It was a totally different welcoming setup as compared to the Shahzan we used to frequent whenever we are in Fraser Hill. The rooms were very noticeably improved in terms of floor, bathroom and fittings. The restaurant, Puteri Teja Cafe, was also positively relayed out with a corner allocated for kids playground. The restroom next to the restaurant was also remarkably improved and sparkling clean. Overall, our stay here was a super sweet and we would definitely make another trip in future.

I had a wonderful stay at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Genting Highlands. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was soft, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The suite was also equipped with useful amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The location is very convenient, only a short drive from Genting Highlands. There are also restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to find food and anything I needed during my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. They responded quickly whenever assistance was needed, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful mountain surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The facilities were clean and well looked after, and everything contributed to a pleasant stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. It offers great value for money, excellent comfort, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near Genting Highlands.

Oakwood Cameron Highlands exceeded my expectations. Although it is not a five-star hotel, everything is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully arranged. The bed is excellent, and the room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, reliable hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast is very good, but it gets busy after 9:00 a.m., so arriving earlier is better. The internet is fast, although connecting several devices can require a little effort. The balcony offers a beautiful view and fresh mountain air. The location near the golf course is convenient, the restaurant is good, and the terrace on the 15th floor is outstanding. I have not enjoyed such a peaceful and pleasant hotel stay for a long time and would happily return.

1. The lights near the gate are dim, some aren't working. Poor lighting. It's easy to miss the turn. 2. Parking is okay, there's even parking for EV cars. 3. The lobby is okay too, and the staff at the counter were also just okay. 4. Dining area. Hmm, maybe you can do better. 5. The pool is suitable for kids. 6. Private beach ✅✅✅ clean. Not sure if it's safe to swim though. 7. Cleanliness. - The toilet had a slight smell, not very clean 2.8/5 - Sheets and pillows, not clean. - Towels had dirty spots. - The AC was dripping water, yes! It reached the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep because I could feel the droplets on my face. 8. My husband got bed bugs, his legs and body were covered in bites. 9. Buffet breakfast changed to 'sahur' (the taste wasn't bad, it was okay). - White rice. Chicken with curry, I think? The chicken pieces were small. 2 prawns. Sliced watermelon & Sunquick/fresh orange juice? (At least offer ice cream as a dessert replacement). I don't have pictures for any of this because I was tired from the journey from Seremban, and then I got a room like that (Room number 1079). Disappointed. I only loved the beach. 😇

Excellent, we'll definitely be back! My friends and I had a great time, and the food wasn't expensive. The only thing is the paint smell in the room was a bit strong, which I hope they can improve. Also, there aren't many entertainment facilities. Keep up the good work!

Had a great stay in swiss garden hotel. The location is great at mid mountain, and easy to book a grab with only 20 mins ride away from genting first world. The hotel is also near premium outlet. Room is spacious with good view, staffs are helpful and courteous. Only thing that may not be nice for me is the shower. It only has rain shower without the handed one. Its just my preference to use the hand shower. But overall it was an awesome stay!

A bit dissapointed during check in. I know they use numbering system but during peak hours I can say one of the counter served one person who not take any ticket number to check in. When I saw the QMT, it should be my turn to be serve. Then when i questioned the other counter, she said she will call by number. I'm regular customer to this hotel. If this hotel using new system, please apply it equally to all customer and staff. Please take this seriously. Shower head in the bathroom need to be check regularly cuz my room seems like broken. One more thing, please improve your buffet nasi lemak sambal cuz it taste awful. Too cair.

Love the hotel, love the views😍 good for relaxing and quiet surroundings👍 rooms are spacious with complete amenities, lots if entertainment such as pool, gym, bowling, billiard, many restaurants below the apartment, but not entirely open yet, However for family with young kids & elderly, keep in mind that the walking distance from Antara to skyworld or main building of genting arena is about 20 mins and uphill, they do provide buggy car but only a short distance, grab takes some time to come, but other than that everything else is beautiful❤️

Truly a family-friendly hotel! The Sixers Room with bunk beds was definitely a hit with the kids. The hotel location is very strategic — just opposite SkyWorlds Theme Park with only a 3-minute walk, and about 5 minutes to Avenue Mall. Very convenient for families with children. There are also plenty of food choices nearby. You can easily find a variety of food at Avenue Mall, or take a short walk to Kayangan Apartment for authentic Chinese food. The hotel is also near the link bridge connecting to Antara Mall, making everything easily accessible. Security is also very good. The access card only allows you to enter the floor you are staying on, and there are security personnel stationed downstairs, which made us feel safe throughout the stay. If you prefer a quieter environment, opt for a room facing the hill side. It is much less noisy and you can still enjoy the cable car view. Overall, a great stay for a fun, comfortable, and convenient family getaway!

Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway.
