"Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering good value for money. The hotel is convenient located near the airport and connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and essential. Breakfast was enjoyable with good variety of options, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there was a blackout during my stay that lasted more than 30 minutes, and it appeared that there was no backup generator available. Fortunately, it occurred in the early morning when there was some natural light. It would have been more challenging if it had happened at night. This is an area the hotel need to look into. Overall, still a comfortable stay, but improvements in this aspect would enhance the experience further."

"I had a wonderful stay at Raia Hotel & Convention Centre Kuching. The room was spacious and the aircon was super cool. The room is very comfortable and equipped with all facilities. The breakfast options are many and delicious. Very appreciate the free transport service from hotel to airport Kuching. "The hotel is beautifully designed, with an elegant atmosphere that creates a very comfortable stay. The interior is stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's sleep. However, I believe the hotel should pay more attention to housekeeping and quality control, especially considering it is a newly opened property. The white coffee table in my room was covered with a noticeable layer of dust. When I wiped it with my hand, dust came off immediately. Surprisingly, the other tables in the room were clean, so it seemed that this particular table had been overlooked. I also found dust on the floor beside the glass panel next to the bathtub, which looked as though it had not been cleaned. In addition, there was a loose screw beside the fish tank, along with visible traces of unfinished construction or installation work. These details should have been properly cleaned up and inspected before the room was handed over to guests. The weighing scale also had visible dirty marks on it, which did not leave a good impression. Another disappointment was that I called Guest Services twice to report these issues, but no one answered either call. In the end, I gave up trying. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the hotel's beautiful design, elegant ambience, and comfortable bed. My experience would have been much better if more attention had been given to cleanliness, room inspection, and guest service. I hope the management will address these issues, as the hotel has great potential to provide an excellent guest experience. Being steps away from the iconic Cat Statue and the scenic Kuching Waterfront made exploring the city on foot incredibly easy. My room was facing the cat statue. The breakfast buffet was amazing,. Their Sarawak Laksa and Kolo Mee are authentic and packed with local flavor. I also love the Roti Jala. While the hotel carries a classic charm, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained.
