Every two months we come from Lipata to Iloilo for immigration, tourist visa. Our favorite place to stay is Zuri Hotel! Very beautiful place, right next to SM Mall! The kids love the pool area and the buffet breakfast! I like ordering in food and laying back in the room! My wife loves the family shopping at the mall! I like the hot shower! Their foods are delicious! Everytime we call for ice or service, they're ringing our door bell in minutes! Staff is very friendly! We all love taking pictures there!

if there would be a word to best describe a stay at Hennan Crystal Sands it would definitely be amazing….it is not just the place itself but the staff from the lobby to the resto who would make you soo welcome as if you are coming home..and Hennan Crystal sands is always always that…Home…my fourth stay with them and i would definitely always come back!!
This is my 2nd time to stay here.
As always fast and easy checked in.
Staffs were nice and accommodating.
My 1st stay before was all good.
But the recent stay had some bits of problems
1st one have some bit foul smell but that I just didn't mind
2nd one the aircon leaked twice:First while we were asleep ended up my nephew's school work being soaked .
Second one in the morning.
3rd:The blinds fell twice.
Good thing they're fast to fix it the moment u call .
Hopefully no more happening like this next time.

I love the hotel’s location, which is one of its biggest strengths. However, I feel that some of the facilities and amenities are starting to feel outdated compared to the newer Henann properties.
The breakfast buffet offers a good variety overall, but during our two-night stay, the longganisa, sausage, and ham selections were essentially the same each morning. It would have been nice to see more rotation in the breakfast offerings. I noticed a similar pattern during a previous stay at another Henann property, where the traditional Filipino breakfast viands were also quite repetitive. Adding more variety from day to day would make the dining experience more enjoyable, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

The service was good, the hotel is being cleaned regulary, the staffs are courteous the place is serene and quiet far from the party noise of boracay. And the breakfast buffet is good lots of selections and they keep on refilling the food warmers for the guests, plus the million dollar view! we never mind paying for e-trike whenever we want to go somewhere. I just didnt like the front desk keeps calling for the checkout notice even though i told her that were ready to check out and just needs a minute to pack some our things, besides we checked in late like 6pm btw we checked out at 12:20pm though So far, this is the best hennan hotel for me.

I was so annoyed with the remote control being faulty during our entire stay. I need to get near the sensor, just to keep it functioning. Imagine the hassle of standing up, every now and then just to change channels. For 54k for 2nights, its not worth it. Its really frustrating.
Also prior to stay, I specifically requested for rooms near each other since we had kids and seniors with us. But lo & behold, rooms were 1 building away from each other. I kindly asked for assistance, but the front desk officer who I was talking to showed no empathy, the worst part? it seemed she was blaming me, telling me I was the one who booked it. Yeah, right. But it was my first time in the property, how would I know the room 341 was far from room 415. I assumed it was just a floor / elevator away. It feels like she wasn't even willing to help after all and just put all the blame to the client.
One more thing, prior to our stay at Mandarin, we stayed at another property at Station 2, the front desk was a lot different!! They're not as accommodating, something was off, it feels like you're not welcome (I am pertaining to the front desk / manager who was processing the check-in)
What I only liked about them was their staff who welcomes you when you arrive (the ones handing over wet towels and welcome drinks) they greet you warmly & very welcoming. Also, the request for a birthday greeting was also granted, thankful for that. But thats it, never coming back.

This hotel is located in S1. I took a tuk-tuk from near S2 to the hotel, which took less than 20 minutes. Locals might pay 20-30 pesos, but the driver charged me 50 pesos, perhaps because I had a suitcase or I'm a foreigner. For first-time visitors to Boracay, this hotel isn't in the bustling commercial area, but for those on a vacation, its location is excellent.
First, the hotel is situated within a large shopping complex. On B1, there's a Robinsons Supermarket where you can buy plenty of food, drinks, and daily necessities. There's also a visa extension office; I saw some online comments about people extending their stay there. The complex also has several restaurants that are much more affordable than those near D'Mall.
Second, taking a shortcut behind the hotel, you can reach S1 beach in 5-10 minutes on foot. It's close to Diniwid Beach, and you can walk to a popular photo spot and Willy's Rock. You can also find activities like sunset sailing on the beach. The water here is more expansive than S2, and the sand is finer.
The hotel provides two bath towels daily, which you can take out using a card. Since I didn't stay on the beach for long, I didn't use this amenity. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to different beaches, but you need to book in advance, so I didn't use that either. The hotel has a large swimming pool, perfect for a vacation. Each floor has purified water, and rooms have large reusable bottles for refilling.
The room was spacious, very clean, and had a balcony where I could hang swimwear to dry. My room faced the street, so it wasn't as quiet as it could be, but I'm a good sleeper, so it didn't bother me. Check-in took a bit longer, as there were many documents to sign and a deposit was required, which could be paid by credit card.

