Great location, near metro, drum tower, bell tower and Muslim quarter. most of the staff very helpful. One didn't feel like helping when enquiring about the tour desk they had in the lobby. But otherwise all very good. Rooms great, there was a little bit of water leaking from the shower and a strange smell in the lift. Still great place to stay.

Serve by Xiao Mong. Hotel is clean and a good size one. Can open 2 luggage at same time. Description is accurate. Location is fantastic. Food and attractions are just outside hotel. All the activities are around the hotel. Train station is just 2 mins away. Buses are around the corner.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find at first, but it's still in a good location between the bell and drum towers. Rooms are clean and convenient. Hotel staff are very helpful.

Great place to stay while in Xi'an. Perfect location to explore the city. Right next to the main square, bell tower and Muslim quarters. Beautiful view from the roof terrace. Rooms get cleaned and breakfast was nice

Not a hotel grade. Very small shower & toilet room. TV has no program could run. As good as no TV. Felt like staying at budget inn. Window has no view at all. I am not staying at any IBIS in future.

Located very close to the bell tower and a metro station, this is a good choice of hotel for exploring Xi'an. It is quiet and peaceful, just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the attractions. The Muslim quarter (fantastic place) is a five minute walk, the bell tower is a five minute walk and the metro and bus stops are about a five minute walk too. The room looked a lot bigger on the photos than it was in reality, but it was a decent place to stay. The 'gym' is not a gym, rather a broken running machine, an exercise bike and a weights bench with no weights inside a laundry room. Apart from that, the hotel was a great place to stay and the staff were great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Xian, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts immaculate cleanliness throughout, which made my stay extremely comfortable and pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The location of the hotel is unbeatable—just a stone's throw away from the Bell and Drum Tower, making it an ideal base for exploring the city's rich history. Moreover, the Muslim Quarter is just around the corner, offering a delightful array of halal food options and bustling market stalls. The proximity to the Grand Mosque added an extra layer of cultural richness to my visit. In summary, I highly recommend the Ibis Xian for its pristine facilities, warm hospitality, and prime location. It truly provides an outstanding stay experience!

Ibis Styles Hotel was really good, I highly recommend it. We initially had a issue with the Ibis Hotel but it was easily resolved. The Ibis Hotel elevator had a horribly unbearable smell. We asked the front desk about it and requested to be in the Ibis Styles building instead. The request was approved by the manager with minimal hassle and we were also offered breakfast for two for the remainder of our stay. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel washing machine, washing detergent, was free to use which was very helpful. There was daily room service with complimentary bottled water, packet tissues, and the cleaner even beautifully folded my pajamas and jacket! The cleaners also smile and say hello when I passed them in the hallways and elevator. The front desk has been very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I cannot read Chinese so they patiently helped me order coffee on WeChat and helped me book our transfer to the airport. Xiao Meng at the hotel front desk kindly helped me contact Ms Zou and Xiamei from China Super Travel Agency. They very patiently translated Chinese to English messages, and sent me screenshots and photos on WeChat which was very helpful. At 30 yuan each, the price and service was much better than a Didi. I travelled with friends as a group of 5 with lots of luggage so the driver kindly arranged for a closer pickup location and expertly stacked our luggage. He also kindly asked us questions by writing it on a piece of paper to help with the language barrier. Overall the stay at Ibis Hotel was excellent, the location was walking distance to many attractions, the hotel atmosphere was lovely, and all the staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for all travellers.

2nd visit and liked the clean rooms, and very central location. However, the reception staff did not seem to know about local new years events which were close to the hotel.
