AAnonymous UserIt's about a 25-30 minute walk to the city center, or 10 minutes by bus, which was perfectly comfortable for me, though some might find it a bit far.
Check-in is through the restaurant on the first floor.
Check-out is by 3 PM, which is very convenient.
The place looks exactly like the photos – clean and in excellent condition. It can be a little noisy with the window open, but it didn't bother me. There aren't enough mugs in the room, but there are glasses. There are grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby.
If I'm ever in Novi Sad again, I'd definitely stay here!

In detail, I see only positives.
I really liked the hotel and the staff. The interior is modern and beautiful, the rooms are clean and cozy, the bed and pillows are excellent, and the mattress is luxurious – like a cloud! Upon check-in, we were greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation, and all our requests were taken into account.
There's underground parking, a spa area with a hammam, a sauna with panoramic views of the city, and a jacuzzi.
I can't comment on the breakfast, as we didn't order it. If you order it separately, it's 22 euros per person. There are plenty of coffee shops in the area that are open from 8:00 AM, and we went there.
The hotel isn't located right in the city center, about 2 km walk away, but that didn't cause us any inconvenience; walking is always good for you 🙂
The hotel leaves a pleasant impression and makes us want to return – that's my main focus.

Kkmbrly mnsAbsolutely recommend this place. Staff is so lovely, helpful and friendly. The rooms are super comfortable. The view from our room was just absolutely stunning. There are some lovely pools and a wonderful wellness. Breakfast is proper and enough variety for everyone. There is a bus stop at 1 minute walk and a taxi in to the city is very affordable. Would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserYou know how satisfied I am with this hotel when I first arrived. The evaluation once surpassed the Moscow Hotel. Until the night there was a similar bug in the photo, and there was more than one. After eliminating three, I just wanted to fool around and deal with it for one night. It was troublesome to find the front desk to change rooms and I didn't want to move after I was tired for a day. The mentality collapsed when the fourth one appeared. Looking for the front desk to change rooms. The room we booked was originally very big, but the small room we changed later did not make up the difference. I was tired after playing for a day and didn't want to reason with them. Although the front desk gave us a bottle of red wine as compensation, I still have to give him a bad review. It really affects the mood of traveling too much. By the way, I also know that people don't do secret things. I told them at the front desk that I must complain to you. You are not eligible for five-star online reviews.
