The staff is very hospitable and the location is fantastic. However, the facilities and rooms are very outdated, and cleaning also needs extra attention. The corners of the bedrooms are very dirty, and there's dust everywhere. The wellness spa is very dirty. The steam room tiles are broken, and there's a nasty smell throughout the spa area.

Apart from the old hardware in the room, everything else is very good! The whole building is very local and historical! Dinner in the hotel restaurant in the evening with local singers performance appreciation, it is also a very good experience!

The room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Avari Xpress in Lahore, and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were absolutely wonderfully spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. What truly stood out were the amazing views of Lahore. From my room, I could gaze out over the vibrant cityscape, with breathtaking sights that captured the essence of Lahore’s charm, especially as the sun set. The staff were courteous and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Avari Xpress to anyone visiting Lahore for a memorable and comfortable experience.

The size of the room is neither too big nor too small. It is just right. The bathroom is separated. There are many types of breakfast, especially desserts and cakes. There are also a lot of people. Overall, it is not bad.

Feels like home !! Everything was top notch. Staff was super cooperative and even prepared food the way i wanted without spices 😇.

Yes, I go to this place every year. If it's not for business, I won't go there. Chinese are not allowed to go out unless they arrange a bulletproof car + security. Otherwise, they can only be taken to the hotel. It was boring to death. I couldn't stand it after staying for 6 days, so I changed my flight ticket and left early.

The hotel itself is good but the service at reception was terrible. Since I had strange noise continually at my room, I requested to change room. But due to fully booked on that day, the reception staff couldn’t change. That’s is fine not to change due to fully booked but they didn’t do any reaction to stop noise. I invited reception staff (Mr.A) 2 times to let Mr.A hear what kind of noise I heard and Mr.A said maybe housekeeping on different floor is still working (1 am at night!), I will check it etc, but even 1 hour later I still had strange noice. Obviously Mr.A didn’t do anything to stop noise and I again invited reception other staff (Mr.B, senior of Mr.A)to my room but Mr.B didn’t hear anything from Mr.A and Mr.B didn’t know also anything what Mr.A did for the noise even Mr.B is senior position. Mr.B promised to ask Mr.A what Mr.A did for the noise and give me feedback. But Mr.B didn’t give me any feedback.next day on 8am I requested to change room but since the reception staff (Mr.C)seems to be sick, Mr.C said Mr.C request other staff to change room. But nothing happened. So around 11am,I again went to reception to request change room. But then other staff (Mr.D) said still there are no available rooms since check out time is 12 noon.but it means even I requested to change room at 8, until 11pm I again went to reception, they didn’t inform me anything. They should have informed to wait until noon etc in advanced. I was very much disappointed such poor service. They didn’t react anything about the notice issue at all and next day they didn’t inform me anything about changing room until I requested again and again. Very poor and unprofessional staff at reception.

Despite it's an old hotel and facilities are a big old, the design are quite impressive! The service is good, especially the counter staffs are friendly and efficient, security man at main door are also friendly and nice! Highly recommended!!!

This hotel is equivalent to a two-and-a-half to three-star hotel in China, just a few hundred meters from the Lahore Convention and Exhibition Center. There's also a large Walmart supermarket nearby. The breakfast is home-cooked and quite filling. The owner, Mr. Nova, and his driver and guide, Mr. Hamed, were very kind and personally picked us up at the airport. Hiring a car with them is a good deal if you're unfamiliar with the area. The metro station is two kilometers away, so taxis into the city are also affordable. Overall, this is a great value for a stay at a trade show or for sightseeing.
