Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

An old-school upscale hotel, and I was genuinely delighted from check-in at the front desk to happily checking out. The hotel's surroundings are excellent, with convenient transportation. It's a five-minute walk to the Ningxia Museum, and an eight-minute walk or three-minute bike ride to many creative shops (like Qimanfu and Liu Sanduo). Getting to Ziqiang Alley takes about 20 minutes by bike. The breakfast was also incredibly varied, clean, and delicious. The rooms are spacious with good soundproofing and even include children's slippers and toiletries. The rigor and pursuit of excellence typical of German enterprises are perfectly showcased here. I will definitely choose Kempinski again next time. Finally, regarding some previous reviews mentioning that the hotel facilities aren't very new: this hotel is 16 years old, and its upkeep and maintenance are truly outstanding.

Wellness themed hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The surroundings are really nice including the river and several parks. A few staff spoke good English and really helped this non-mandarin speaking guest a lot, especially to call taxis. The housekeeper on my level was also very sweet and friendly and efficient. Would happily stay there again.

From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm reception from the staff makes you feel very cordial, and the smiling service throughout the whole process makes you feel like Mia. The room design is simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is first-class. It is especially satisfying to sleep until you wake up naturally! The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries have a high-end scent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are impressive. The restaurant waiters will also ask about your needs attentively. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful service. They proactively recommended tourist routes and even helped deliver the luggage to the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to friends who come for tourism or business trips. I will definitely come again next time!

This boutique hotel has a limited number of rooms, and it generally lives up to its upscale positioning. Since it was the off-season, there weren't many guests. We were able to book dinner a day in advance. We arrived quite late on the first day, but the butler stayed in constant communication about our itinerary and coordinated our meal times, which was very considerate. I found the food to be delicious, so if you don't have other great dining options, eating at the hotel is a good choice. Due to the season, we couldn't see a lush green vineyard, but the greenery in the hotel's inner courtyard was still beautiful to look at.

This desert hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The resort's infrastructure is comprehensive and well-maintained. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, providing thoughtful and meticulous service. The room type, environment, and price are all perfectly matched, offering outstanding value for money and a truly exceptional experience. I highly recommend it! Next time I visit the desert, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The tents had brand new bedding, a cozy layout, and a complete range of amenities, all conveniently located. The bathroom and toilet facilities were complete, and the entire scenic area had electricity and internet (with fast speeds). The restaurant had a wide variety of dishes, and the entertainment options were healthy, environmentally friendly, fun, and meaningful for the whole family. I especially commend Xiaochao, the butler. He was very attentive, kind, and welcoming. I'll definitely stay with him again if I visit Tengri again.

My recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Zhongwei was a delightful surprise! Amy Yumi, the front desk attendant, greeted me with such a warm smile, and Coco had me checked in within three minutes. They even upgraded me to a larger room for free, which was spacious and bright, and came with a complimentary fruit platter. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were a thoughtful touch, and the Hilton-standard cleanliness put me completely at ease. The breakfast buffet offered local specialties like the incredibly flavorful and chewy Aocai noodles. The self-service coffee machine made a latte that was just as good as anything you'd get at a cafe! The location was super convenient too; it took less than half an hour by taxi to get to the Shapotou Scenic Area. In the evenings, I could unwind at the gym. The free laundry room was a lifesaver for travelers needing to refresh their clothes, and the printer in the lobby's business center was free to use. I even discovered that the room's power outlets had built-in USB ports! I've already recommended this hotel to all my friends planning a trip to Zhongwei. Whether for a business trip or a desert adventure, it's the perfect choice!

The room is spacious, especially the desk, which is perfect for ordering takeout and working remotely while lounging around. It's clean, well-equipped, and the bathroom faucet design cleverly avoids a cold splash when turning on the water. The hotel staff are all very friendly, especially Xiao Cheng! Overall, highly recommended!

Stayed at Star Hotel for 4 days and didn't see a single star 🤣! Talk about hitting the jackpot! It barely rains here all year, and we managed to catch all of it... But the entire hotel is surrounded by beautiful desert scenery, with sunrises, sunsets, evening glows, rainbows, you name it... I probably took about 1000 photos 😄. Service: Overall, it was great. The front desk service was very thoughtful, explaining every detail meticulously. The bell staff were also very enthusiastic, helping with luggage and so on. Housekeeping was very responsive too! The breakfast was quite rich, and the mini hot pot for dinner was delicious! Cleanliness: The room was cleaned very well, and they replenished our supplies promptly every day. The hotel activities were plentiful, and despite the continuous rain, the kids said they had a great time! Leaving a little something to look forward to, we'll come back to see the stars next time!!! The sand therapy SPA was super comfortable, highly recommend 👍.
