The location is great, right next to the South Gate of the city wall, a few steps away from the metro station. The best shopping centers around, if you’re into that. Minutes away from the very heart of the city. The rooms are clean and cozy. Really no complaints there. Also the stuff is very helpful and understanding. No problem with the late checkout, whatsoever.

Such an amazing hotel. The location is fantastic- right next to the sites. Actually I’m so happy with the service, I wish I could give them a 10 Star! The check in process was simple and the front house staff that serviced us was totally great and professional. This will be my preferred location in Xian. Hotel location is superb! Neat to subway station, shopping mall, food & one of the ancient city Wall Gate. Though hotel stated operational since 2022, but room looked aged. Door cannot be latched from inside hence safety is a concern. Need to bring valuables when we leave room. Service of staff is good, rather responsive.

The apartment was clean and the staff were friendly. Location is also excellent. The sole improvement needed is that it was difficult to find because there was no signs outside the building.

It is very suitable for family travel, but the refrigerator is not connected to the power supply and the bathroom is a bit small, but it is good to have a washing machine.

The room is spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows, convenient for travel, and close to SKP and Wangfujing Department Store in the bustling commercial district. The old city wall and subway are very close. The store owner has a good attitude and considerate service

We booked two rooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a family room. The page shows that the king-size bed room is 20 square meters, and the family room is 39-43 square meters. After checking in, we went to the king-size bed room first, which is a normal standard room. I thought that the family room would be twice as big as the king-size bed room, after all, the area indicated on the page is twice that of the king-size bed room, see Figure 1. However, the two rooms are the same size! I didn't use a ruler to measure it, but the size is the same from the naked eye, but the family room squeezed two beds down. One bed hit the window, see Figure 2; the distance between the two beds is shown in Figure 2. It's so uncomfortable. Another point is that the direction of this family room faces the most prosperous street. This kind of commercial and residential apartment building itself has poor sound insulation. At 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, I could still clearly hear the sound of singing and playing downstairs, and this should be the norm during the holidays. Family rooms are generally used with children, and this environment is not suitable for bringing children. It doesn't matter to adults, because Xi'an is more lively at night than during the day, and people seem to like shopping at night, but it is not suitable for family rooms. All in all, the other problems are minor and can be ignored, but the area does not match the label, and it is noisy, so the living experience this time is not good.

It's quite satisfactory, and the price is relatively low in Xi'an, so don't have too high expectations. However, before checking in, I didn't expect that this was not a hotel in the usual sense, but more like a B&B. Check-in is in a small room on a certain floor upstairs. This is an apartment building, which not only has hotel rooms, but also businesses such as nail salons, with a mixed staff.

The room is close to Yongning Gate, and you can go to see the welcoming ceremony at night. The front desk is very good. My flight is in the afternoon, and they also extended my check-out! !
