GGuest UserThe best hotel in Shenyang, I stayed for three nights and had a great experience! I arrived on a day when Shenyang was hit by a heavy downpour. Luckily, the hotel is only three stops away from Shenyang North Station on Line 2, and the entire journey is underground, so I didn't get wet at all. The hotel's facilities, views, and service are all excellent, and you can even overlook the Forbidden City. The breakfast was very rich. Lisa and Tracy from the buffet restaurant were so thoughtful, helping us find seats and food every day. I'll definitely choose Conrad again next time I'm in Shenyang.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, with high-floor rooms offering superb views of Zhongshan Square. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the bathrooms are particularly large. Enjoying the happy hour buffet dinner at the executive lounge while watching the harbor sunset was incredibly pleasant! The breakfast was very rich and featured Dalian specialties like sea cucumber congee with sea cucumber sausage, sea jelly, clam noodles, and Roujiamo (Chinese meat burger). The InterContinental staff were all very welcoming. Ella handled my check-in professionally, efficiently, and with great warmth. Sherry processed my check-out, providing thoughtful service that truly enhanced my experience.

GGuest UserThe Le Méridien Shenyang is indeed excellent. Starting with the ambiance, you're greeted with an artistic vibe right from the entrance. While the lobby isn't a massive, high-ceilinged space, it exudes a sense of luxury and art everywhere you look. As a member, I received a complimentary suite upgrade, which was a very kind gesture. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, and all other member benefits were perfectly delivered. Thumbs up! The breakfast selection wasn't as extensive as I'd imagined, possibly because I went a bit late, but several dishes were genuinely delicious. In terms of value for money, it's also the best among the Marriott properties in Shenyang. Finally, I must extend a huge thank you to the attendant who cleaned room 1102 that day. They meticulously found my necklace that had fallen on the floor. Additionally, the front desk and concierge staff helped me mail it back incredibly quickly. This truly demonstrates the excellent service attitude of your hotel staff towards guests and the effective training the hotel provides its employees. Absolutely fantastic!

XXixixixi321The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Happy Beach Gate 4, and within walking distance of Discovery Kingdom. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room, which I really appreciated. However, I can't give a good rating for a few reasons: 1. As soon as we got to the room, I called the front desk for children's slippers and toothbrushes. After waiting half an hour with no delivery, I ended up getting them from a housekeeping staff member in the hallway. 2. In the afternoon, I called the front desk for disposable cups. Again, after waiting half an hour, they still hadn't arrived. I had to call again to follow up before they finally sent a robot to deliver them. We then left the room, and when we returned in the evening, we found two disposable cups sitting on the floor outside our door! Isn't putting paper cups on the floor unhygienic? 3. The hotel advertises free sand-digging tools. We stayed for two nights, and every time we went to get tools, they were either unavailable or broken! 4. Our room on the fifth floor wasn't particularly noisy, but as soon as you stepped out of the elevator, the hallway had an odd smell that I couldn't quite place. The bedding also felt damp, making for an uncomfortable stay. For a Trip.com 5-diamond hotel with such a prime location, this was truly disappointing. It seems you really do get what you pay for!

LLi、xianshengI rarely write reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves a huge thumbs-up! **Amenities:** The pool on the third floor is great for kids! The depth ranges from 1.2m to 1.6m, so remember to bring swim rings. A special note: swim caps are mandatory to enter the pool. The sky garden on the fifth floor is stunning, especially at night. It's a fantastic spot for photos, with the ocean in front and a lit-up castle behind – unbelievably beautiful! Also, the kids' play area on the fifth floor is highly recommended. When booking through Trip.com, sometimes a package includes access to the 'Kids Castle,' otherwise you'll need to buy tickets (60 for one child, 88 for one adult and one child). My child absolutely loved it and couldn't get enough, and honestly, even the adults had a blast – it's that much fun! **Cleanliness:** The hotel is spotless and well-maintained. Even the nooks and crannies are clean! **Environment:** The environment is beyond words; every corner is incredibly photogenic. Whether you're traveling with family and kids, as a couple, or for any other reason, it's definitely a picture-perfect destination! **Service:** I have to dedicate a bit more space to this. We booked two rooms without breakfast. The manager, seeing we had a baby, specially offered us a complimentary breakfast. Moreover, any issues we had during our stay were resolved perfectly and immediately! The service absolutely deserves full marks!

