Located within walking distance from Maxwell MRT. Accessible to many cafes and there is a 7-11 just located opposite of the hotel. Room is quite small so it will be quite difficult to move around if there are multiple luggages. Basic amenities are provided such as toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, shaving set & shower cap. However noted that there are no mineral water provided (Evian water is chargeable). There is kettle in the room so you can boil your own water or get it from 7-11 just across the street. Visible worn out look and dust is seen in the room. Also, noted some ants in the washroom. So cleanliness can be improved. Our room comes with access to their executive lounge but certain service such as afternoon nibbles are only available at Maxwell Reserve (walkable distance). Pool and gym are also only available at the other location. Breakfast and evening cocktail is available in the hotel itself. If you're looking for a boutique hotel with unique design, can consider to stay a night as it is located near to many food areas.

Very much secured with a safety box in the room. Sudden request to change the room from upper bed to lower was done quite swiftly. Above all, its location was perfect for me to reach every direction including airport by MRT. Happened to join the party next to hotel. it was a kind of nice surprise. Will take this hotel again by next chance. Thnx!

Staying at this self-check-in hotel was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The seamless and efficient check-in process made arriving a breeze, allowing me to skip the usual lines and paperwork associated with traditional hotels. The intuitive self-service posters and staff guided me through each step, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always available to assist with any queries or requests. Despite the self-check-in model, I never felt like I was lacking in personalized service. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction

Front desks staff are superb, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cleaner was polite and helpful. Breakfast spread and service were very good. Only exception was on the first morning when we went to the breakfast hall, the guy at the entrance did not seem friendly at all. There was no greeting or smile nor eye contact. He didn’t utter a word but expected us to know what to give him to proof we were indeed hotel guests.

Booked for my mom and dad when they came over from Sydney to visit. Mondrian guests are mainly Caucasians, didn’t find anything special about the room. Hallway feels claustrophobic. I find that it’s quite inconvenient have to take a lift to lobby and walk again to catch another lift to room. Location wise it’s close to Tanjong pagar, Chinatown etc. I think would suit younger guests than guests my parent’s age 50+. Won’t say the service or amenities are any impressive, my dad did a swim and there was something sharp that cut his foot in the pool. He notified the staff concern on safety for other guest. Hotel didn’t really do much in terms of service or follow up.

This is my 2nd stay here, for my birthday this year! Always loved how the location is convenient and it has everything I need for a simple but satisfying stay. Everything was great, I got upgraded to the 24th Floor 🥹🥹! Only slight downside was that the door had to be pushed really, REALLY hard to close / open it (it won't close properly). Not a huge nuisance but I do have to use my whole body weight to close the door lol. And there were dust bunnies in the gaps where the door lock (the black latch) is. I had to wipe that down myself. Besides these, the stay was comfy and great! Thank you once again! :)

Title: Luxurious Stay at the Five-Star Haven Review: My recent stay at the five-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and elegance. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout my entire stay. The room itself was a haven of luxury. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The pool area was a tranquil oasis, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines, making it easy to stick to my workout routine even while traveling. Dining at the hotel was a culinary delight. From sumptuous breakfast buffets to gourmet dinners, every meal was a feast for the senses. The variety of options catered to every palate, and the quality of the food was outstanding. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the level of service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. Overall, my experience at the five-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

I had a bad experience with Hotel 81 Cozy on Dec 21 and 22. 2023 I booked 2 nights for a deluxe room with a window.(Paid extra) However, when I arrived the reception gave me a smaller one with no window. I went down and showed her my reservation. She told me the room that I ordered was not ready ( It was almost 6 pm ). After 5 minutes I got a room that I ordered but the air conditioner was not working properly. The next evening, as the room was so warm, I went down and requested a room change, I was changed to a room with no window and smelly. Anyway, my whole stay in Singapore was wonderful minus the unsatisfied experience with Hotel 81 Cozy.

Good stay at the newly renovated Amara Hotel. Although the check in process was a little longer due to the check in system down, the hotel staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. We can see the good efforts made by the hotel staff. Guests who were waiting to check in were served with drinks and snacks. I would like to give praises to Mr Kaswandi and his team. Thumb up for him who has been patiently explained why there is a delay during the checking in. The room is so spacious and very clean. Amenities provided in the room are great. Love the bathroom with its one press function for the rain shower. Location of the hotel is great as it is conveniently linked to a shopping mall. Will definitely go back for our next staycation soon.

A Cozy and Convenient Stay at Claude Hotel - Newly Renovated I recently stayed at the Claude Hotel in Singapore and had a wonderful experience. Despite being a small hotel, it is incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed. Every inch of space is utilized efficiently, and it truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room I stayed in was a windowless one, but it didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was exceptionally soft and pleasant. Although there wasn’t space for a full wardrobe, the cleverly designed hangers above the desk were a practical solution and kept everything neat. One of the highlights of the hotel is its attention to detail. They provide two bottles of water daily, and there are welcome drinks available, including sweet tea, Coca-Cola, and isotonic drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s amenities are fantastic. On the ground floor, there are convenient washing and drying machines with adjustable settings, and they even provide laundry capsules. Another thoughtful feature is the luggage platform on each floor, which makes it easy to transport your bags without struggling with stairs. I also loved the aesthetic touches throughout the hotel. The elevator, as seen in the attached photo, is beautifully designed and adds a touch of elegance to the overall experience. Location-wise, the Claude Hotel is perfect. It’s situated in the vibrant Chinatown area, surrounded by countless restaurants, bars, cafes, and a huge street market. Despite being in the heart of the action, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street, so it remains peaceful and quiet. The only minor downside is that you can hear the metro occasionally, but I used earplugs and slept soundly. With three metro stations and bus stops nearby, getting around Singapore is a breeze. Whether you’re a tourist or a business traveler, the Claude Hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for its cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable location.

