Best Western Regina Elena is an average hotel with decent service. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either. Parking was a bit pricey, and while the room was okay overall, the bathroom was quite small.
Breakfast was simple, with an okay selection — enough to get you started for the day, but nothing memorable.
It’s fine for a short stay, but don’t expect anything fancy.
Don't come to stay, the surface is bright and beautiful, there are many real pits, and the damage can be stopped in time and leave quickly. This is a hotel in the mountains, I booked for 3 days. But I don't know if I have to take the bus to Cinque Terre for about 2 hours to Las Pezia, and there is no bus on Sunday. I have to go to Milan this day and let the hotel refund the money. I can call a taxi for 50 euros. When I booked the hotel, you didn't tell me that there was no car on Sunday, and now it makes sense not to refund the money. Moreover, the hotel has no restaurants around the mountain. You can book a hotel and the reservation number is No. 1. For dinner, I told the foreman to order Italian dishes. He recommended meat pasta. In the end, I only had this pasta. I was dizzy! In addition, the table 2 table Italian Zhongden ordered an Italian salad + ham, and blinked at me while eating. I forced this not delicious pasta to eat and leave. It was said that breakfast was provided, but it was only open at 7:10 in the morning. The bus arrived at the station at 7:30. It took 10 minutes to walk to the bus station. There was no car after that, and the time was stuck by them. The ancient place, today people do not relax, only stop loss in time, leave 2 days in advance, only stay for one night, and lose themselves.
Following the hotel last night, another very good Best Western, the view of the mid-mountain is unbeatable, the hotel staff is very polite, and brought three room cards for different rooms, took me upstairs, and let me choose one!
Excellent hotel for very modest money!
Located not far from the embankment, 20 minutes to the train station at a leisurely pace.
Lived on the 4th floor - a good view, beautiful sunrises.
The room is really modern, everything is there, even a bath :)
Breakfast is normal, you will not leave hungry.
The staff is a separate point. The guys are great, they will tell you everything, show you, recommend where to go for dinner.
In short, excellent impressions of the hotel ❤️
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Grand Hotel Villa Balbi in Sestri Levante. It was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location and unparalleled hospitality this luxurious hotel offered.
The hotel is in a magnificent historical villa, surrounded by lush gardens and overlooking the spectacular Ligurian Sea. The breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque town of Sestri Levante made my stay even more memorable.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, attentive to my every need throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient.
My room was delightful, with a plush, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower.
The room was immaculately clean, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure it remained so during my stay.
Breakfast was a lavish spread of freshly baked pastries, local cheeses, and various fruits and cereals, providing the perfect start to my day.
I took advantage of the hotel's beautiful outdoor pool area. The pool area featured comfortable loungers, allowing for relaxing and soaking up the Mediterranean sun.
The true highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi staff. They were always friendly, courteous, and eager to assist, making me feel at home. Their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable and contributed significantly to my overall experience.
My stay at the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi in Sestri Levante was an unforgettable experience that exceeded my expectations. The stunning location, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional service create a magical and memorable getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing escape on the Italian Riviera.
The hotel was clean and much bigger than we anticipated. It was a bit of a hassle getting checked in online to get our “digital” room key. There was no one at reception so we had to call multiple times and chat via whatsapp. Ended up talking about 45 minutes.
Nice hotel with perfect parking garage and very good breakfast and coffee, kind breakfast staff and clean and spacious room.

Very Good
YYudumVery friendly reception staff. They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day... there's just a room cleaning without changing the sheets. Good stay. Close to the city. I recommend it.
SShuijingjing_Very beautiful, convenient transportation, good service. But the laundry service is not good. I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all. Parking is difficult. The front desk asked you to park nearby, and I got a ticket for two days.
GGuest UserFabulous hotel, very elegant. The service was fantastic everywhere ( reseption , at the entrance, restaurant, bar, cleaning lady, etc). Fantastic view / Rom / hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is nice and tidy, however service is bad. All reception team are not willing to help anyone and doesn’t sound cheerful. Waiters in restaurant discussing customers in front of them. Extra surprise- there is no fresh water in room, you can buy it for 2euro from minibar. One more disappointment - beach club is not included also (the description states an exclusive beach area). There is a lot that needs to be improved.

NNINGGood location, not far from the beach, there is a big supermarket called Coop, walk for 5 minutes. The hotel service is not the same, it is not allowed to eat in the room, he said that even drinking water will not work, want to eat and want to drink to the balcony. Basically, I live with the group. By the way, the room is very old, anyway, I should not live again next time.
DdavylegrandWe had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us.
The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.
