Given the price, some of the issues are somewhat understandable, but the facility was significantly more dilapidated than shown in the photos, and it had a distinct odor. I was looking for an inexpensive private room, but if I had known the extent of its condition, I absolutely would have spent more money to book a different place. The chair cushions were falling apart, and the old window wouldn't open or close properly. The clothes hangers themselves looked like salvaged, dented, and paint-peeling items.

Good budget option for couples — not wow, but decent.
Luzeiros Suites, Lisbon
Location is okay — Entrecampos area, not the most central, but there’s a bus stop right outside (15–17 min to the center), metro and rental scooters nearby. The scooters are a fun way to explore the old streets.
Right next to the hotel: a great seafood restaurant, a grocery store open until 9pm, coffee shops a short walk away. Also — there’s a big underground shopping mall nearby that’s easy to miss at first.
The room is very small but functional: wardrobe, fridge, kettle, bed, shower, toilet. 6th floor, courtyard view, no balcony. Staff were quick and efficient, daily cleaning was fine. AC available but controlled by reception only.
Note: tourist tax paid at check-in (~€48).
Downsides: Soundproofing is catastrophic. We could hear every sound from the neighbor — it felt like he was sleeping in the same room. Woke us up every morning. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs or skip this one.
The shower sits on a raised platform with no barrier — water floods the floor until you figure out the technique. Price is slightly high for what you get.

Exactly located in city centre, it is very convenient. Restaurants, bar, coffee shops, supermarkets, metro, bus, shopping are nearby. The staff are very helpful, nice and friendly.
The hostel is having great atmosphere and good vibe especially living rooms and kitchen. The shared room is great and having all common facilities that we need plus individual fan, socket, light, locker and curtains. Also, they are providing free breakfast everyday. Need to pay for the towel 2 Euro for each and hair dryer is available for free at the reception.
The hostel is wooden floor and a bit noisy during the night. The rooms next to the street might get some noise from outside. Only 2 toilets and 3 showers for shared dorm but fine.

I booked 3 rooms , all are fine but one of the rooms has no air conditioning which was the only thing not good for me. I’ve told the receptionist to get it fixed but still no air conditioning

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from both the train and bus stations. The facilities are excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised to find slippers provided, which is rare for European hotels. The breakfast was plentiful, and the location is very convenient!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spacious. The breakfast had a great variety, with plenty of meat, eggs, milk, and bread, plus some egg tarts. The only downside was the noise from the street outside; it was quite loud when high-powered motorcycles passed by. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on the other side of the building. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, or you can catch the metro nearby downstairs. They also have private parking available for 15 euros per day.

The hotel location is good, close to oriente.
It looks nice from outside, however the room has a couple of issues. The air conditioner has control for fan speed, but it doesn't work, so it will be either on or off, and when it is on, it is very noisy, you cannot sleep.
I have been staying at other hotels, their air conditioning are much quieter. Second, there are not enough power plugs, we have to unplug the tay lamps to charge our phones.
I will not recommend this for hotter season
We checked into this hotel as soon as we got off the plane. It's about an hour and a half drive from Lisbon Airport. It was convenient for us to go shopping near CASA the next day. The only drawback is that there is no free parking nearby. You can only pay 6.5 opals to enter the private parking lot. In other aspects, it is still very good

GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.
AAnonymous UserThe room with bathroom inside the room with balcony.
No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy.
There is elevator, no problems with luggage.
There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
WWariyukiI won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre.
The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment.
Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers).
Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too.
Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately.
Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.
TTomazzI recently stayed at Hotel Lumen and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are delightfully spacious and modern, much larger than what you usually find, with comfortable king size bed.
The bar deserves a special mention:
they serve excellent drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening at also to see the lightshow from or going out to the patio
Location-wise, it's very convenient depending on your plans – close to metro and within easy reach of both the city center and other areas.
Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
SSilcreThe facilities and location were great.
The downside was the construction work that kept us awake. It was two in the morning, and they were working with grinders, tools, and other heavy impacts.
TTravelTime11Nice hotel with friendly staff particularly the young lady at the spa reception. Nice sauna, jacuzzi and gym for use. Quiet area close enough to the heart of lisbon. Totally recommending this place.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.
SSamya16I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.
SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent being in the centre of everything.
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with appropriate choices and fruits are fresh and delicious.
Room size was a bit small but comfortable and cozy.
Would recommend for anyone who looks for value in traveling
