Five-star review! This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel near the airport, my top choice for catching a flight. The location is absolutely unbeatable – just a few minutes to the terminal, so no need to rush or stress early in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, with brand new and well-maintained facilities. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. The service was excellent throughout, no perfunctory gestures at all. Breakfast was tasty and perfectly sufficient to fill up. The overall decor is grand and well-ordered, definitely not cheap-looking. It's ideal whether you're staying overnight after a late arrival or just need a transition stay for an early morning flight. For anyone catching a plane, this is a no-brainer. I'll definitely be back!

Came to Jinan for Children's Day and stayed at Shangri-La. The location is very convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit, and there are many restaurants nearby. The restaurant recommended by the front desk was indeed excellent. The hotel's breakfast buffet wasn't lavish, but the quality was decent. The room's cleanliness and air quality were good; the carpet was a bit old but appeared clean. However, the accompanying 'SPA' wasn't up to par and shouldn't even be called a SPA. Overall, our trip to Jinan was pleasant.

This hotel is truly unique, with warm and attentive service. Every staff member greets you with a smile, and housekeeping is prompt, including timely replenishment of bottled water. Sunny Yang, in particular, was incredibly proactive, diligent, and professional. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide and varied selection, and it's all very clean and appetizing. The location is also very convenient for visiting local attractions. My experience on this trip was fantastic! It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an outstanding choice!

The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Bailey arranged an upgrade for me, and the view was fantastic, LOL!. **Location:** It's super close to Xinlangya and Yizhouli, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and also very close to Taisheng Vientiane City. They have their own underground parking, which is free, making it very convenient if you're driving. **Ambiance & Service:** The overall decor is very tasteful. From the lobby to the room, there's a delicate, fresh scent, like a mix of fruit and natural plants – very pleasant. The service attitude was excellent too. They even gave me a snack bag at checkout, and there was mosquito repellent next to the bed, which was a nice touch. I didn't need it, but it makes me feel like next time I could come without bringing anything! I imagine sitting on the balcony with a coffee would be incredibly relaxing. **Room Facilities:** The room was spotlessly clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The bedding was very comfortable, and the vanity included lotion (kudos!). It's from an American pharmacist brand, very hygienic and convenient to use. Overall, a very comfortable stay. **Dining:** While others worry about how high you fly, this hotel worries about whether you've eaten enough! Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, so I finally won't miss breakfast by oversleeping. The food was also very satisfying.

Jiaodong International Airport transfer service: Punctual, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Late-night porridge: We arrived in Qingdao from abroad on Chinese New Year's Eve, and the hotel staff even made us dumplings 🥟, which was such a thoughtful touch! The next morning, we had an early flight, and they packed us hot dumplings to go! All in all, the staff were genuinely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Qingdao!

The Sheraton Hotel truly has a human touch. We arrived early, and since two elderly family members were with us, Jane at the front desk kindly arranged an early check-in for us. She was also very thoughtful in helping me later with a room change, which was incredibly heartwarming. The next day, when we switched rooms, a staff member from housekeeping came to help with our luggage, guided us to the new room, and even helped activate floor access so I could easily go up to care for the elders. The housekeeping auntie on the 36th floor was also very kind, patiently putting extra water bottles in the elderly couple's room every time. And the F&B staff who delivered coke, fruit, and pancakes to our room… The warm assistance we received during our two-night stay was countless. People from Zibo are truly hospitable! Additionally, the hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, and the hotel's location in the city center is excellent, with convenient access to surrounding dining and attractions. We hope to visit again!

Seeing it was ranked No.1 on the platform for luxury hotels in Weifang, I didn't hesitate to choose this hotel for my first visit to the city. My two-night stay was an excellent experience. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center and is close to Weifang Station. With Wanda Plaza next door, dining, entertainment, and shopping are incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in! Thank you! The suite was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the facilities were complete, high-quality, and luxurious. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, making it bright, airy, beautiful, and comfortable. It featured a living room, a vanity, two TVs, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The double-faucet vanity, a standard in five-star hotels, was fantastic. The bathtub was large and pristine. The hotel service was excellent, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and diligent – highly commendable! Breakfast offered a rich variety, with delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The coffee was excellent and offered for takeaway, which is a nice touch! The Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant on the second floor had exquisite dishes that tasted great. The Executive Lounge on the first floor provided a quiet and comfortable environment for happy hour light dinners, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, main courses, snacks, beverages, desserts, and fruits. The male and female staff were very polite, well-mannered, and professional. My stay completely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Pullman Weifang to anyone visiting Weifang.

The newly opened hotel has a great environment and excellent service, and the breakfast is especially plentiful, even including Linyi fried chicken (it tastes just like the ones I've had at restaurants, awesome!). I'll definitely stay here when I'm on business trips to Linyi from now on.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the Confucius Temple and Mansion. The ambiance is wonderful, with ancient-style Chinese architecture throughout. Both the rooms and public areas are very well-designed. The courtyard room has a large private courtyard, perfect for relaxing. The hotel service is outstanding. They contacted us a day in advance and even prepared children's toiletries and a step stool. Any issues we had were immediately addressed. On our last day, they even allowed us a late check-out because our child was asleep – so thoughtful! We ordered a few signature dishes at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and the taste was great. Although it's a bit pricey, there's really nothing else to fault. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is of good quality with a clean environment, and both the dining and accommodation are top-notch. Especially impressive are the family rooms, which allow you to stay in a suite with elderly family members and children, making it very convenient to look after them. The housekeeping staff is also incredibly thoughtful; realizing we had children and would need to wash clothes daily, they thoughtfully left us laundry detergent and a sweet note. Truly wonderful!
