I booked this hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is super easy. The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station – every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. Next time we're in Luoyang, we're definitely staying here again!

The room was very nice and matched the pictures very well. The large wardrobe and sofa in the room are very useful. The TV can be projected and can watch many programs. I like it very much! The room is clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very kind and have a great service attitude! The location of the hotel is very good. There is a big park right outside the door and the air is very good. There are subways and buses nearby, and transportation is convenient. The stay experience is perfect, recommended to stay!

Although Dongshan Longyue isn't officially star-rated, my overall stay far exceeded expectations. The hotel rooms were meticulously clean, and being able to smoke in the room was a really thoughtful touch! The interior was tidy and odor-free, and both the bedding and bathroom facilities were spotless and hygienic, perfectly meeting all basic daily living needs. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its superb location. It's situated right inside the Longmen Grottoes scenic area, just 200 meters from the grottoes entrance. There's no need to rush in the morning or spend time commuting to and from the site; you can reach the attractions with just a short walk, saving a significant amount of travel time. This is especially convenient for visitors specifically coming to explore the grottoes. Star rating aside, the clean rooms combined with the unparalleled location made me feel like I was sharing a mountain with the Great Buddha.

This hotel is located in Zhengzhou's Grand Corn (Big Corn) building, with the lobby situated on the 38th floor. There's an attendant on the 1st floor to guide guests, and you'll need to transfer to another elevator on the 38th floor. It's not a hassle at all. The check-in associate was incredibly friendly and helpful. I noticed her name tag and realized it was Maggie, who many guests praise on Ctrip reviews. She even upgraded me to a lake-view room for free when she learned I preferred it – a big thank you to Maggie! Just like other Marriott hotels, it was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. There were plenty of power outlets and USB ports by the bed and desk, which was very convenient. I didn't use the gym or pool, but I took a look around, and they seemed good. The pool is kept at a constant 28°C, and there were a few people swimming. The Ruyi Lake boat dock is about a ten-minute walk away, and there are many dining and drinking options along the lakefront downstairs, which is super convenient. Enjoying a meal or drink while admiring the beautiful lake view is lovely. My schedule didn't allow for a longer stay, otherwise, I would have loved to spend a few more nights. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhengzhou! 👍

I had the most wonderful time at this Hotel, with the staff all being so hospitable and friendly! The owner of the hotel look after all his Guests very well and doesn’t leave them in need of anything, from rides to extending booking rooms, even complimentary fruit and snacks! The food in the hotel is very delicious and traditional, all very clean and flavourful! I can’t reccomend this hotel enough it’s only 1km away from Shaolin temple and other beautiful attractions. It was a pleasure to stay here! Thank you for having me 🥰

Decided to try out one of their unique room types. The room wasn't huge, but it was incredibly well-equipped. The little courtyard was so relaxing, and having a private hot spring tub was a real bonus! My child absolutely loved it. The butler was also fantastic, responding to messages 24/7 almost instantly. The front desk lady was very kind, and they even offered a pick-up and drop-off service. The staff member who drove us was handsome and had a great attitude – my husband even commented that his voice sounded like Wang Yibo's! Overall, a great experience and definitely worth checking out.

The location is good, not too far from anywhere, and the surroundings are relatively quiet. The room is spacious and not cramped, though the facilities are indeed old. It's clean, but some signs of wear and tear just can't be removed. Our room faced the building opposite, which was very close, so there was no view to speak of. The windows are sealed, but the air conditioning works. The meals are quite simple, and the price isn't high anyway. The young lady at the front desk and the cleaning staff were all very warm and attentive, especially the bellmen. They delivered takeout to our room tirelessly every day, without any delay. I have to specifically mention the shuttle service for the concert. On the first day, it was organized by room, which unfortunately led to long waiting times. On the second day, they took our feedback and changed the arrangement, which was very smooth. All the staff were enthusiastic and patient – thumbs up!
