"Ich stehe eigentlich auf solche Hotels. Mehr braucht man zum Schlafen nicht. Das Hotel ist noch neu. Das Zimmer war schön und gut ausgestattet. Mangel war die Heizung. Die Zimmer werden über die Klimaanlage beheizt. Das Bad besitzt keine Heizung. Wir hatten das Zimmer über der Durchfahrt. Das Bad war unterirdisch kalt.
Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht. Auf Nachfrage an der sporadisch besetzten Rezeption wurde gesagt, dies müsste angefordert werden.
Das Frühstück habe ich mir angesehen. Nicht mein Ding.
Für den Preis kann man außerhalb besser frühstücken.
Fazit: Wenn der Preis stimmt komme ich gerne wieder."

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing.
I know Tropical Islands very well; this was my 18th visit. Despite prior written confirmation that we could leave our luggage and sports bags at reception, this wasn't possible on site. Instead, we had to store our luggage in lockers until we could access our room – at a cost of €2.50 per day for a total of three days. Despite repeatedly pointing out that I had specifically asked, I was simply told that only ”large pieces of luggage” would be accepted. In the future, promises should be clearly stated, or the dimensions should be requested directly. As a regular guest, this makes me feel cheated.

SSummer-coolWarm service, great breakfast, although far from the city, there are 2 big supermarkets opposite the hotel, convenient shopping. The accommodation is clean and tidy, although it is an old-fashioned door key, but the sense of security is still enough.

GGuest UserRight next to the airport, quiet and clean. Perfect for early morning flights. You can use a machine to check in and get your room key. You can get food at the airport and also use the airport free Wi-Fi instead of signing up for the hotel Wi-Fi. I prepaid online with C-Trip so everything went smoothly. Very satisfied with my stay.

The MOXY Berlin Airport is literally a 5-minute walk from the terminal – perfect for early flights or late arrivals. The vibe is young, fun, and modern with colorful decor, a cool bar/lounge area that’s open 24/7, and friendly staff who actually seem to enjoy their job.
Rooms are compact (typical MOXY style) but super smart – comfy bed, powerful shower, fast Wi-Fi, big TV with casting options, and USB ports everywhere. Everything felt clean and new. Breakfast is decent for the price (continental style with good coffee), and they have grab-and-go options if you’re in a rush.
Only small downside: the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear neighbors if it’s a loud night, but earplugs are provided (nice touch!).
For the price (often under €90 even in high season), it’s honestly one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Highly recommended if you want style, convenience, and don’t need a huge room. Will definitely come back

LLucien P. FantkeFantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

AAnqi doesn’t share food!Pros:
1. Very close to the airport, which is super convenient for early departures and late arrivals. You can even self-check-in if you arrive in the early hours.
2. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is quite large too, making for a comfortable space.
Cons:
1. The room isn't soundproof, so earplugs are a must (and the front desk doesn't provide them).
2. The duvet cover was a bit scratchy.
Overall, it's perfectly fine for a short stay, especially if you're dealing with flight schedules.

WWasssupDespite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna.
A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices.
The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

GGuest UserAfter 10 PM, there’s no staff on site and check-in is fully automated. However, the process is quite tricky. A fellow passenger had trouble checking in—possibly due to a small spelling mistake or some other issue—and I tried helping him from midnight until 2 AM. Unfortunately, he couldn’t check in and ended up sleeping on the couch in the reception area. The hotel should either make the self check-in process easier or have staff available 24/7 to assist guests.
