This is my second time staying at the Conrad Hotel in Shenyang. The first time, my whole family traveled together and we had a great overall experience, so I chose Conrad again. After checking in at the front desk, I arrived at the room and found that the refrigerator was under maintenance. I called the front desk, and they immediately upgraded my room and had someone personally escort me to the new room. This time, I realized that the Conrad's location is truly convenient for getting anywhere. I walked to Xita and it's also very close to Shenyang Station, only 4 subway stops including a transfer, which is very convenient. The view from the 88th-floor front desk is absolutely stunning at sunset. The rooms are all on high floors, so the views are great, perfect for sitting and enjoying the scenery even on a rainy day.

The rooms at the InterContinental are, as always, spacious. Although the fixtures and fittings are a bit old, they're clearly well-maintained. My only minor complaint is the faucet in the bathroom sink; I didn't like the way it operated. Also, with such a long countertop, it's a shame they didn't install two sinks when it was first renovated. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Zhongshan Square. The buffet for hotel guests is excellent value for money and offers a good variety – definitely worth trying.

Returned to Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping, and once again, it was a truly comfortable and generous experience. The service was incredibly accommodating and efficient; they upgraded my room after a quick chat. The welcome fruit was delicious, and all the welcome amenities were perfectly arranged. Both the breakfast and the executive lounge standards were above average. The 23rd-floor lounge, in particular, was quiet with a comfortable view, and the afternoon tea and evening happy hour offered convenient food and drinks. It was a really pleasant spot to relax during my travels or business downtime. The room itself was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is also convenient for getting around and shopping. All my membership benefits were genuinely provided without any shortcuts or compromises, showing real sincerity towards high-tier members. This will definitely be my top choice when visiting Shenyang again; I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

There aren't many hotel options at Jinshitan, and only a few good ones. After much deliberation, I chose Hard Rock. Overall, it's not the most luxurious, but the quality is decent and it offers good value for money. Let's start with breakfast. While the variety isn't huge, the quality is good, especially the coffee, which tasted great. There was always someone available to serve coffee. The room was very clean, and the sea view from the ocean-view room was excellent. Overall, the service from Yi Yangqianxi at the front desk was great, and I was satisfied with my room.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room offered a beautiful and stunning view of the cross-sea bridge light show. The 5th-floor sky garden is also a great spot for photos, and it's even where the 'Keep Running' episode with Angelababy's return was filmed! The hotel also has a pool and a gym, so the facilities are very comprehensive. The front desk staff provided service with a smile and the check-in process was efficient. After checking out, Dansey called to follow up and ask about my experience, which was a very nice touch.

The room isn't as good as the 60-square-meter lake view room. When you open the window, there's a residential complex right opposite, and half of it is still under construction, so it's very noisy in the morning. The service is practically non-existent, not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The shampoo and shower gel bottles in the shower have a design flaw – they're metal with very narrow pump heads. The shower area is small, and I bumped into them twice in two days. The designer clearly didn't think this through! Also, the shower floor tiles are uneven, which I've never seen before, not even in budget hotels! On the plus side: The location is convenient, with a subway station downstairs. There's also the Cai Dian Ta Night Market and Youth Park downstairs. Shenyang city center isn't very big, so it's easy to get anywhere.

This time, I brought my family and kids to Dalian, and we decisively chose to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian. This five-star hotel, highly praised by previous generations, truly lived up to its reputation. The accommodation experience throughout our trip far exceeded expectations. From its prime location and excellent room amenities to the meticulous and thoughtful service, everything left a deep impression. It's truly a Shangri-La! The Shangri-La Hotel is situated in the core business district of Renmin Road, boasting a unique geographical advantage. It's close to Zhongshan Square, very near the subway station, and surrounded by a wide array of restaurants and shopping malls. Taking a taxi to popular attractions like Donggang and Xinghai Square is incredibly convenient, saving time and effort for both leisure and business. Its transportation advantage is truly outstanding. As a long-established five-star hotel in Dalian, despite its age, it's evident that the overall maintenance is superb. The cultural ambiance is remarkably rich! Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by a grand and steady decor with elegant style and soft lighting, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge staff were warm and enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage and being very polite. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we could feel the five-star hospitality standards! Lisa, the Guest Relations Manager, provided professional and efficient service. Even during the peak tourist season with large crowds, she managed everything in an orderly manner, processing check-in quickly. She also thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The guest rooms are spacious and bright with excellent lighting. High-floor rooms offer panoramic views of the city. The bedding is soft and thick, providing an exceptional sleep experience. After a day of exploring, lying down allows for complete relaxation and washes away travel fatigue. The rooms are cleaned spotlessly, with great attention to hygiene details. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, stable hot water supply, and high-quality toiletries. The room's soundproofing is excellent, making for a very quiet night undisturbed by outside noise. The hotel facilities are comprehensive. The indoor heated pool has clean water and a comfortable environment, and the gym is well-equipped. The buffet breakfast is a major highlight, with a rich variety of dishes, including both Chinese and Western cuisine. There are freshly made noodles, local specialties, fresh fruits, and various pastries and breads. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are excellent, satisfying different dietary preferences. The restaurant staff are friendly and responsive, making for a great dining experience. The most impressive aspect was Lisa's thoughtful service. She is genuinely warm and friendly, responds quickly to requests, and communicates smoothly. Even our child really liked her!

Although the hotel is a bit old, it's still pretty good overall. The kids had a great time, and we could see Labor Park across the street. It's very close to Dalian Shopping Mall, just diagonally opposite the hotel, and the first floor of the mall is full of food options where you can buy souvenirs. You can also walk to Zhongshan Square.

The location is excellent for tourists, with the harbour and shopping centre just a short walk away. We especially loved the stunning views, both during the day and at night. The rooms are spacious, and the sound insulation between rooms is very good, making it a comfortable place to stay. There are a few drawbacks, however. The biggest issue is that there isn’t a separate guest bathroom. Guests staying in the two guest bedrooms need to use the master ensuite to shower, which isn’t very convenient. The bedrooms also don’t have blackout curtains, so they’re quite bright at night due to the neon lights outside, and the early sunrise (around 4:00 am) makes it difficult to sleep in. We also noticed an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom drain, which persisted throughout our month-long stay. Overall, this is a very good place for a large family or group, particularly if you plan to cook your own meals and make use of the laundry facilities. With a few improvements, it would be an even better place to stay.

Facilities: Complete supporting facilities. Hygiene: Clean, tidy and sanitary. Environment: Spacious environment, 👍. Service: Very good, responsive, and the front desk is very responsible. I encountered some minor problems when I first checked in, and the front desk gave timely feedback to solve them👍🍻 Every year when I come back, I will definitely stay at Sihai, and I am used to living here. The surrounding area is also convenient, and it takes a short taxi ride to the station. It is convenient to go home for dinner and get things.
