Maybe the northerners have a strong personality. Such a luxurious hotel has no service. It's a pity for this store. The hotel is clean and tidy, with good sanitary conditions, warm and thoughtful service staff, and a rich breakfast. The room was completely in accordance with my message. It was just that two young people next door were fighting all night, which made some noise, and the elderly at home felt that they didn't have a good rest. But overall, I was satisfied. I didn't expect to find such a cost-effective hotel in Panjin.

It was very considerate and the service exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the big bathtub was perfect. It was so comfortable to take a hot bath at night. I fell asleep quickly. It snowed in Fushun, and the snow scene was so beautiful. The facilities in the hotel are also very complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. I went swimming a few laps when I had nothing to do, and it felt very refreshing. The location is also good. There are shopping malls and snack streets outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Speaking of food, the breakfast is so rich that it makes people dazzled. There are all kinds of Chinese and Western food, especially the bread and desserts are great. The experience is very good, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely high. It is worth the money and recommended.

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

Over several days, the hotel demonstrated high standards across all aspects – service, dining, and ambiance – creating a consistently comfortable and reassuring environment. I look forward to the opportunity of staying here again in the future.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean; the bathroom mirror was spotless with no water marks, and the towels were fluffy and odorless. The mattress offered just the right amount of support, and I couldn't hear any corridor noise at night – the soundproofing was perfect. The shower had hot water in 3 seconds with excellent water pressure, and the toiletries had a lovely scent. The most pleasant surprise was the front desk proactively recommending some hidden gem restaurants nearby, which was incredibly thoughtful. The location right next to the business district makes getting around super convenient. Highly recommend!

The Grand Hyatt Shenyang is absolutely fantastic! It's located right in the heart of Youth Street, with direct access to MixC Mall, which is incredibly convenient. The subway is also within walking distance. The spacious rooms feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a separate wet/dry bathroom with luxury toiletries, making for a super comfortable stay. The high-altitude restaurant offers a diverse selection of delicious food, and Veran's service was warm and efficient. With great transportation and an excellent overall experience, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang!

Staying at the Jinborui Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The hotel has a very stylish ambiance, with minimalist yet high-end decor. The scent in the public areas immediately made me feel relaxed. The facilities were a complete surprise; the in-room fridge and washing machine solved minor travel inconveniences, and the smart room control was very easy to use. The laundry room and gym equipment were well-maintained, making it super convenient to do laundry after an evening run. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very patient and quickly resolved any issues. This is a hidden gem of a hotel I would definitely recommend to friends.

When I ask to print out the invoice of 2 nights stay at the check-out desk, the person did not give me any invoice. I do not understand whether this is their regulation or not. I was expecting to receive the invoice for the 2 nights stay as usual. The reception did not even answer to my request on May 31st when she can give or not. If the person did not understand my English, then there should be a person to speak in English at least in the reception for Check-in and Check-out. That's is why I have chosen Sheraton hotel. It was no pleasant morning.

Location is O.K., as the hotel is close to both airport as well as shopping mall. Breakfast is O.K., but nothing great. The worst part is the air conditioning in the room; the hotel has fixed it to 24 degrees and no matter how you try to adjust it in the room, the temperature could not be changed.
