Teniendo habitaciones disponibles cuando vuelvo sigo con el mismo problema ni un simple ambientador y cuándo hablo con el chico de la recepción que es otro entonces le ofrecen el cambio de habitación pero ya era tarde porque no me dieron esa opción y un hotel 4 estrellas no pueden dar ese servicio.
