The breakfast is alright. The pool and the jacuzzi are amazing!! Hopefully there will be better massage services provided.

Staff behaviour 5* Cleanliness 5* Food taste 4.5* Food temperature 4* Room amenities 4* Basic black tea was not available, they had only chamomile and green tea. Black tea was given on request Air condition was set at Auto shut off when the balcony door was open which was environmentally good, however even when balcony door was closed the AC was getting off again and again automatically, so we decided earlier than check out time We could not find a USB slot for the TV to watch our selections of programs. Clean, calm and laid back location. However, no hot tubs, no steam and sauna, no jacuzzi. Wish we had read that before going. We had Palace Dubai facilities in mind.

Nice Resort in Fujairah however the service’s doesn’t look like an Address hotel compared to Dubai hotels. We also had a very bad experience with the housekeeper when they opened the wardrobe win our absence and we found out only when 1 item was misplaced. Totally unacceptable…

I love everything here! This is my second time staying here. I love the view of snoopy Island tho the mountain view is good also. They’re both relaxing! The massage is great. Pool is great too they’re having pool activities. They are very accommodating especially the reception and house keeping team. Helpful and fast for any request. The breakfast buffet is nice and fresh mostly. Our room is nice and its very spacious!! Outside the hotel there is a cellar shop around 30m away from main entrance. Maybe the only thing I would like to address is the spa area. It can be more clean and neat, more scented spa vibe and the actual temperature for jacuzzi next time will be perfect 🙏🏼

I was extremely impressed with the price/quality proposition here. Excellent staff attentiveness and I never expect much from buffet food, however, their Saturday night BBQ was high quality (as well as the breakfast). Lovely Sri Lankan chef and waitress and Hammed was friendly too! Beds comfy, shower products decent, quiet and comfortable.

The location of the hotel in the UAE in this season is relatively comfortable, and it can escape the heat, but the hotel management is really not flattered. Eating breakfast is like fighting a war. There are almost no waiters to clean up the table. Eating breakfast becomes abused!

Прекрасный отпуск в чудесном отеле. Идеальное соотношение цены и качества. Нам дали великолепный номер на 12 этаже с шикарным видом, мы и не думали, что он будет таким большим и красивым. На trip.com фото не передают того, что есть в номере и насколько он большой. Нам вчетвером с 2мя детьми было очень комфортно. Хороший подогреваемый бассейн для детей и взрослых. Мы брали, проживание, только, с завтраками. Нас это, вполне, устраивало, т.к. мы не можем всё время сидеть в отеле) Завтраки, вполне неплохие. Многие жалуются на однообразие, но нам всё нравилось. Обед можно заказывать в отель Careemом и т.д. Мы ходили в Dibba gate (10 минут), там где фруктовый рынок или можно ездить на такси в Dibba (25 дирхам), если вызывать самим. Также ходит автобус из Фуджейры до Диббы (нужно ловить рукой). Останавливается, тоже у Dibba gate. Рядом, справа от отеля есть дикий пляж, но мы ходили на пляж отеля Royal beach (у скалы Dibba rock) вечером поплавали там с черепахами. А также там есть алкомаркет;). В общем, за те деньги, что нам обошёлся отель на Trip - это лучшее, что можно найти. Отель красивый, море, даже в конце февраля достаточно тёплое, чтобы снорклить час (возможно, детям будет немного прохладно).

Hotel is claiming 5 stars but in fact even 4 stars is too much for the present situation. Entering the lobby you wander if they heard about ”Interior design”. With a such nice location and a multitude of facilities, probably need a professional management to upgrade its status. First of all to remove the weird things - interdiction for children under 12 yo to enter swimming pool, calling the large swimming pool ”Olympic”, keeping the lobby toilets locked, etc. I saw two managers rebuffing personnel in plain view - where is the discretion? The staff is very nice, friendly, trying their best to accommodate all requests. Food is far away from a 5 stars status as variety and presentation, but is tasty - congratulation to the chefs. Room is small with cheap and awkward furniture, bathroom - sink is very high, difficult to use and what a poor finishing for the ceramics... The generous common terrace in front of the room was lovely and facing the sea. The bed-sheet was worn out and towels tired - generally speaking is needed a refurbishment many things. The beach is very nice and swimming pools very good all at a splendid location.
