The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the entrance of Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, and directly opposite East and West Alley and Jingjiang Prince City. From the hotel, it's just a 10-minute walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, both offering fantastic scenery. The front desk service is also commendable; they were incredibly enthusiastic and even offered to help carry our luggage to our room and to the hotel entrance. Two thumbs up!

A friend recommended Qilou. I stayed in this hotel for one night. I booked a river view room. The view was not so beautiful because it was raining. The breakfast was ordinary. The dinner was well cooked and reasonably priced. The taste was good. It was not a star hotel. It was a bit outrageous to charge a 10% service fee. Tea was also required. It was charged even if I didn't order it. I took a bath in the bathtub in the room at night to eliminate fatigue. As a result, the bathtub was leaking. I almost slipped. I couldn't see clearly that there was water on the tiles. I slipped and saw that it was all water. The aunt came to clean it quickly because it was too late and refused to repair it. I hope the hotel will repair the room in time. The attitude of the waiters is good.

I have stayed at the Wyndham Baise Resort a few times during the past couple of years. This past week I stayed two nights with friends to celebrate my birthday. The hotel staff delivered a cake and card to my room, which was a sweet surprise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always someone available who can speak English if you need it. We enjoy eating at the restaurant on the first floor which has a variety of good food to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a pool and a sauna that we use every time we go. I love the view of the city and river from the window. A mall and some restaurants are in walking distance.

They even proactively informed me about the hotel's facilities and provided tips for exploring the surrounding area – impeccable attention to detail! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin. I fell asleep instantly, which perfectly relieved my travel fatigue. The facilities were excellent; the air conditioning heated and cooled quickly, and there was plenty of hot water with stable temperature. The toiletries were high quality, and even the hairdryer had good power. The view from the window was expansive, with no distracting noises, creating a quiet and relaxing environment.

The hotel is right in the heart of the Poly business district. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with two good 'luosifen' (snail noodle) restaurants nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. The 42nd-floor lobby offers a pretty good 360° view, and Luna at the front desk provided excellent service. Thumbs up!

This hotel boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, just a two to three-minute walk from the subway station, allowing easy access to all corners of the city. If you choose to take a taxi to Nanning East High-Speed Rail Station, it's only a short ten-minute ride, saving a significant amount of travel time. The staff's service attitude is outstanding, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya at the service center. They are not only warm and attentive but also patiently and thoroughly answer all inquiries. They enthusiastically recommend local dining and entertainment options, making every guest feel genuinely cared for. This trip, due to my schedule, I needed a slightly later checkout, and they graciously offered a complimentary late checkout until 4 PM, which was very accommodating. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, featuring a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym with plenty of exercise machines. The breakfast and Chinese restaurants are located on the 6th floor. Breakfast is quite varied, offering both Western and Chinese options to suit different tastes. The hotel is right next to the large shopping mall, Hangyang City, and Mixc City is also not far, making dining, shopping, and strolling very convenient. What's more, you can directly access the second floor of the mall from the hotel lobby, which is incredibly handy. As night falls, the surrounding night view of the hotel is absolutely stunning, like a captivating painting. This prime location and excellent service make this hotel an ideal choice for both business travelers and leisure tourists.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Opening the curtains revealed a beautiful view, which immediately lifted my spirits. It was wonderfully quiet at night, and I slept incredibly well both nights. Overall, I was very satisfied. Also, the Americano coffee made by the lovely lady at the front desk was delicious, and the fruit was tasty too! A cup every morning after breakfast left me feeling completely energized!

The service was very warm and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. The view was fantastic, offering an unobstructed panorama of the mountains and water, which was really pleasant. It offered great value for money, and the hygiene was excellent, with all facilities well-equipped. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is very good and traveling is very convenient. The girl at the front desk was very considerate and upgraded us to a lake view room. This trip was a perfect experience. We will choose this hotel next time.

The location is excellent, with Metro Line 1 right outside the door and MixC shopping mall nearby. The housekeeping auntie responsible for room 2813 from November 21st to 24th provided exceptional service. I apologize for forgetting to ask her name. The view of the morning glow from the room was beautiful. Regarding facilities, the elevator is small. After showering in room 2813, water seeped into the toilet area, likely due to insufficient caulking. The room information on Trip.com was incorrect. The pictures showed a capsule coffee machine, but there was only drip coffee available. At breakfast, I left some fruit on the table, but someone else took the table later. The gentleman loudly asked me twice where it said the table was occupied. The restaurant really needs to consider if they have a contingency plan for dealing with rude, ill-mannered, and visually unappealing individuals who also hog tables.
