The room, though small, was very neat and clean! The front desk service was excellent; they allowed us to store our luggage, and there was complimentary afternoon tea. It's also about 400 meters from Tin Hau MTR station.

I chose this hotel for a football match in Hong Kong, and both the location and service were great. The afternoon tea was also very good. They even offered Ferrero Rocher chocolates while we waited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM, and the front desk was very accommodating, allowing me to check out before 1 PM the next day. The room was exquisite, small but well-appointed, and the bathroom, especially the shower, was actually quite spacious. The front desk also offered complimentary China Daily newspapers and freshly ground coffee. The next afternoon, I enjoyed the buffet afternoon tea; although the food was quite standard, it was convenient for guests. When I picked up my luggage to leave, they even gave me two rows of Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Next to the hotel lobby, there was a decorative display featuring a large plush panda. What a lovely hotel!

Room was very clean, and the air conditioning was powerful, though a bit noisy. It was acceptable, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Soundproofing was good, and the front desk service was also great – it exceeded my expectations. I found black bugs in the room, and they were crawling too fast for me to take a picture. My body was covered in bites. I called Trip.com, and they offered 100 yuan in points, saying there were no bugs at the hotel.

The room was compact, but it had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The window offered a really open view, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The owner of this hotel also owns the Empire Hotel next door, which means guests can use their 30th-floor Sky Club. It's great for enjoying the view, meeting people, or playing board games – my kids absolutely loved it.

The room was spotless and very clean. Downstairs, there are all sorts of supermarkets, snack shops, restaurants, and a large wet market. Breakfast had a great variety, and the transportation is incredibly convenient, just a few hundred meters walk from Tin Hau MTR station.

I stayed on the 10th floor. The room was small but well-appointed. The location is great, within walking distance to the Causeway Bay shopping area. Getting to the airport is easy with the A11 airport bus; the stop is less than a 5-minute walk away. Transportation is very convenient. The hotel restaurant offers a rich afternoon tea. The 30th-floor 'Happy Hour' spot is small but offers a nice sea view. Service: Very satisfied.
