It was very comfortable and clean hotel! I really enjoyed staying there. I really appreciate the workers of that hotel for keeping it clean!

very nice and extremely clean. would definitely recommend. Excellent Location: Right by the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. • Clean and Spacious Rooms: My room was spotless, well-furnished, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. • Friendly Staff: The staff were very accommodating and always greeted me with a smile. They were quick to respond to any requests and made sure my stay was pleasant. • Great Amenities: The spa services were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the well-equipped gym.

Overall room is clean and well maintained, now hotel moved towards contactless system without staff interaction, location is good and convenient.

The hotel is a little bit far away from the shopping center. Rooms are clean and tidy with a big bathroom. The air conditioner is not operated well, so we need to open the window all the time. We can't sleep because outside is really noisy at night. The breakfast is delicious but only two choices.

I visited Stars Hotel Ulsan again because I was satisfied with my stay last year! I really liked it because it was a smart hotel where I didn't have to check in face-to-face with direct check-in. The facilities were clean and soundproof, and I used a triple room, and they gave me plenty of towels, so it was really nice to stay there. However, the parking fee is 5,000 won per night, so it's inconvenient to have to pay separately, but it's such a good value for money, so I think the only downside is buried. Thanks to this, I had a great Christmas party with my friends. We meet in Ulsan once a year, and I think I'll visit again next year!!🎅🎄

I am always satisfied. The noise of the cars around is a bit noisy, so people who are sensitive might feel that way, but I don't think it's the hotel's fault. The breakfast is good and the facilities are clean. I would definitely use it again.