The hotel facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. However, there are some areas that could be improved that I found stressful. The water pressure in the shower is very weak, so you can't wash properly, and there is almost no hot water. In particular, the drains are clogged on all floors from 1st to 4th, and the washrooms, toilets, and hallways are flooded. Everyone slips and it is very dangerous. The dormitory is modern with a passkey to enter, but the sound of each input is loud and disturbs sleep. A physical key would be much better. I took measures with noise-canceling earphones, but it would be difficult without them. If these improvements are not made, I would never stay here again. The cheaper dormitories around Clarke Quay are more comfortable.

Super convenient - from the check-in to the check-out process, everything was efficient. It’s important to note that things like water and the fridge is communal and you just need to go to the main area at each floor to get your water and use the fridge. It can get loud if you are located near the lift, but overall; it’s a great place to stay

The location is great, it's close to Maxwell MRT station, and a few walks to Chinatown. It's convenient to ride on a bus too which near the Hindi Temple. The room is small for 3 persons but the facilities are well done. The kitchenware can be used for easy cooking. The mattress and blankets are thick enough, but I got itchiness on my arms during night. Just take care of the hygiene of bedsheets/mattress.

There were several power outages but they were quickly fixed. Our room was on the third floor and had stairs, but they carried our luggage for us which was helpful. The bed was clean and there was one bath towel and headphones. The shower is in the same room as the toilet. You will need to take precautions such as bringing short pants and slippers that you don't mind getting wet, so those who are not used to traveling may have trouble. They were very kind and looked after our luggage after we checked out.

In curtin Singapore Reading, very close to the new site of the school, 15 minutes by bus, and close to Jin Wentai, the hotel provides continental breakfast from Monday to Friday, although the variety is very limited, but the breakfast is enough for nutrition, especially the ham is delicious, the hotel apartment room is what I see Singapore Hotel is comparison Big, there is a kitchen where you can cook kitchen utensils and tableware. The washing machine with dryer is very convenient. There are also food courts nearby, but there is a pasta restaurant downstairs in the hotel that tastes very good, and it is also very close to west coast park It is very suitable for running. house keeping is done on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It won’t be too disturbing to rest. Overall, this apartment is very good, very quiet and suitable for living. If you don’t like noisy, it’s also very difficult to book.

Facilities: Overall, it is relatively clean and tidy, but those who live on the upper bunks should be careful ⚠️ The stairs are easy to bump. Hygiene: I am a clean freak, and the bathroom is relatively clean, except that sometimes there is some water on the floor, but it dries quickly and is tolerable. But it is recommended to put a mop so that even if there is water, guests can mop it themselves, otherwise it is easy to slip. Environment: The bar is quite noisy, and it will be silent around 2 o'clock in the morning, and the bar was not open on the third day of my stay. Service: So it is. There is nothing bad, and nothing outstanding. No merits or demerits. Others: It is very close to Clarke Quay and Chinatown, and it is also very close to the Merlion. It can be reached in more than 20 minutes on foot, which is not bad. There are also McDonald's and Burger King nearby, as well as 711, which is very convenient.

We were surprised about the room bcs we expected way less tbh 🤣 We got the loft room. It was soooo vibey the bathroom had LED lights and it was…. Just amazing 🥰 The TV has youtube and netflix too! However my partner got bitten by an ant on the bed so that was the downside. Apart from that, the room and stay was worth it considering the price. Of course it is small and no windows but we had no problems with it. The location was great too bcs its on Arab Street so there’s lots of food options nearby. Has a 24hr mamak shop nearby too. great experience! First of all, had a free upgrade to a Premier room. So huge thanks for that! Went with my partner and had a good rest! Room is beautiful! Although it's rather small, the layout of the room is good enough for it to not matter. One downside is that there was only one chair, which prompted us to move the table by the tv nearer to the bed so that both of us had a seat whilst eating. You can get nespresso in the morning which doesnt add on to your bill and a mini 'fridge' to keep your cold items chilled! Service was great too! Had in-room dining in the morning where we ordered the chef's brekkie. Took me a while to figure out how to call the front desk but when I did, everything else was seemless. However, the food we got didnt really live up to the price. Location-wise, the hotel is near where you wanna go for a good shopping day. However, heading up the hill to get to the hotel is somewhat annoying. It wasnt as accessible as I hoped it to be. Best to drive to the hotel rather than public transport because you'd have to walk a distance and up a hill to get there.

The buses are also much closer than the subway. The minutes are here. The hotel facilities are fairly clean, the air conditioner has no noise, the bed is comfortable and not soft, there are free mineral water and oranges every day, there are not many samples for breakfast, but it is enough, eat in the morning and start the day. The room has a hair dryer, very nice. The front desk can help to call a taxi, there is a lift for the disabled, very practical. The room is very small, the washstand is next to the bed, the 20-inch suitcase barely opens two, and then it is more difficult to open the door.
