"The hotel's location is excellent. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building, which also houses the Shinkansen and JR stations. Inside the building, you'll find plenty of dining options, a supermarket, and shops. The surrounding area is bustling with even more shopping malls. It's incredibly convenient on a rainy day, as you can spend half the day exploring without even stepping outside. It's also super easy for train travel; just go downstairs, and you're there, saving time on commuting and waiting. The breakfast is also quite diverse."

"The room size was perfect for a solo traveler, and the bed was large, clean, and tidy. It's very close to Sendai Station and there's a big FamilyMart nearby, which was really convenient."

"Great stay. Everything was great, self-check-in machine was very convenient and easy to use. I had actually left my luggage at the hotel before checking in. When I came back, my luggage was already waiting for me in my room. I was honestly so surprised by this service. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The room was compact, but the space was used very efficiently. There were two bottles of water provided, and there was storage space under the bed. The location isn’t very close to a JR station, but it’s surrounded by restaurants, and shopping street. I really loved this hotel and would definitely stay at a Mitsui hotel again!"

"Facilities: From the hotel lobby to the rooms, everything felt comfortable, elegant, and grand. Environment: It's a convenient 5-10 minute walk from Sendai Station, and there's a 7-Eleven right on the first floor. Plus, the famous Gyutan (beef tongue) restaurant, Zenjirou, is right next door. Sendai Morning Market is also just around the corner. Service: The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast service was top-notch."

"The Asahi Shimbun building is right next door, haha! I was always so curious about it when watching Detective Conan. Sendai's beef tongue is absolutely amazing; I ate it twice nearby. I used to not like beef tongue, but now I can't get enough of it! I even got a stationery tissue box from B Shop from a gachapon, so lucky!"

"The hotel is within walking distance from Sendai Station, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. It's also right next to the morning market, where there's a popular oyster restaurant."

"The service and facilities are good. The hot springs are divided into men's and women's time slots, and if you have enough time, you can soak in all the hot springs. Free massage chairs are also available in the hot springs. The hotel has a gift shop and a bar. Note that the hotel may not provide dinner, but there is a convenience store opposite the hotel."

"Truly a 10/10 experience. The interior is just as aesthetic and spacious as the pictures suggest. It’s perfectly situated near public transport, making it so easy to get around, yet it remains peaceful and quiet with zero street noise. The room was spotless and had a fresh, clean scent. "I had an excellent stay at Sendai Washington Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making for a very pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing us to settle in quickly. One feature I particularly appreciated was the bathroom, which offered both a separate shower area and a bathtub, giving guests the option of a quick shower or a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily return. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the furnishings in the room. I would have preferred a proper work desk instead of the small coffee table provided, as it would have been more practical for guests who need a comfortable space to work, write, or organize their travel plans. The location was another highlight of our stay. The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from Sendai Station, making it extremely convenient for travellers. The area around the station offers a wide range of amenities, including restaurants, cafes, local markets, shopping malls, and the bus terminal. We also boarded the Loople Sendai sightseeing bus from the terminal, which was a great way to explore and get an overview of the city's main attractions."

"A very nice and convenient hotel. About 8 min walk from sendai main station. The hotel entrance along the road can bit a bit of challenge to find but just keep a eye on it. The room is large and spacious by japanese standard. I did not try the breakfast but they provide free starbuck coffee at lounge from 1400 to 2200hrs. Would be good if they can change that hrs to morning onwards. They provide two type of pillows, one hard and one soft..which is good. Thanks for hosting me"
