Good Location. Staff are friendly. Amenities are good like pool and the gym. This is our second time in this hotel.

Went there with family for a quarterly checkup of our son. Arrived in Naga early and I asked the hotel if we can check in early as line for the doctor's clinic was long and the waiting area was hot. They agreed with no additional charge. Our other kids got to rest while we were at the doctor's clinic.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We also loved the location it was very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

The location was in the city good location u can buy ur needs just need to walk for few minutes, the room was big and spacious my daughter could play and run in the room, the pool was warm and clean and the staff are friendly been here many times definitely would come back ☺️

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Naga City! I booked a room for myself and my five kids, and they had so much fun at the pool. The food was also really good, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—just walking distance to E-Mall and Plaza Rizal in Naga City. The staff were accommodating, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and well-organized. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

An amazing hotel....5 star all the way. Excellent food, staff, pool, facility! The staff were so accommodating, friendly and super efficient. We have travelled around the world and by far this hotel was one of our favorites! I highly recommend a stay here. You wont be disappointed!
