Comfortable accommodations, but serious concerns about guest relations. During checkout, we were called repeatedly (10+ times within 20 minutes, from 12:00 to 12:20) even after confirming multiple times we were heading down. When we complained, staff responded defensively and continued escalating rather than resolving the issue or accepting our feedback. While one female staff member was pleasant, two male staff members were unprofessional and disruptive throughout the situation.
Thank you for everything, from the valet to the reception staff, for their attention and care. I'd also like to give a special shout-out to the restaurant staff – they were absolutely amazing, I can't even describe it! We were extremely satisfied. The management was excellent. Thank you all again, and we look forward to seeing you next time. Take care and goodbye!
The location of the hotel is great. There is a seaside park at the doorstep, and there are warships that you can buy tickets to visit. The day we went there happened to be a weekend, and there were many families coming to the park for activities, and the traffic was congested 🤪 The traffic jam lasted for half an hour for several hundred meters. It was 4:30 when I arrived at the front desk. Fortunately, the check-in was fast, and I was upgraded to a sea view room (but the floor was very low, on the 4th floor), and I could see the sunrise in the room.
The room area is relatively small, and we added a bed when the child grew up, and there was basically no room. The hardware facilities are still average. The breakfast is OK, and you can play with cats while eating breakfast in the outdoor area.
We had the deluxe room, the room was luxurious, except for the smart tv which was not a deal breaker because we were there to enjoy the nearby historical attractions and the city itself. It’s walking distance to the downtown Selçuk where you can find various restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast buffet was great. The staff were nice and easygoing. There were two problems: the room’s entrance was not lit properly and the toilet flush was faulty. But they came when we reported the problem and fixed it. Its a family owned business, and although it is very difficult to find a hotel in this price range with an off street parking space, they still guide you to the street next to the hotel that the staff watches 24/7 and you park your car there.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend you to stay here.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service quality was outstanding from the moment I arrived until check-out.
The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The amenities were great and everything exceeded my expectations.
I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
I was looking for a quiet spot at Point AVM when I saw this place and was drawn to its American-style vibe, thinking it would be a good fit. Turns out, it's a hotel, and I was told I could use the terrace. The terrace was exactly what I was looking for, which piqued my interest even more. So, I decided to experience the RED for one night. The staff were friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Naci.

JJoshua PaulI had such a lovely stay at this boutique hotel — it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome. The staff, who are part of the family that runs the hotel, were so friendly and kind. Their warmth really added a personal touch to the whole experience.
I was immediately struck by how beautifully the space was designed. The decor was modern but with a tasteful Turkish influence that made it feel both elegant and authentic. My room was cool and comfortable thanks to great air conditioning, and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in during my travels.
One of my favourite parts of each day was sitting by the pool and watching the sunset — the view was just stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and special. It’s an intimate space, never crowded, and perfect for relaxing.
The location was also really convenient. I found it easy to visit Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis, and the staff were full of helpful suggestions for places to eat, local sights, and travel tips.
Overall, I had an excellent experience. I felt truly looked after, and the hotel itself was beautiful and restful. I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stay with a personal touch!
RReza_AzadiPositive Points:
1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

GGuest UserHas a lovely stay, the staff are very friendly and the pool area is beautiful. We had a nice meal in the restaurant also. Would recommend to others.
LLiWe stayed in Ayasoluk hotel for three nights. We are very happy that we chose this hotel as our base hotel for traveling around Selcuk. The location is perfect. It’s less than 10 minutes walk from train station, bus and taxi station. You can walk to St. John Basilica and Ephesus Museum . Also you can walk to bus station and take a mini bus to Ephesus Archaeological site for less than 10 minutes and TL30. A half day trip to the beautiful village of Sirince is highly recommended. You can take the morning bus from bus station in less than 20 minutes. You only pay TL 40 for one way.
The hotel is very nice decorated, clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant in the hotel and the view from the terrace is pretty nice. Breakfast is typical Turkish cuisine and is very healthy. I would come back for my next visit in the region.
GGuest UserThe hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2.
The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops.
The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area.
Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive.
That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.
GGuest UserPros:
- Location (very close to everything)
- Rooms are big, well-equipped and clean.
- The pool area is good for relaxing.
- Staff are very friendly
Cons:
- The mattress was too soft for us (personal preference)
In general, the hotel is very good and we strongly recommend.
