GGuest UserI think its about Trip.com but my reservation wasn’t registered at hotel and I had to pay at the hotel even I’ve paid online. After negotiating with hotel they paid me back so it was fine but still it is bad experience using this app. Hotel was nice and clean, stuff was kind and they have a good hospitality!
Suggest you to reserve directly if you can.
