Excellent, we are very pleased.

Great hotel! Everything super clean. Service at the top level. A spacious room with a mini kitchen. A coffee machine with good coffee in capsules, microwave oven and cooking panel (induction), but no dishes. The pool is not very large, the sauna works perfectly. Everything is very clean in the spa zone. It's quite a good sports hall with everything necessary. Breakfast in the hotel for five with a plus! Very delicious!!!

Disappointing stay due to poor indoor temperature control and unhelpful service. Our room was uncomfortably warm (27°C), and despite several visits from maintenance, the AC issue wasn't resolved. We were told nothing could be done unless we paid for an upgrade, which they couldn't even guarantee would fix the problem. We ended up sleeping with the windows open for relief, but were kept awake by a loud generator outside. Definitely not the quality experience we expected

Well, my first impression was wonderful: a great spacious room, good location, beautiful swimming pool area. There was a misunderstanding about parking, but it was quickly fixed by the reception staff (this is no longer a question to the hotel, but to Trip.com). Everything was ruined by the second night from Friday to Saturday. The hotel has a rooftop bar where parties are held. It was too unexpected, because the bass from the music was such that the bed vibrated. It lasted until 1:30 am. Needless to say, the next morning we felt absolutely exhausted. I suppose the hotel should warn guests about this.

Such a lovely hotel with amazing views and amazing rooms. The front desk people are very helpful and nice! Location is slightly far out so would definitely recommend hiring a car

The room was nice, facing the bay. The toiletries in the room smelled great, and I also wanted to praise the breakfast buffet, which was very rich. We drove there this time, but the road to the hotel was very congested. I wonder when the road construction will be completed ✔️

A beautiful small hotel with good location and service. We have made the appreciation of the room for free in honor of my birthday. Also congratulated on the dessert 🫶🏻. There is a small spa in the hotel. It was great to warm in sauna and hamama in the evening, and to swim in the pool. The service is very kind, employees speak English and Russian. There is a free parking 👍🏻.

The hotel is very close to the sea, a 1-minute walk, you can go to the sea at any time. The sea is not a sandy beach, but pebbles, and it is crystal clear. Circle a place by the seaside hotel where you can swim safely. The bar by the sea is also in the hotel, and you can eat on both sides. But you have to pay the bill on the same day? Can't hang up the house account, saying that you have to clear the account every day? The rooms are average and dilapidated, but they are basically average over there? At the beginning, the door lock of the room was broken, and it couldn't be locked from the inside. I found the front desk and changed to another room. It seemed to be an accidental upgrade? In the afternoon, I asked the front desk to help call a taxi, but I didn't call for half an hour. Is the attitude of the front desk not very good? Breakfast is very mediocre, with few choices. WIFI is sometimes not available, and it is not as fast as moving overseas 4G. Except that the environment is satisfactory, everything else is average. Will not live again next time. Will change to another place.
