The hotel experience exceeded my expectations! The complimentary airport pick-up service was a huge relief, and our driver, Raphael, was polite and professionally dressed. As a non-smoking hotel, the environment was wonderfully fresh (a 3000 peso deposit is required). The facilities are incredibly comprehensive: there's an ATM next to the elevator, an Italian restaurant called IL Morso and a coffee shop on the ground floor, and even a Japanese bar, Chilo, on the fourth floor. You can even book in-room spa services, so there's no need to leave the hotel! The room had an amazing view directly facing the volcano. The only minor drawback was some traffic noise at night, as my room was street-facing. I'd recommend requesting an inner room if possible. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable stay in Daraga.

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

This is my second time with them as its very closed to where my business need todo, the hotel is much better improvement they have a wide stairs no elevator had a firm nice comfortable bed with sift pillow and a heavy blanket, nice good size room although the bathroom is a bit smaller they have a hot water in the shower, kettle to make a hot water for coffee or tea, the bath soft and shampoo is empty. The just behind the gaisano mall and pacific mall very convenient walking distance to sm mall as well. I would stay there again if I can return to legaspi.

The hotel isn't brand new, but it's clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is spotless, and everything you need is provided, including pool towels. Yes, there's a canal or river nearby with a bit of a smell, but you couldn't smell it in the rooms or by the pool at all. It didn't bother us or cause any issues. The breakfasts are superb, highly recommend them – a great selection and everything is delicious. We also tried the buffet lunch and dinner, priced at 400 and 500 pesos respectively. It's Filipino cuisine and very tasty; we really enjoyed it. The hotel has its own parking, which came in handy as we rented a car. We also went for a foot massage at the spa, highly recommended at 600 pesos per hour. The staff are friendly and helped with everything. There's a free airport transfer service, just make sure to book in advance. Honestly, I don't understand the low ratings for this hotel. It's a decent place with good service.

Such a great experience in this hotel. We stayed during the new years so our experience may have some difference to others. Love the place and ambiance of Spanish colonial architecture. We booked the family rooms with 10 pax each. Both rooms are wide and well designed. The other room located by the parking has some privacy concerns as it opens directly to the entrance drop off and its doors are not acoustically treated against noise. Location wise, the hotel is near the city center. You can either walk or ride a tricycle around town. The prices are really cheap for the ambiance you get. Sourcing food was our only issue especially breakfast or on the spot orders. They took time to be prepared. But then again, it was the holidays. Most cafes and restaurants nearby were closed so we adjusted to it. Staffs were really accommodating and friendly. Service feels more of a relaxing tone than a formal and strict one so we felt like at home just hanging around the compound. Highly recommended place especially for the cost.

Booked this hotel last minute and it was okay for a one-night stay. The room was clean enough, but the amenities were basic. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience was just average. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t choose it again if I had other options.

I chose this accommodation because it was the most prestigious in the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has fantastic views from the pool and gym. The spacious reception with quality wooden furniture stands out, as does the chapel. The breakfast is extremely varied and delicious. However, the room didn't feel as inviting. From inside, you couldn't see Mayon Volcano directly; you had to go out onto the balcony, which had no furniture, and lean quite far to the left. The sheets smelled good, except for the decorative pillow, which smelled really bad. The shower had signs of limescale, and the bathroom in general seemed to be cleaned very superficially. The furniture in the breakfast area should also be changed; the transparent plastic chairs are not aesthetically pleasing. There's an error on Trip.com that states it's a five-star hotel, but it's really not, and it shows. Despite all of this, I would definitely stay here again for the staff and breakfast. Also for the dining options available throughout the day. It's worth noting that this hotel is supposed to be the best in Legazpi.

The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

The AC is excellent he bed are firm really good and the heavy blanket is wonderful and warm you can really sleep very well. I like this place as the only hotel that has elevator and the bathroom is really cleaned with hot water. Just a little noisy at night time as the cleaner seems keep cleaning having this cart keep pulling kind of noisy. Other than that it’s nice stay.
