Well located, near the Orosei Marine, the city has little to do, just boat trips through the Orosei Bay, which is beautiful by sign.
The hotel has a restaurant, a swimming pool, an old, but well preserved.
Good morning coffee.
The hotel was better than expected!
Great service on breakfast, on the respiratory, on the beach.
Hotel in excellent condition! Very bright. A wonderful combination of local color with modern comfort.
Everything is thought up to the tiny things.
Great spa.
The location is delightful!
Hotel is on the beach!!
I already plan to return next year!
The perfect location, everything very clean, very good service, abundant and variable breakfasts, confusion when you enter the dining room because no one serves you, and you don't know whether to sit or wait.
Friendly service, spacious room(s), decent pool, good breakfast. Bed and AC not so great. Furniture on upper floors could use some anti-scratch stickers to prevent the heavy noise when other guests move them. I recommend asking for a top level room for this exact reason. Overall good value though and would potentially visit again.
Overall good place. Well maintained family friendly hotel. The bar, singer, local staff were very nice and kind. Would love to give a 4 star, but the female owner was rude and say discrimitive words to us foreigners.
Not only once, but once to my friend and once to my family, in different locations. For example, she said to the reception, ”Why are the xxxese here?” in Italian and my friend who studied in Italy actually understood some Italian.
So for foreigners, especially Asian, this hotel is a 2 star, while for local and Europeans, it can be a 4 star.

It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

GGuest UserGood standard hotel with spacious if somewhat dated but clean rooms and a nice pool with bar. Great location if you want to be close to Olbia Terranova train station as it’s next door. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the old town. Rooms do not have soundproofing so not ideal for light sleepers. I arrived at 12:30 and was told the room would be ready between 2and 3p. As check-in officially starts at 2pm I sat down and waited patiently only to see some other guests get a room straight away. At 2:15pm a Dutch guest kicked up a fuss when he was told his room wasn’t ready and he too was then given a room. At this point I protested (having waited for 1hr30) and then also got a room. Whilst the reception staff were friendly this was not a great check-in experience.
TThi Thuy AnBeautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room.
FFlyTorpedoThe hotel is very clean and the staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast is average. Parking is 15 euros per day but you can find free parking on the street nearby.
The hotel is about 1.3km away from the port and there is a shuttle bus taking you there every hour from 9:30am to 7pm. It is walkable, but you have to climb up the hill when you walk back.
Our room is facing the main road and some motorbikes were very noisy.
It’s also interesting that they charge (around 2 euros) for refilling your water bottle, claiming this is to help the environment while you can buy a bottle of water less than 1 euro in a shop. We stayed in a different hotel and they have similar policies. I feel this is making money in the name of environmental protection. If it’s really for environment protection, I would suggest to offer free refilling.
GGuest UserAbsolutely Fantastic – One of the Best Hotels We’ve Ever Stayed At!
From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were unbelievable – super helpful, genuinely friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. It’s rare to find service this warm and professional.
The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in both the rooms and shared spaces really stood out.
We truly loved everything about this place – from the atmosphere to the people to the amenities. It’s without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. We’ll definitely be coming back!
GGuest UserMy 9yo son and I stayed at this resort in mid-October. The weather was just ok for sunbathing and swimming but not hot. The resort is in a pretty spot but there is nothing else close by. The resort and rooms are very nice and in off-season great value. Trip.com had a very good price. Our room had its own little garden which was lovely. The restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. I didn’t actually mind the prices but the food was average. Steak actually presented good value for money. The breakfast buffet (included) was copious and excellent. Service was very good. Generally a very relaxing stay. Whilst nothing nearby for eating (San Teodoro was disappointing) Olbia is only 30 mins away.

RRomainI had an amazing stay at Jazz Hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with stunning views. The spa and fitness center seems to be excellent we haven’t the time to test it 😅 but looks good. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable.
Personally Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe location was very quiet and pleasant.
The staff was friendly and tried very hard.
The breakfast was plentiful and tasted very good.
Although the hotel is still quite new, the grout in the bathroom already had mold spots and the toilet paper holder was loose.
The room was nice but minimalist in its furnishings. A closet would have been great. The bed was very comfortable.
GGuest UserI am very happy to book such a quality resort in Trip.com! We stayed for a week, the Arbatax Resort is very large, built on the small mountain slope of the tropical style, there are three different styles of private beaches, it should be the most beautiful beach resort we have ever stayed in! The water temperature in the central and eastern parts is also very comfortable. It is much warmer than the water temperature in the north. Be sure to bring diving 🤿 supplies, tropical fish 🐠 seaweed sea urchins. The seafood resources are too rich! Four swimming pools, several restaurants, Italian dishes will not disappoint you! Buffet breakfast is recommended to go to the outdoor terrace on the second floor, the exterior is invincible! Tennis and padel are a bit expensive! However, you can participate in the daily group fitness class for free, and the coach is a sexy private tutor from Florence! The car can't enter the village, and you need to do a free bus to the parking lot at the gate 🅿️! You can also walk to the parking lot, uphill downhill good to digest some Italian food!
