The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to Parkson Mall, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The breakfast is also very good and offers a great variety. I highly recommend staying here. The bathroom has a very large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing!

The hotel's strengths are the spacious rooms and the presence of a bathtub, making for a generally comfortable stay. The cleanliness was acceptable and met basic standards, but the overall environment was quite ordinary, with nothing particularly special about it. The only minor letdown was the service details: even though we booked a triple room, they only provided two sets of toothbrushes and bath towels. We were even charged an extra RM5 for an additional bath towel, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, if you're looking for a short stay and prioritize space and basic comfort, this hotel is a decent option, but there's room for improvement in terms of service details.

This was our second stay at Sunway Lost World Hotel, and it was a much better experience than our first. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Classic Triple room, and having the night park passes included for both nights was a huge plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved: Amenities: The room was clean and the linens were fresh. Unfortunately, we had no hot water in our room for both nights. Despite being told it just ”takes time” to warm up, it never did. Taking a cold shower at 11:00 PM after the night park was a major downside. Dining & Location: The hotel isn't very close to outside eateries. Room service ends around 10:00 PM, so if you return from the night park late, options are very limited. Since we visited during the Raya break, most nearby Muslim-owned shops were closed, requiring a drive to find food. Breakfast: Day one was enjoyable, but day two was a bit chaotic due to the surge of guests. Food wasn't refilled quickly enough and finding a table was a challenge and a lot of food were not refilled as it finished. Overall, a good stay for the park access, but the water temperature and breakfast logistics during peak periods need attention.

Facilities: The best hotel of this trip. The overall service experience was excellent, convenient, and efficient, with no deposit required. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Concubine Lane, and there's a shopping mall right across the street.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The check-in process was smooth, and the team was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions.  Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We look forward to coming back again! However, we would like to suggest an improvement in the provision of drinking water. It would be great if the hotel could provide more accessible drinking water options, such as additional bottled water or a water dispenser for guests

I had a wonderful stay at Stallionz by Mana-Mana last weekend and came away genuinely impressed. The property has a great balance of comfort and style, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind while still feeling thoughtfully designed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely put together with modern touches. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after a long day out. I also appreciated the small details—everything felt intentional and guest-focused rather than generic. Service was another highlight. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly and professionally. The location worked well too, offering a nice mix of convenience and a bit of escape from the busier areas. It felt like a good base to relax while still being within easy reach of nearby spots. Overall, Stallionz by Mana-Mana delivered a really pleasant experience. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish place with warm hospitality. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel’s location is truly unmatched! Step right outside and you’ll find yourself just nearby Ipoh Town. About 6 min walking to old town Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a restful stay. The staff provided thoughtful and professional service throughout my stay. Every request was handled friendly, promptly and perfectly. I booked my stay through trip.com and managed to get a great deal — excellent value for money.

First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China.

I used to stay here even before it was named Travelodge. The whole place had been renovated. Very new and fresh image. The bed is super comfy. The food is delicious and worth the money with a decent portion. The staffs are friendly. Parking is located in the basement and its free. There’s also a coffee cafe at the lobby. Together with a gym and swimming pool.

The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of vegetables for the salad. The Singapore-style bihun goreng was so yummy! However, the rice for the nasi lemak tasted a little bit unusual. My kids really enjoyed the cereal, bihun goreng, bread with jam, and the pastries. Plus, near the hotel, there were plenty of restaurant and kiosk options around the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah area. At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved. In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground. It was really enjoyable and a great way to start the day. I would also like to send my appreciation to Trip.com customer service. The staff responded to my issue promptly and truly tried their best to resolve it. I’m very happy and grateful for the support from Trip.com. Keep up the great service!
