The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

One of the best rooms I stayed at. It has a modern and new interior, especially the floor is beautiful. A little more care and attention by cleaning (window, shower glass enclosures, walls...) every few months and it would look like a 4 star room. The view is beautiful as well as the place by the window. Location isn't the best but close to metro, no big deal. Food and vegetables are easy to find nearby, the grocery is even in the same building. PS: the location at the Trip and maps has to be fixed, it does show building 1 instead of 2. But the written location is right though. The reception is on floor 13, use the elevator for visitors.

I stayed for three nights. The hotel is located within the Tongtuo Muyu scenic area, which is small and not yet officially open, so there aren't many tourists, mostly local residents. The room was spacious, with the famous Chan River visible from the window. The windows were well-sealed; once closed, you couldn't hear the sound of the water. You can control the lights and curtains by voice, which is great for winter. The breakfast selection was rich, and the old lamb soup with bread (paomo) comes highly recommended (you need to go to the restaurant to eat it yourself). Both the staff and the cat were incredibly welcoming; the cat would even follow me to my room and actively ask for scratches. A small suggestion: the blue light on the smart toilet seat was a bit bright at night, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

It was a really enjoyable stay: the location is very central and the subway line is only 2 mins walk away. So from the high speed line it will take you approximately 50 mins to reach the hotel. Taxi is sometimes not even fast - the price of the subway is unbeatable low compared to the taxi. The room was very clean, quiet and ideal for a couple of days. The owner was very kind and even helped with the laundry. Wi-Fi connection was top. Around the hotel you‘ll find loads of traditional restaurants, Cafés and supermarkets. A hidden gem, which I highly recommend.

This is my third stay at the JW Marriott Corn Building, and unfortunately, I feel like it's going downhill. Every time I come, getting in and out of the hotel and parking is incredibly inconvenient and congested. The property security at the Corn Building directly detracts from the JW Marriott experience! The facilities and amenities, especially in the public areas, are not well maintained. It's a noticeable difference compared to other JW Marriotts I've stayed at in other cities. However, considering the room rates are quite reasonable, and I understand the challenges of hotel operations, I won't hold it to the exact service standards of a Marriott. I hope the management can uphold the brand standards and truly become the KEY HOTEL that Zhengzhou expects. Of course, I would still recommend it to friends visiting Zhengzhou. I really don't like taking photos all over the hotel when I'm on business trips, as it can make others uncomfortable, so I didn't get enough detailed pictures this time. I'll make sure to get more next time.

The service was excellent. Despite it being my first stay, the landlady was incredibly kind and welcoming, radiating local charm. The room was spotless and tidy, the bed was comfortable and soft, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support and softness. The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always responsive to guests' needs. From patient guidance during check-in to the attentive service of the room attendants, the most thoughtful touch was the airport pick-up and drop-off service – the driver was quick and his service was impeccable.

As a frequent traveler to Luoyang, this stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the high-speed train station, and their 'Worry-Free Check-in' service, specifically designed for early/late trains, is incredibly thoughtful. The room spaciousness was a pleasant surprise; a standard room was about 30% larger than other hotels in the same price range, with a well-planned layout that made good use of the space. There were quite a few international guests, and I often heard multilingual conversations during breakfast, creating a relaxed and uncrowded atmosphere.

Welcome snacks: As soon as I checked in, I was given welcome snacks, and there was a generous amount too! How incredibly thoughtful! Special souvenir: Even more thoughtful was what you see below! I was completely amazed when I was given a big bag of exquisite gifts after checking out! It's clear this establishment genuinely cares about every guest!! The owner truly puts a lot of effort into running this place! Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean! Nothing made me feel uncomfortable. Facilities: Since it's a newly opened establishment, the toiletries and appliances in the room are all smart. The stay experience was excellent! Environment: The decor perfectly incorporates Luoyang's local characteristics, and the摆件 (decorative items) in the hallway exude a sense of historical and cultural ambiance. Very refined! It felt like being in a mini-museum! You can tell the owner is very cultured and has invested heavily in the environment and decor.

The hotel is located diagonally opposite the West Square of the high-speed rail station, about a 5-6 minute walk after exiting the station. From my room window, I could see the station across the street. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it covered the basics. Service: Everyone was very enthusiastic and efficient.

One morning at breakfast, I noticed some local Luoyang specialties but was already full. A young server specifically brought me a to-go cup so I could take some with me – that small detail genuinely touched me. ❤️ Marriott's quality is consistently excellent, and it certainly delivered in Luoyang. The value for money is outstanding! I highly recommend choosing the Marriott Hotel when you visit Luoyang; you definitely won't be disappointed! 🏨✨
