The hotel environment is very elegant, making us feel peaceful and comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is also very clean, making it a wonderful check-in experience overall.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the CBD, just a 5-minute walk to my office. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with soft bedding and a spacious work area. The high-speed WiFi was consistently stable. The thoughtful service, especially at breakfast, makes it perfect for business travelers.

I specifically chose a hotel with excellent environment and service for this trip. As soon as we walked in, they upgraded our room type, which was incredibly surprising and amazing! The duty manager was very responsible and easy to reach via WeChat for any questions; his service attitude was also fantastic!! This really boosted my impression of the hotel! The front desk also gave us a complimentary room upgrade – the service truly exceeded the price! Incredible value for money! And the welcome fruit from the hotel was delicious and fresh. It's very close to Yizhouli Commercial Street, just a short walk downstairs. On a nice day, I feel like I could sit in the park downstairs all afternoon. The lobby is also very spacious and not cramped at all. The hygiene was exceptional. The cleaning ladies spoke Mandarin and even folded our clothes. Coming back to a tidy room after leaving it messy always puts me in a better mood. The hot water was definitely plentiful, making for a very comfortable bath at night. The bed was huge, and the environment was great. The breakfast had a wide variety and was quite good. Upon checkout, they even gave us a souvenir, helped us scan the parking code, and escorted us all the way to the parking lot – full of thoughtful details.

Great place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable. however the room service food isnt so great. Can be improve in the future. Will repeat if visiting the town again.

The hotel is located in the city center, right across the street from Suochengli, and just a short walk from Wanda Plaza. It's also very close to Yantai Mountain. During the May Day holiday, parking was difficult, but a taxi ride from the hotel was just the minimum fare. The hotel management is excellent; from the doormen to the front desk staff, everyone is polite, demonstrating the professionalism expected of a star-rated hotel. On May 2nd, it rained on the day of check-in, which disrupted our plans, so we arrived early to see if we could check in. The front desk staff welcomed us warmly without any hesitation. They explained that the room was still being cleaned and that housekeeping had been notified to expedite the process, and also informed us that we could check in a little earlier, which made us feel very reassured. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel's airport shuttle service is very convenient, with a scheduled pickup every hour, making it super easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, exceeding a 3-star standard. I checked in last night, and the two ladies at the front desk were not only beautiful but also incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They promptly addressed any issues and were very attentive to guests. That's great! Since I'll be leaving Jinan for a few days, one of the ladies mentioned they could provide parking services. After discussing it, the fee was reasonable, which really helped me out of a bind. I've been on a business trip for half a month, moving to a different city every day, and this is by far the most satisfying hotel stay I've had in all that time. Highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is near a residential area, very friendly, and the stay is very pleasant. Free parking is available, and there are free fruits. The hardware facilities are a bit old, the corridors are induction lights, and the lighting in the room is OK. It is very convenient to eat local breakfast downstairs, and you can take a bus to Taibai Lake Scenic Area at the door, which is really convenient.

Having stayed at many hotels in the area, this one truly amazed me. The smart home system was incredibly user-friendly, the shower water pressure was excellent, and the mattress was made of low-pressure latex. Staying in a hotel is all about comfortable showers and beds, and this hotel's rooms were warm, comfortable, and very clean. The owner and receptionist were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Crucially, it's incredibly close to the Confucius Temple. While there are several chain hotels nearby, this one, despite being in the same location, boasts a more refined and inviting ambiance than some of their chain counterparts. I prefer this kind of personalized hotel to the standardized, standardized chains. Such a hidden gem in such a prime location is truly exceptional. One night here will leave a lasting impression, even making me, who's usually too lazy to write reviews, take a few minutes to write one. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, and I wish the owner of this hotel great success and prosperity!

In general this is a nice hotel. Clean room, good food for breakfast. The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities.

When we mentioned the bedding wasn't comfortable, they immediately arranged to purchase and replace it with brand new duvet covers and linens. Their patience and attentiveness throughout the process were outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests' experience. Plus, the hotel offers great value for money, making for an excellent stay. The breakfast spread is also very generous, featuring a wide variety of local Liaocheng specialties and pastries. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.
