"We enjoyed our stay at Henann Regency (despite the monsoon and typhoon during the time of our visit). The staff let us check-in earlier than scheduled because the room was ready by the time we arrived at 1:00 PM. The direct pool access is very nice, especially if you are coming with kids. They provide pitcher and water dispenser along the hallways which contributes to minimal use of plastic bottles. The breakfast buffet is also nice. There are three restaurants to choose from facing the beach, Mesa for Filipino food, HapChan for Chinese and Christina’s, which I do not recommend because of their silly policy of not allowing children to be in their restaurant (bad experience during the time of our visit, it was raining heavily and there’s no guest inside but they still told us that we could not dine in Christina’s because we have a 2 year old baby with us; they asked us to sit in HapChan and pay for the premium price of Christina’s food). Christina’s management is not under Henann but just avoid going there if you are with a family and I hope Henann will do something about this. But overall, we had a nice short trip in Boracay in a stormy season 😂"

"Food for its price ranges from 3-8/10, so choose wisely Long waiting time for food ordered, ours was more than 1hr Our host paid 4k/pax for whole day meal coverage but was not delivered, we were just informed after everybody ate dinner at ala cart value We arrived early, but no proper area for our bags, we were just directed to one corner with all our bags scattered, no cart available. Front desk entertained guests not at par with what other luxury hotel/resorts provide They need to improve the quality of personnel, because it dragged our stay... place was wonderful"

"I expected more, especially knowing that this is a 5-star hotel. The linens had visible stains, and there were some cleanliness issues that were overlooked. I reported these to the front desk for future reference. They acknowledged my concern, but they didn't offer to change the linens or send housekeeping to check the room. (I'm not expecting any compensation. It would've just been a nice gesture if they were more proactive.) Room 308 also needs some maintenance. The AC was leaking and wasn't cooling that well. The shower heater wasn't working properly, the vanity chair was broken and almost detached, and the luggage rack near the TV was already worn out and had stains. (These issues didn't really affect my stay that much, but I think they should still be addressed. If another guest, especially a foreigner, stays here, they would definitely complain.) I didn't report these issues, even during checkout, because after my first concern, I honestly felt like they would just be ignored. During checkout, I called ahead and requested for someone to inspect the room so the process would be faster. Unfortunately, it seemed like no one was sent. I waited longer than expected—it was supposed to take around 5 minutes, but it took about 8 minutes. They also didn't give me any update. (I think if I hadn't asked for a follow-up, I would've waited even longer.) On the positive side, the breakfast was good. The Lagoon Bar was also great, especially the server there. (I forgot his name, but he's been working there for about 3 years. 😅) Overall, my stay was good. Hoping my next stay feels more like a true 5-star experience. The hotel has great potential, but I think being more proactive with guest concerns, cleanliness, and room maintenance would make a big difference."

"Had a wonderful stay at Fairways & Bluewater! The facility is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly accommodating they provided superb service and assisted us throughout our stay. Must try is the White Barn. The Pad Thai is so good!! We also loved the VIP experience with their airport pickup service. They took care of our luggage and made everything smooth and hassle-free. "You don’t need to leave the hotel! Everything you need is there. The best tasting food, the best and reasonably priced massages, the clearest beaches with super soft sand, and extremely friendly staff. There’s also nobody bothering you to sell you tours. The downtown part was crowded and you can’t walk 3 steps without your pathway getting blocked by people trying to sell you tours. Not at Henann Prime! In the morning you can be at the calmest beach, and in the afternoon you can be inside one of the best pools in the island. There’s food and massage services both by the pool, and in your room! You can also pay to play volleyball on the sand. It doesn’t even hurt when you fall! Overall, amazing!"

"The best hotel to stay at Boracay station 2, we are given a room beside the pool tho its far from lobby but still we enjoyed it specially the kids, staff are helpful but so sad they dont provide free tote bag anymore but still overall a satisfying and 10/10 experience staying at this 5⭐️ hotel"

"One of the best hotels on the island. A luxurious Presidential Suite with its own pool. The bed was very dry, and the staff cleaned it several times a day, turned it down, and thoughtfully placed a bottle of water and cookies for evening tea on the nightstands. The breakfasts were beyond praise – everything was à la carte, you order it, and it was personally prepared for you. They also brought a basket with hot bread, ham, cheese, and fruit. Everything was very personal – each guest was greeted by name, which was a great touch! The only downside was the sea – it was blooming and green during our stay. But I will definitely return here, as the atmosphere here is completely relaxing and private!"
