AAnonymous UserThe room was a bit cramped and the facilities were just average. It was convenient for dining nearby, and the service was acceptable. The price was quite high, though it might be considered cheap compared to other places in this area. We only stayed for one night before leaving.

GGuest UserAs I recall the place was clean and looked like a nice motel from the exterior and interior not sure worn out budget look.
My one big complaint about the hotel is that I booked a Queen and that bed did not look like a Queen. It looked like a fall. So when I went down the manager or owner said that all the beds in the hotel were the same size and that was a Queen. But I think they decreed in that hotel that full size beds for queens because at the next hotel I went to that had a Queen it sure looked a lot bigger. I did not have a tape measure with me to rip measures a bed but it sure looked small.
I was with my wife so we could sleep close and that's okay.
I had already asked to be placed on the 2nd floor to see the scenery outside the window at my wife's request and they put me on the wrong side but we did have some sort of scenery. I thought maybe the manager didn't want to move me twice but he said all the beds were the same size.
Anyway be warned if you book a Queen and this hotel you're getting a smaller bed.
I was busy and just spent a night there and did not get to enjoy the amenities but I saw they had a pool and heard they had no hot tub and I saw they had a little laundromat type area which is good.
They tried to have a nice breakfast with the offerings given the limitations of no commercial kitchen. They had frozen toast and frozen fried eggs with a block of cheese in each egg. The problem was the toast was frozen when I got a hold of it and so was the cheese in the middle of the cooked egg. They were out of eggs when I got there and I suspect the warmer would warm that she's up over time but probably people wanted eggs quicker than they could warm up. The breakfast could be greatly improved by the presence of a microwave oven. I just threw the frozen cinnamon toast on the waffle Maker and heated it up that way but I did not want to do that with an egg though I probably could have. But that would have been unkind to leave that cheese on the griddle for the next customer.

AAnonymous UserOverall, we enjoyed our stay. We were in Casper for a conference my fiancĂ© was attending, and I had planned to work remotely during our visit. Unfortunately, the hotelâs internet was not strong enough to support a VPN, which made working quite stressful. I had to use my iPhoneâs hotspot for a day, and for the remainder of our stay, I worked from a location outside the hotel with higher-speed internet.
I spoke with the front desk staff, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue. I also tried working from the business center, lobby, and other open areas of the hotel, but the connection did not improve.
I do wish I had kept my reservation at the host hotel for the conference, especially since reliable internet was important for my work.
That said, if youâre driving through Casper and looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, this hotel is a great option. However, if you need reliable, high-speed internet for remote work or VPN access, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay overall. The location is very convenient and close to town, making it easy to get around and explore. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all of our questions, which made check-in smooth and pleasant.
The facilities are clean but could use a small refresh, especially the curtains, but it didnât impact our comfort during the stay. The continental breakfast was good, even without the pancake maker (which the front desk kindly informed us about at check-in). The mandarins were especially delicious!
We also really appreciated that the kitchen opens in the morning and that popcorn and snacks are available in the evening. Those thoughtful touches made the stay feel extra welcoming. Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay with attentive staff.

SSaschaDer Empfang verlief wegen eines Stromausfalls etwas chaotisch in einer dunklen Lobby, wurde vom Personal mit mobilen GerĂ€ten aber bestmöglich bewĂ€ltigt. Wegen des Ausfalls der AufzĂŒge wĂ€re aber ein Zimmer in der unteren Etage hilfreich gewesen. So musste ich mit Koffern ĂŒber das Treppenhaus in die dritte Etage, eine Familie vor mir mit noch mehr GepĂ€ck gar in die vierte Etage.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groĂ und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, auch das Bad war in Ordnung.
Der Pool blieb fĂŒr den Rest des Tages auĂer Betrieb. Ein WĂ€scheservice gab es ausschlieĂlich in der zweiten Etage und viel mit nur einer Waschmaschine und Trockner etwas knapp aus.
Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck entsprach in einem ausreichend groĂen Raum dem ĂŒblichen Standard mit kalten und warmen Speisen und war okay.

GGuest UserStarting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a nightâs stay where we didnât spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating.

GGuest UserRoom very clean, bed perfect, crisp clean sheets, great pillows. But was also traveling on business as well as family visit. Getting on the internet for phone and personal computer took help from the fellow on duty. Expert with a computer, but no sunshine...had a desk chair that was broken, collapsed all the way down. Asked for another...nope. Asked for any other kind of normal chair...nope...that is not hospitality. Another staff person was quite nice. BUT...No business computer/printer! A must for me. (Be sure and ask when you make reservations).

I had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn Laramie and I would like to commend the hotel and its staff for delivering an outstanding level of service and hospitality.
The room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable and restful stay.
The breakfast service was particularly noteworthy, offering a generous variety of high-quality options.
I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to fellow travelers and look forward to returning in the future.

GGuest UserExtremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasnât even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didnât happen and wasnât acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldnât have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.