YYoushengdiantaiFinding the right hotel in Shenyang is so important! This time, I chose the Swissôtel by Accor, right by Qingnian Park metro station. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. For around 500 RMB, it even offers a swimming pool. The best feature of the room is definitely the floor-to-ceiling window, which offers a fantastic city view of the TV Tower. The cityscape is really impressive, though I regret not taking night photos as I was out exploring. The room is also quite spacious, comes with a bathtub for relaxing, and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint is that they didn't offer a birthday treat even though I checked in on my birthday.

CcometapeI was a bit apprehensive before entering the room, mainly because of the negative reviews I'd seen before booking, which made me quite hesitant. Plus, it was the last day in Davos, and with people checking out continuously, I wondered if the hotel could clean the room in time – a real test of their service. However, the moment I opened the door, I was pleased. It was much better than I expected, and the night view from the window was quite nice. After looking around, it met my expectations for a family room. Most importantly, the kids liked it, with a carpet flight chess game, three TVs, and two bathrooms – essential for families traveling with children. While the room facilities had an older style overall, I didn't find them as bad as the negative reviews suggested. Of course, after putting down our luggage, I did notice some flaws, like fruit pits and bookbinding fragments that hadn't been cleaned up promptly. More issues cropped up during our stay. Although the lobby manager repeatedly apologized for the shortcomings before we checked out and even gave us a small gift, hoping we wouldn't write a review, my child expressed a wish to stay here again on our way home. That's why I'm writing all this. I hope the hotel can demonstrate the professionalism expected of a Shangri-La and make further improvements. After all, the problems we encountered shouldn't be excused by regional differences between north and south. Service has no regional boundaries; it's all about the experience. On a positive note, the hotel's QR code room service is commendable, and the cleaning staff's attitude was excellent. The pool is great for kids to play in and adults to relax; just remember to wear slippers as the room slippers aren't waterproof. The hotel's location is also good. Strolling towards Zhongshan at night with the sea breeze is a pleasant experience. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to city attractions like Venice Water City and Central Plaza. Perhaps it was luck, but I even got a BMW, Denza, and Tesla as taxis – quite fortunate given the fast-paced Dalian ride-hailing drivers. So, overall, my few days here were good, which is why I gave the environment a high rating.

Mmmnot1618As a chain international hotel apartment, this place is top-notch in China, from its hardware and facilities to its software amenities and service. First, the location is unbeatable, right above Capitaland Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Second, the room setup is excellent, with a washing machine, microwave, induction hob, and a full set of tableware, all from well-known brands. There are even robots delivering items throughout the building. I must also commend the cleaning staff; they are observant and proactively restock supplies. Of course, there are minor drawbacks, like the room being a bit small, and the deluxe studio not having a larger dining table, only one chair, etc., but these are minor issues that don't detract from the overall experience. I'm giving it a perfect score not because it's absolutely flawless, but because it delivers everything a hotel apartment can offer. I wish every city had a Fraser Place.

JJinshanshunFacilities: Complete supporting facilities. Hygiene: Clean, tidy and sanitary. Environment: Spacious environment, 👍. Service: Very good, responsive, and the front desk is very responsible. I encountered some minor problems when I first checked in, and the front desk gave timely feedback to solve them👍🍻 Every year when I come back, I will definitely stay at Sihai, and I am used to living here. The surrounding area is also convenient, and it takes a short taxi ride to the station. It is convenient to go home for dinner and get things. I wish the staff of Sihai good luck in 2024, and everything goes well. Congratulations on your prosperity🎉🎉 ps: Come again in a few days😏
