"We booked a private room with double bed and private bathroom. The location is in the middle of the old town, very crowded. There is a restaurant just below with loud talking, laughing and music so you need to keep the window shut at all time. The customers from the restaurant is not friendly and rude, who will stare at you like you don't belong in their fancy and overpriced dinner. The laudry room is very expensive. The facilities are new but the experience is not pleasant."

"It’s really small… The bathroom is very cramped, and there’s no space to unpack, so I had to organize my things out in the hallway. The top bunk bed was hard to climb up to — it looked nice in design but felt a bit unsafe. However, the location is great, right in the center of the main attractions, so it definitely saves time for sightseeing."

"Check in was simple and welcoming,the hotel were very good for responding to email inquiries both the restaurant and hotel. I had ordered gluten free options for breakfast for my husband and whilst there were plenty of choices of cheese, vegetable,eggs and fruit I was disappointed that there were no sweet options merely white gf bread ,not a big deal but would have been nice to have muffins or similar. The rooms are small but once you have organized yourself it's ok,we were able to manage with 2 smaller suitcase but not sure where we would have stored larger cases.Plenty of shower gel, conditioner etc. Rooms serviced daily. Staff were pleasant and professional."

"I stayed at this hotel in preko for one night and had a good stay there. All of the front desk staff were warm, friendly, and spoke excellent English, which made check-in and communication very easy. The room was spotless and well equipped, with everything I needed. I also really liked the dining area on the ground floor — it’s a comfortable space to relax or chat with friends. The outdoor seating is especially nice, with a lovely sea view and a peaceful atmosphere. There are, however, a few small areas that could be improved. The pool, sauna, and massage services are only available until 8 p.m., which makes it hard for guests staying just one night to enjoy them — especially if they spend the day exploring outside and return later in the evening. Another thing is the balcony. While the room itself was excellent, the balcony faced nearby residential buildings rather than the sea, so the view wasn’t as great as expected. A sea-facing view would have made the experience perfect. Regarding the food, I tried both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was generally good, with a decent variety and acceptable quality, though not particularly impressive for a four- or five-star hotel. Dinner, on the other hand, felt overpriced. Although the restaurant has a perfect Google rating, I personally wouldn’t give it five stars. Most of the dishes tasted fine, but the portions were quite small and the flavors didn’t really justify the price (over €20–30 per dish). That said, the environment was lovely and the service was great, so overall, I would still rate the restaurant four stars. In summary, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere. It would be even better if the spa facilities had longer opening hours and the dining experience offered better value for money. I’d still recommend this hotel, especially for those who plan to stay more than one night."

"In the old town of Zadar, the location is very convenient. It is a hotel apartment remodeled from an old house. The design is very good and modern, and it is comfortable to live in. Wandering in the alleys of the old city at night, wandering back after dinner, opening the door with the key, it feels like going back to my own home. It feels great. We drove here by car. The car can be parked outside the city and it is only a few minutes' walk away. recommend!"

"Very luxurious hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Specifically positive: accessible and thus also best suited for disabled guests. The food was excellent, the staff was super friendly. Drinks are, as usual in Croatia, quite expensive, for it there was great special conditions for hotel guests on the beach (leap + screen for 5 € instead of 20 €). Beach typically Croatian with stones, but very cared. Totally absolutely recommendable!"

They serve very quickly and in a friendly manner, they help to solve all issues. I would like to mention Mario. There is a wall in the room, probably part of the history"

"Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist hervorragend – zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, sodass man den Tag entspannt mit einem Spaziergang am Meer beginnen kann. Besonders genossen haben wir das Frühstück auf der Terrasse, direkt mit Blick auf den Hafen. Von dort aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Insel, was den Morgen besonders magisch macht. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants, die eine Vielzahl an kulinarischen Erlebnissen bieten. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant ist ebenfalls nur wenige Schritte entfernt und bietet hervorragende Gerichte in einem gemütlichen Ambiente. Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden immer mit einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht begrüßt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Hotelzimmer sind makellos sauber und sehr gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt hier einfach perfekt und wir können dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen Urlaub in bester Lage verbringen möchte."
