I have always been a fan of this hotel chain and always try to stay here when I get a chance. I was so happy to see they have multiple locations at Zhangjiajie! The rooms are very spacious clean, and I had a beautiful view of Tianmen Mountain! There was also a super big tv which was nice to watch after long days of sightseeing. Each day the room was cleaned and stocked up with water, snacks, and tea. This location is super good as it’s directly in front of the central bus station that can take you to the avatar mountains. It is also a 10 minute walk to the cable car so it’s so easy to visit any place here. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the railway station, and 25 minutes to the high-speed train station. The breakfast was very nice and also at 9:30 to 11 PM. They have a nice late night snack meal prepared between 21:30-23:00 (congee and steamed buns).

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Tianmen Cave, and 15 yuan by taxi from the airport. The room is very large, and there is a laundry room and dryer. After becoming a member, I was given 6 breakfasts with a full range of breakfast varieties, including Chinese and Western styles. The rice noodles and tofu pudding are especially delicious. The auntie in the laundry room is very nice and told me that the hotel also has free supper at night!

The hotel's breakfast is also good, with noodles, rice noodles, tofu brain, soy milk, etc., with various types.

The bus station opposite can conveniently take the bus to the landmark gate and the forest park. You don't need to buy tickets at the station. It costs 13 yuan one way. It costs 5 yuan to take a taxi to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. There are more delicious foods there. The hotel is very new, the room space is large enough, and the facilities meet the standards of Atour. Tianmen Mountain is outside the window, but the air conditioner outdoor unit is set on the window side and resonates loudly at night. There is a problem with the operation of the air conditioning system and needs to be repaired in time. The breakfast is very rich, the coffee is very fragrant, the powder topping is unique, and the tofu pudding is not very delicious. The self-service laundry room actually arranged a special auntie, who sent it back to the room after washing, which is a big plus for service.

The service at Atour Hotel is as good as ever, especially Mu Qing and Miss Lizi, who thoughtfully provided a breakfast! The room is large and comfortable, and the intelligent equipment is very suitable for modern young people. The hygiene is very good and it is very suitable for people with mysophobia.

At 10 o'clock, the child's father couldn't wait any longer, so he took another cold shower, but the maintenance man came. It is now 10:32, and the maintenance master is still repairing it. 2. Atour should be a hotel with good service, but the front desk didn't smile at all as if they owed money. When I first checked in, there were oil stains on the table. There was no coffee in the tea bar, so 2 empty cups were provided.

The location is very good, the room has advanced sanitary facilities, comfortable bedding, and powerful air conditioning. Atour's bedding is really comfortable, which is simply a palace-level enjoyment. When I went out to shop, I was given a handwritten map and helped to book a car. The car model was very comfortable. I enjoyed the whole journey very much. It was so considerate! It's really good. I really stayed at Zuoyouke and felt very at ease that other hotels don't have! There is also a late-night porridge road at night, which is really considerate. I will often stay at Atour Hotel in the future.
