The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

One of the best rooms I stayed at. It has a modern and new interior, especially the floor is beautiful. A little more care and attention by cleaning (window, shower glass enclosures, walls...) every few months and it would look like a 4 star room. The view is beautiful as well as the place by the window. Location isn't the best but close to metro, no big deal. Food and vegetables are easy to find nearby, the grocery is even in the same building. PS: the location at the Trip and maps has to be fixed, it does show building 1 instead of 2. But the written location is right though. The reception is on floor 13, use the elevator for visitors.

I stayed for three nights. The hotel is located within the Tongtuo Muyu scenic area, which is small and not yet officially open, so there aren't many tourists, mostly local residents. The room was spacious, with the famous Chan River visible from the window. The windows were well-sealed; once closed, you couldn't hear the sound of the water. You can control the lights and curtains by voice, which is great for winter. The breakfast selection was rich, and the old lamb soup with bread (paomo) comes highly recommended (you need to go to the restaurant to eat it yourself). Both the staff and the cat were incredibly welcoming; the cat would even follow me to my room and actively ask for scratches. A small suggestion: the blue light on the smart toilet seat was a bit bright at night, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

It was a really enjoyable stay: the location is very central and the subway line is only 2 mins walk away. So from the high speed line it will take you approximately 50 mins to reach the hotel. Taxi is sometimes not even fast - the price of the subway is unbeatable low compared to the taxi. The room was very clean, quiet and ideal for a couple of days. The owner was very kind and even helped with the laundry. Wi-Fi connection was top. Around the hotel you‘ll find loads of traditional restaurants, Cafés and supermarkets. A hidden gem, which I highly recommend.

I brought my elderly parents here, and it was excellent. They pre-booked a wheelchair for us, which was very helpful. The breakfast had a great variety, catering to everyone's tastes in the family. The happy hour and afternoon tea offerings were also impressive. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next family trip.

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and gave me a free room upgrade. The room was really spacious and had a great separate shower and toilet area. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of Western and Chinese options, plus a noodle station offering hot chicken soup vermicelli and beef brisket noodles. In the evening, the hotel restaurant even offers free supper. After a long day of sightseeing, it was such a relief to come back to the hotel and enjoy a warm bowl of congee with pickled vegetables late at night.

The inn was so comfortable, we visited in Jan 2026, it was cold but we got heater and was warm. The smart controler was cool ( lights, curtains etc). The inn’s great is great as well. We were able to experience authentic ancient Chinese experience wearing hanfu and going through Shaolin temple - with nearby city, Dengfeng. We went Longmen Grottes, and beautiful buildings. The amenities were great. The only downside could be the smelly air after air conditioner stops.

This hotel was by far the most comfortable stay of our trip. It was clean and tidy, and the room had a very harmonious feel. The bathroom was spacious, and our king room even had a small desk. They also provided plenty of bottled water. Breakfast was quite ample; the noodles 🍜 with the meat sauce were delicious 😋. I particularly liked that the pillows in the room were clearly distinguishable as soft or firm.

Great value for money! Cindy provided excellent and thoughtful service, even offering ginger tea on a cold day. The breakfast was amazing, and the Cantonese food at the Chinese restaurant was equally impressive. **Facilities:** Well-equipped and convenient for a hassle-free stay. **Hygiene:** Excellent (👍), very reassuring. **Environment:** Fantastic and very convenient. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommend this comfortable and incredibly cost-effective hotel for business trips or leisure travel.
