Uma Hotel and Residences

Cant say anything bad with this hotel, the services, the food, the amenities and the cleanliness. its superb and majestic….

I enjoyed my stay overall and I’m satisfied with the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, and I also used the pool and gym which were both good. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff was kind and welcoming. The only downside was that the AC in my room wasn’t very strong. Also, my room had a connecting door with the next room, so the sound insulation wasn’t great. We could hear the neighbors talking and their TV late at night. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. It is close to popular eateries such as Red Ribbon, which was very convenient. The gym is well-equipped, and the restaurant serves good food. The main drawback is the lack of a nearby supermarket for daily necessities. The breakfast was decent but could be improved with more variety and better quality. Soundproofing between rooms could also be better, as noise can sometimes be heard. Overall, it is a comfortable stay with good facilities and a convenient location, offering good value for money.

Great stay

Suite Aircon didn’t work. Room super hot. Elevator always smell like toilet, same as hallways. Swimming pool was closed. Not much good to say. Staff at reception was arrogant

Location is great accessible to bar, restaurants, fast foods and grocery. Lobby, rooms and pool are clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable, bathroom complete with all the amenities you need..
