Not bad, its very spacious the room. Maybe can like see can have complimentary cake in the fridge cause it’s my birthday that day. Would be nice to have :) The hotel and mall are linked, very accessible. Perhaps the shampoo and conditioner especially conditioner can be better cause it makes my hair dry after using but overall is ok. Good that there are many lights switch buttons as well

The apartment is big and nice with living room, cooking area, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very worth for money as the cost is less than a standard hotel room. The facilities are good with nice swimming pool and gym. The security is also high. The link to the R&F mall is great though many shops in R&F still not open. However there are nice cafes and restaurants there. The tv is also good with Netflix and YouTube easily accessible One problem encountered is the air con which seemed to stop after operating for a while.

The room isn't huge, but it doesn't feel cramped either. The hygiene is excellent, and the customer service is warm and friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel is integrated with a shopping mall, which is super convenient for grabbing food, getting a massage, or a haircut. However, the massage within the hotel was a rip-off – the environment wasn't clean, and they cut corners on the service. It was supposed to be a 90-minute massage, but it ended in just 70 minutes.

Had a great stay at Avery Homestay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. A special thanks to Rizal for being extremely accommodating and understanding. He kindly allowed us a late check-out as we were still washing up after using the gym, which we really appreciated. Communication was seamless, and Rizal was always responsive and helpful, providing excellent support throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the hospitality made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Having stayed at Holiday Villa numerous times, I keep returning for one simple reason: consistency. It has become my go-to choice for trips to Johor Bahru, and it continues to deliver a reliable experience. Why I keep coming back:  Prime Location: Being located directly opposite KSL City Mall is incredibly convenient. You have immediate access to shopping, dining, and the cinema without the need to navigate heavy traffic or deal with long walks.  Hassle-Free Parking: This is a major selling point. Between the ease of self-parking and the convenience of the valet service (at a reasonable RM35), arrival and departure are always stress-free compared to the often chaotic access at the mall side.  Solid Breakfast: The breakfast variety is surprisingly good, with a nice spread that offers a solid start to the day. A Note on Value: I am fully aware that the room rates here are generally higher than at KSL Hotel. While it is a bit more of a premium, I find that the extra cost is absolutely justified by the seamless parking experience, the slightly quieter environment, and the overall maintenance of the property. Verdict: If you value efficiency, ease of access, and a hassle-free stay, the slight price premium is worth every penny. I will definitely be returning.

Overall experience is pleasant. The property is near the KSL Mall with nearby coffee shops, spa, and other good cafes. The room is clean and comes with shower foam and shampoo. Worth it. The counter staff is friendly and helpful to explain the pointers for check in and check out.

Overall cleanliness good, just a comment that there is random mattress in the empty living space. Otherwise very spacious, high floors, nice view. Not as good to walk to southkey mall with the kids, so still need to get a car between mall and residence. Check in and out are all so smooth. Retro game set is cute, just that the second controller not working. Owner is responsive.

Our 4th stay at Opero. We thought the king room was much cleaner than the twin. Got a free drink (roselle tea) redeemable from 3-9pm too. Gym clean as always.

I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with excellent facilities including a kitchenette and comfortable bed. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, especially for travelers using JB Sentral and the Singapore checkpoint. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the swimming pool and gym were well maintained. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Johor Bahru. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.
