I recently stayed at Genting SkyWorlds Hotel, and overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. First of all, the location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right next to the SkyWorlds Theme Park, just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s perfect for families with kids. The lobby is modern, bright, and clean. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room isn’t very large, but the layout is smart and practical. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The lighting, charging outlets, and storage areas in the room were thoughtfully designed. The cleanliness was also commendable. The bathroom was clean and the hot water pressure was strong and consistent. My favourite part is how the hotel is connected to SkyAvenue, restaurants, and shopping areas. Just head downstairs and everything is within walking distance. It’s super convenient for meals, entertainment, and evening strolls. The only minor downside is that it can get crowded on weekends, so you may need to wait a bit for elevators or during check-in. The soundproofing is decent. You may occasionally hear hallway noise, but it didn’t affect my sleep. Overall, SkyWorlds Hotel is a great choice for those visiting Genting for a vacation or the theme park. It’s convenient, clean, modern, and offers good value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

🌟 5/5 – Absolutely the Best Stay Ever! 🌟 My stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic Genting was simply perfect from start to finish! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — everything felt so new and luxurious. The view from my unit was breathtaking, especially in the morning when the mist rolled over the mountains. The weather was cool and refreshing — it truly felt like being above the clouds! The facilities were amazing — the Skypool 50 was stunning, the heated pool was superb and my kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was excellent — so many choices and every dish was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, just a short drive from the Genting attractions, yet away from the crowds — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was really worth it for the comfort, quality, and experience we had. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return in December with my big family — can’t wait to experience it all over again! 💯✨

Resort World Awana is the best place to stay in Genting! Free shuttle bus really very helpful to bring us to Genting Premium Outlet and the cable car station! The Chinese uncle driver is helpful and drive very safely! The breakfast is really good as well! And there are swimming pool, football field, and many other facilities free to use when stay in this hotel! The environment are world class! It is pity that we stayed here for 1 night only we can’t have time to play all the activities! Have to recommend this seriously!!

Great location with lots of shops nearby. Easy access to the shops by using the link bridge to the hotel. Service was quite fast, when checked in to the unit there was no bath towel prepared. But after I requested from the service crew, within 30 minutes they had send the towel to my unit. One thing make it 4 star is because the bathroom was bit smelly but the smell went off when we open all the window for ventilation.

I recently stayed at Antara by Sleeping Lions and had a great experience. One of the biggest conveniences is the direct link bridge to SkyAvenue — it makes getting to the main attractions, dining areas, and entertainment spots extremely easy without needing to take a shuttle or drive. The property also offers plenty of parking space, which is a big plus in Genting where parking can sometimes be limited. It’s convenient for those coming with family or planning to drive in and out frequently. In terms of amenities, Antara has a good range to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. From cozy rooms and shared spaces to facilities like its recreational areas, it’s easy to relax and unwind. The atmosphere is modern yet warm, making it suitable for both short getaways and longer stays. Overall, Antara by Sleeping Lions is a convenient and comfortable accommodation choice in Genting Highlands, especially if you want easy access to SkyAvenue and the surrounding attractions. Would definitely consider staying again.

I booked Sky Retreat from Trip.com and during check in we received our room at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel Pros -a decent room size & bathroom -got balcony with mountain view -complete toiletries -RM99 only -weather so nice up there Cons -this is the terrible part: parking and receptionist is far, luckily I read the reviews on how to get to receptionist but I still find it very far. Tak pernah lagi i pergi hotel receptionist dia jauh macam ni. -need to validate tng card before going out in order to get free charge but.. again validation needs to be done at receptionist which is very far. Sangatlah tak convenience oh god. Buat pikir banyak kali bila nak keluar sebab malas nak jalan jauh -lift only 4 but the night we were there, only 2 functioning. Conclusion: Hope mgt will improve on check in and check out process, the lift operation, the receptionist placement. Will not come back once these are improved

The location and room cleanliness satisfies .The staffs are friendly and warm welcoming. I am very much appreciated When I inquired about transportation, they promptly give advice and contact to arrange my trip. But a little disappointed that when I check in time I paid cash for breakfast, when I enter , they said not in the list and asked me to wait and check for 10 min . That spoiled my morning mood.After all One night stay at WyndhamGarden , Shanhzan Fraser’s Hill hotel is great time . Love it. I give recommendations 😍highly!!

This place actually is so romantic and feels like Europe, but the inside room needs to be improved, first feel alot of sand at floor, second toothpaste and toothbrush did not provide and also shower 🚿 carpet towel did not provide too. The counter service is perfect but maybe the room cleaner did not clean well and also did not check . Lucky service is good, we had call after shower and they provided us toothpaste and towel too. At the Entertainment fireshow, last minute two of the people did not appear and the staff still provided his energy and let me feel good 💯 best fireshow . Even the oldest design ,service, and breakfast all do a good job. I hope to enjoy a 3-day 2night if I have time to come here. Activity @Colmar look at my last image. Expect an average property and service, a bit over hyped and very much over priced for the value. The building is new and the mall below is still opening. If you are not a Malaysian you will struggle to pay for the facilities (bowling or golf ), they expect you to do a bank transfer and no TouchnGo or cash or card payments are accepted. Some teething issues probably because it’s still being setup, the locker was not working. The rooms are ok, the second bedroom is very small, you can hardly walk. The shower is basic. Not anything that you expect to see for the hype of a luxury apartment. Interestingly we found someone’s forgotten clothes in our room, we doubt if they do a proper cleaning also before giving the apartment to the new clients.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years, and this trip was the most disappointing. They seems to have cut costs by deleting things from in-room amenities and the worst bit is they smell from the linen; bedsheets, pillows and towels. Even after I requested for replacements, the new ones are equally smelly. And don’t get me started with the gym: no attendant, no towels, smelly carpeting and equipment. Overall, maintenance is poor. Please improve the customer experience or risk losing them.
