenient to get anywhere by metro. On the downside, the facilities are quite old; for example, the bathtub tends to pool water when you shower. There's also a central train station nearby with plenty of restaurants to choose from.
GGuest UserThe hotel has an excellent location with easy access to the city center. It was clean; however, the facilities were limited. The elevator was not very convenient, and the service—especially for breakfast and hospitality—was quite weak. In addition, basic amenities such as cleaning supplies, slippers, and proper bathroom equipment were missing.
JJanaElgThis is your no frills place for a place to lay your head. It was relatively clean, had all the necessary amenities, adequate breakfast, housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again. It gets the job done a peaceful rest without breaking the bank. The room had a slight odor not sure what it was but maybe they should do a deep clean to all the rooms and bathrooms. It could be just the one I was in. The toilet seat wasn’t cleaned that well but I survived.