Our 4-day, 3-night stay at Henann Palm Beach Resort was a great experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The amenities were well-maintained, especially the swimming pools and the easy access to the beach. The only problem for me is the water is so much cold. I hope they provide a heater as well in the pool. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and everything was delicious. Especially the egg station, ordered every motning cheese omelete but I forgot the chef's name.
Overall, it was a relaxing stay and I would definitely recommend this resort when visiting Boracay. 🌴

The Worst Hotel Experience I Have Ever Had
I have stayed in countless hotels and resorts around the world, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.
Our company booked six rooms for a team-building trip. Since our staff were arriving at different times, we registered five different employee names so each person could check in when they arrived.
However, when we arrived at the resort, the staff said that all six rooms were somehow registered under the first name from Room 1, and they refused to let anyone check in unless that specific person arrived first.
This made absolutely no sense.
The person who paid for the booking was present, and we clearly showed the Trip.com app, the official voucher, and the names of all employees staying in the rooms. Despite all of this, the staff repeatedly said check-in was impossible.
What makes this even worse is that there was absolutely no notice anywhere saying that the first guest must arrive before anyone else can check in. Instead of helping us solve the problem, the staff simply told us to wait in the lobby indefinitely with no solution.
I have lived in the Philippines for many years and have stayed many times at resorts in Bohol and Boracay, including several Henann Resorts. I have also traveled to many countries. However, I have never experienced such rigid, unhelpful, and unprofessional service.
To make matters worse, no manager came out to assist us, even after we asked multiple times. For a resort that claims to offer quality hospitality, this level of service is completely unacceptable and honestly below even a one-star standard.
This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I would strongly recommend future guests double-check their booking policies before staying here.

The place is well maintained and located. Walking distance to all main attractions, bars and restaurants. The pool area gets a lot of sun thru the day, great for a relaxing experience and with a swim to bar for convenience. Boracay is an expensive place on its own, also expect to pay high prices for consumption at the hotel. Breakfast is good with varied options. I guess the cakes selection could be a bit nicer, but still pretty good mix of western and Asian cuisine :)

GGuest UserWe had non refundable pre paid booking at Soleil de Boracay from 20th to 24th Feb 2026 to celebrate our 47th marriage anniversary. Unfortunately my husband fell ill in January and had to undergo a heart procedure in Feb .
We requested trip.com as well as Soleil de Boracay to refund the booking amount and also submitted the medical papers as required.
But trip.com and Soleil de Boracay kept passing the buck to each other saying we have to contact the other one for refund.
Really disgusted with both for such behaviour.
They could have kept the pre paid booking amount for future bookings as this was a genuine distress case and not change of mind.
AAnonymous UserReally nice place for families. They have a lot of amenities and activities plus a private access beach in the keyhole/newcoast area. We got upgraded from a Superior to Premier room for free but it’s probably because some of the areas are closed for maintenance (night safari, gastropub, kudetah district) but still with that there’s still a lot of stuff to do inside the resort. Breakfast buffet was okay, nothing notable, a little slow on the refill, and has fewer options. Shuttle is 24 hrs and normally arrives in 10-15 mins but for some reason when we’re checking out it took atleast 40 mins before we were able to get one out of the resort even when we already have a gate pass ready and almost missed our flight. With that exception, it’s still a pretty good experience.
AAaliya_13The staff was excellent and helpful. I wasn’t charged any additional fees for the gym and was upgraded to a better room with a balcony and a bathtub. Laundry service was excellent and the views were great. The hotel in on station 3 so it’s not too crowded by surrounded by everything you need.
Additionally I used the spa twice and it was great. I also got my nails done there and the technician did a great job. Highly Recommend 👍🏻

CLEANLINESS – Housekeeping cleans the room daily, although the floor mat and bedding may not always be replaced after every cleaning. They change the towels, toiletries, and bottled water register.
LOCATION – 15 minutes drive from the main area, but the hotel offers free shuttle service to/from Station 2 Jollibee D’Mall every 30 minutes. During drop-off, you can request to be dropped along the way just inform the driver. If you prefer quieter and less crowded beach area just stay in Savoy which we personally loved because it was clean and peaceful. Walking there takes around 5minutes or less and I think Belmont is closer to the beach area. The only issue is walking to the beach may not be PWD or senior-friendly, so it’s better to request assistance from the front desk for a ride to the beach coast area.
SERVICE – 1000000/10! The staff were incredibly accommodating, warm, and friendly throughout our stay.
AMENITIES – Great pool, excellent gym area, and I absolutely loved their breakfast selection. The WiFi was also reliable and fast — we never encountered any internet issues during our stay.
AAdelfa ManalI would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!
GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.
AAnonymous UserI keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coast’s best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of all—-its employees.
Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names but— to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!

GGuest UserMövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay, along with Shangri-La and Crimson, boasts an exclusive white sand beach. The main advantage is the peace and quiet, allowing guests to fully unwind and enjoy a truly relaxing 'lie-flat' vacation. The downside is its somewhat remote location. While you can book the hotel's shuttle service for transport, the frequency is limited.
**Area:** Not particularly large, centered around the pool, with the beach accessible directly from the pool area.
**Rooms:** Considering the room quality and size, they don't quite justify the price. They're comparable to blue-ocean hotels but significantly more expensive, and the overall hotel area is smaller, making it poor value for money. Its main selling point is undoubtedly the private beach.
Near the Crimson area, there are reefs where you can try snorkeling. There are fish, though nothing large, and I even saw a moray eel – a nice little activity you can enjoy without having to go out on a boat. There are private small boats for rent at 300 pesos, which are great for a ride, and watching the sunset from the sea is absolutely stunning; the ocean here is incredibly beautiful. In the afternoon, there are often some dance activities on the beach that you can join, and from 3-4 PM, the restaurant offers afternoon tea, perfect for re-energizing before continuing your water activities.
