Amazing service with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel overall was a great experience. It’s very conveniently located near Lagoi Plaza—within walking distance to plenty of family-friendly activities (ATV, UTV, Banana boat and otehr water sports). The swimming pool is beautiful and just steps away from the beach, with watersports available right by the shore, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A small downside was that the cups from the basement restaurant weren’t very clean, we feedback to the restaurant and they immediately changed for us. Also, there was a mix-up with my booking date at the front desk—they mentioned it would be updated, but the next day I received a call for checkout even though my stay was for another night. It was quickly resolved though. Highly recommended: That said, overall the hotel is still amazing and the staff are all very helpful. Hotel also provides ferry transfer from BBT ferry terminal, a plus point! (To arrange in advance). Four points by Sheraton is definitely worth staying for the location, facilities, and atmosphere. Our family will definitely be back the next time. NOTE: Do always book ur ferry and hotel together especially during peak season. We got the hotel first & struggled to get the ferry tickets. Highlight: Pls check out their signature cocktail Zalacca, smoky and special snake fruit cocktail (bar restaurant near the beach)

From Wednesday 29 April 2026, this property has been rebranded ”Grand TW Batam Center Hotel and Convention”, to reflect the name of the current owner (”TW”). On Grab etc it still shows as ”Sahid Batam Center Hotel and Convention”. Full service 3 star hotel with buffet breakfast and complimentary Elite Health Club access (gym, pool 🏊🏼♂️). Large, comfortable rooms and beds. Outstanding quality of welcome, guest services and security. An older type property, very popular with local Indonesian people. Great place to meet nice people and avoid Singapore tourists! For people who live and work in Batam, this place really is an institution. Highly recommended and outstanding value for money.

This is my second time here! This time I stayed in a room with a shared pool, which was also good, just a shame I couldn't order a floating breakfast 🥹. Staying here is pretty good, quite comfortable and clean. The location is a bit further out, but it's pretty close to the beach and those popular influencer-spot restaurants.

Near that beautiful beach with white sand and a gentle breeze in March, we experienced various kinds of delicious, albeit pricey, Nusantara Fried Rice and breakfast options that we ordered from a freshly cooked menu made with fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed the Pandan Piña Colada during our second stay at this resort. I will definitely miss you, Nirwarna Resort Hotel!

Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!

Staying in Holiday Inn Lagoi was the BEST n enjoyable moments. Upon arrival, we were given complimentary drinks. We hv 3 rooms booked . 2 rooms were upgraded from pond view to pool view and the rooms were great with one special request for anniversary deco. The ofher 1 room i requested to be upgraded to pool access and they provided us with a nearby room as well in the same building. Front desk personnel were so helpful with our last minute requests. The beachfront was quite a walk but buggy service was there to bring us to the beach at any time . My grandson really enjoyed the buggy ride😍. They also have bicycles to ride to go around rhe hotel area including the beachfront. Food spread was good with varieties eg asian n western cuisine. Having said, the hotel is situated in an area where resorts n other hotels nearby eg indigo, four season by sheraton, kamuella villas etc , there is a small shopping area for souvenirs @ Lagoi Plaza where Mustafa Center n a few other small shoplots for local foods. Free hotel shuttle is provided hourly to Lagoi Plaza as it is only 5 mins drive from the hotel. In short, we really enjoyed staying @ HOLIDAY INN LAGOI and definately to return. I strongly recommend all to come and feel the warmth gestures n services rendered to the guests. Special thanks to the hotel crews : Siska, Agil, Ridha, Mondri, Ranti, Wawan, Bahri, Dhea and not forgetting pak Pius for finding me the raw tempe😍 ( am sorry if i hv mised out names, this includes the waiter n waitresses @ Warong Pak Lagoi) U guys are SUPERB🥰🥰!!! Areas of improvement : plants around the pool area needs to be extra taken care. There are a lot of dried leaves. This applies to all area which has swimming pool.

Very satisfied with the stay. We were greeted with warm and friendly staff. Room was clean and good standards. Gym is huge. Buffet breakfast was a spread. Location is closed to popular places, it's 10mins at most to all the places we went.

We recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together. One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays. Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. The villa’s location is a huge plus since it’s right next to Plaza Lagoi, giving you easy access to Mustafa and convenience stores whenever needed. Lagoi Bay Beach is also within walking distance, which made the stay even more convenient. The villa itself felt very private and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our 3-year-old had an amazing time in the private pool and barely wanted to leave. Breakfast was served in-room and was fairly simple, but the pancakes and American breakfast were definitely the better choices. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back for a quiet escape to unwind, swim, and relax by the private pool.

Was given a smoking room while I had requested for a non smoking room in my booking. Had to request for a change of room. Room door was difficult to open despite using two access room cards. Again, had to ask the receptionist to get our room doors settled. So there was some delay before we could really take a rest after a long day. Basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo and body wash were provided. Room was of a pretty decent size. Breakfast was ok and has a Maggie station. It’s just a 5- 10 mins drive to the Batam ferry center.
