The parking is shared with the mall. If you're lucky, you can park close to the hotel elevator, but if not, you might end up parking quite far away. Check-in was quick, and the room size was decent. The chair had a cigarette burn hole that hadn't been repaired. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable. Breakfast was crowded but had many options, and the food was satisfying and tasty. Check-out was fast and easy. You need to swipe your card at the front desk for free parking.

The hotel room is nice and clean. We requested for connecting room and high floor, and we got what we requested. However the breakfast was really bad. The lontong rice is cold, the varieties were very limited, not so appealing. The breads and cakes also limited. We are group of 4 but assigned us the square table which is very packed, and they need to clear the plates once we finished our meal. The breakfast Cannot compare to Hotel Aston and residence in Batam. No razor was provided but there’s room slippers.

Only send me the check in room details almost 3pm…at 1st evything smooth until reach there just notice that my car slot taken by other car.But they really try their best settle the problem and customer service excellent…reply fast .Other than that all really good

My second stay in the hotel but was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and sanitary standards. The toilet had a bad smell which spread all across the home. Flies were roaming about the place. Een though I booked a premier suite but there was no washing machine included. Compared to the first time stay which was more pleasant, this was much under average.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We checked in late due to work-related commitments, and upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite since the hotel was fully booked. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with our key card, which was not being recognized by the door. It was replaced twice, although we're not sure what caused the problem. Despite this, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

My family and I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had an excellent experience overall. Everything was excellent – the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities met all our needs, and check-in was smooth. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Clayton & Mr. Moore for helping us arrange a wonderful surprise birthday for my son, and to Mr. Nazrin and Ms. Marde for their outstanding service. Host was clear with instructions on how to check in. Check in was a breeze. We were greeted w a cute heart shaped balloon and that just made our day brighter. Furniture and amenities were well upkept and clean. Decorations were pretty too. Minus 1 star as for some reason, water supply cut off at 2-3am, and that kinda affected our morning use of bathroom. Otherwise all else is good, would stay again!

Starting a new journey, I just realized I haven't left a review here yet. The house is quite new and in a good location. The furnishings are complete, and the kitchenware is practically brand new. It would be a great choice for watching fireworks during New Year's Eve and the Spring Festival. The only issue is that the bathroom has a strong, persistent odor.

Nice and clean apartment well maintained. Host responsive too location near to city center easy to move around. Near to custom checkpoint. Will book again from same host next vacation.
