This was by far the best hotel/guesthouse experience we had during our trip to Yunnan. The room came with a Xiao AI smart speaker, the bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was excellent. They also offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is perfect for guests catching early flights the next day. On the day we checked in, they even gave us complimentary flower cakes. Employee number 666 provided amazing service!

The hotel is clean and tidy, with plenty of sunshine making it warm. Even with the air conditioning on at night, it doesn't get cold. The heated toilet seat is very comfortable. The mattress is also very comfortable. The breakfast rice noodle set is delicious, and they offer afternoon tea. In the evenings, there's even butter tea, which is a thoughtful touch. The large balcony on the 5th floor offers an excellent view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It's also very close to Lijiang Old Town, within walking distance. There are two lovely dogs at the hotel, especially the Alaskan Malamute, 'Xiao Shi Yi,' who is very smart and lively. All the hotel staff are wonderful; they even gave us delicious apples on Christmas Eve. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This was my first stay at an Atour hotel, and it was a very comfortable experience. The staff at the front desk were all enthusiastic and polite. They even gave us small gifts during both check-in and check-out, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The room itself was spotless, the bedding was conducive to a good night's sleep, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. Any small requests we had were promptly fulfilled by the front desk. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Nanping Old Walking Street and not far from the main attractions around Cuihu Lake. Overall, I'd give it a big thumbs up!

Excellent location. Situated at the edge of the ancient town, it’s easy to access transport when going for your day trips or to the railway. Despite that, it’s only a 4 min walk to the heart of the town - Sifang street. Yet, it’s very peaceful at night, affording good rest. Superb service. The central figure of the establishment is Ah Fei. He goes over and beyond to make, not just your stay at his hotel, but your entire stay in lijiang a memorable one. He will contact you way before your stay, so do tap on his knowledge and honesty. Good amenities. Warm slippers and toothbrushes that are replaced daily, Songzhuju is decked with everything, one will find in a high-end hotel. The air conditioning is actually warm although the toilet/bath area can be a tad chilly. Overall - highly recommended. (Visited late Dec 2025)

The B&B is located inside the ancient city. You need to take a taxi to a certain spot, and the owner will pick you up from there. The B&B owner is very nice and helpful with pick-ups, drop-offs, and carrying luggage. Facilities: Since the hotel has been open for a while, the decor and overall condition can't be compared to newly opened establishments. However, it's still generally good, clean, and tidy. They even upgraded our room to a much larger one. Service: It's definitely good. They'll add you on WeChat in advance to communicate, and the rooms even have heated floors!

All five stars! It's in the city center with convenient transportation. I missed breakfast one day due to my own mistake, but after speaking with the front desk, the kind lady proactively offered me a complimentary one. There were many options. When I checked out, they even gave me a souvenir. Every staff member was dedicated and professional, which really showed. It was a great experience, and Hilton is a big brand, so you can't go wrong here.

It was a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. All amenities were available, and the building felt extremely safe with secure access and security. The host was very friendly and responsive at all times. The price is excellent compared to others, and the location is great ..close to cafés and a nearby park. Highly recommended! 🌟

Good location. Breakfast - choose the chicken noodle soup, the cross bridge noodles was average. Staff was very helpful, they carried our luggage up the stairs when we checked in and down the stairs when we checked out. The staff also helped pushed our luggage to the Didi pick up and help me locate the Didi when I had trouble pinpointing where the Didi was. Room felt a little old and could have appreciated more spacebut otherwise ok for the price.

Our stay in this luxury bedroom suite was a memorable experience, largely due to the exceptional accommodations. The suite itself was nothing short of spectacular—incredibly spacious and warmly appointed. The layout was impeccably designed, featuring a foyer, a living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom was a highlight, with a separate water closet, a vanity area with a deep-soaking bathtub, and a separate, spacious double shower room. The private outdoor sitting area that led to a huge, rejuvenating hot spring was the crown jewel of the suite. It's important to note the location within the Dong Feng Yun Scenic Area. A significant benefit is that the hotel provides the scenic area entrance ticket and transport to and from the gate, which is excellent. However, its setting means it is quite far from Jianshui's Old Town and other key locations. This can be inconvenient when you wish to visit other spots or find dining options outside the hotel. A major logistical issue we encountered was with return trips. When trying to get back to the hotel, most taxi drivers requested a top-up payment, as they would have to return to the city center without a passenger. Service at the hotel was generally good; the staff were prompt and attentive upon our arrival and throughout our stay. However, we noted a noticeable drop in attentiveness during the checkout process. A minor point to note is the centralized A/C system, which meant we couldn't control the room temperature individually. That said, the provision of a standing fan was a thoughtful and effective solution. The food at the hotel's restaurant was acceptable, though it didn't quite match the exceptional standard of the suite itself. Overall, this is a truly magnificent property for the space and privacy it offers, but its remote location requires careful planning and extra budget for transportation.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It is inside the old town, making it easy to access the attractions and shops. Since it is inside the old town, cars cannot reach the accommodation. One of the hosts came out and helped carry our suitcases. The entire building has a traditional feel but equipped with modern facilities. The room has good view. The bath areas have a step. We enjoyed the stay.
