Great location. So easy to find/access, if you arrive by train / plane, then metro or taxi.Very central also very quiet (specially on upper floors). Every staff is helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast served on the first floor. Rooms are very nice with great closet space (better than other Rossio hotels in the area). The bathroom and shower are both amazing. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff is nice to upgrade us for a bigger room 214. However, we could hear the sound from the metro every few minutes throughout the night.

Beautiful rooms with amazing and luxurious interiors. I loved the large rooms and comfortable king sized beds. Initially we were put into a really noisy room that we could feel the vivrations of the train, but we asked to switch and were upgraded to very spacious and quiet corner room. We loved everything about it! Staff were very friendly. Negatives Charged for everything including extra bottle of water (1 bottle for 3 days???) and coffee capsules in the room, which I thought was a little tacly and also stingy for such a luxuriously styled hotel. A little cheapskate. The brealfast was aess - instead of putting it out for self serve, the staff had to tale orders and bring out juices, breads etc. They could hardly handle even thoigh there were verg limited tables so the wait can get too long which is unnecessary. Hotel needs to improve on this.

A place where people were welcomed with welcome tea and biscuits. Very comfortable service considering the room condition Rather than Lisbon, the hotel is a place that gives more memories. The location is in an alley so it can be scary at night.

A Korean’s enchanting three-day hotel stay It was a truly happy three days of honeymoon. The staff at the hotel worked tirelessly to create a truly happy time. I left very impressed with the service, from the smallest details, to always smiling and not hesitating to deal with any difficulties for us. Although I met new faces on a rotational basis for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, their warm smiles and friendly guidance were common features to me. The staff in charge of ordering and serving breakfast were extremely friendly, and I was happy with the service I received no matter what my requests were. My wife and I were very happy to be able to start our honeymoon, which had been postponed due to the coronavirus, in a truly magical hotel. Hotel sales have achieved great results every year... If I go to Lisbon again, I will definitely visit that hotel. 1. Location: There is absolutely nothing better. It's an alley right next to the square, so it's safe and you can go there late at night, but be careful because there are homeless people on the opposite side of the street (no need to go there;;) 2. Hygiene: Once you go on a real trip, it is very clean, almost like a new hotel. 3. Service: The most perfect in the world 4. Facilities: The space between the bed and the front shelf is a little narrow, but the bathroom is spacious (you can sleep) and the space next to the bed is spacious. A happy hotel where I stayed for 3 days and didn’t experience any inconveniences. A Korean’s enchanting three-day hotel stay It was a truly happy three days of honeymoon. The bathroom is large and the hot water is very stable. Breakfast is a la carte, allowing you to enjoy high-end service, and the food is delicious, especially the mushrooms. The front desk service is very good, English is barrier-free, and they also introduce the attractions, travel routes, and transportation in detail

Pros: The location of the hotel is great. Go left and turn left to reach the 28/12 tram (but the section near the boarding location and the first tram passing is a bit rundown). The attitude at the front desk was very good. The room is quite tidy. The breakfast buffet is all you can eat and the service attitude is also good. A small bottle of wine and snacks are also given every day (not delicious, but always a nice touch). Cons: The room is very small (the bathroom is quite spacious and takes up a lot of space) and there is no place to put things. There is no USB on the bedside, and the location of the plug is very difficult. You have to kneel down and reach out to plug in the socket (be careful of hitting your head). The breakfast tastes average (don't order American style, otherwise you will drink KFC coffee that is diluted three times. You can go early and buy coffee nearby, Starbucks is a 5-minute walk away). in conclusion: Pop. Please choose based on cost performance.
