Best on the World Hotel Justiniano Delüx 5 star very good

Last year it was better, they cut down a lot on the menu, there are no more cocktails in the bar (except for alcohol and cola), the room was a bit old, the Teodora building was newer, at night I was cold, I asked for a warm blanket, they no longer had it, only a waffle blanket, there were also no samples, there wasn’t even shampoo (I came for 3 days, of course I didn’t take it with me)

I had a great time at Justiniano Hotel! Perfect for family vacations with clean, comfortable rooms and delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the animation team ensured a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and fun. Special shoutout to the bartender Umut, who made every evening delightful with his professional service!

One of the beautiful places in the world, justianio park conti ,is such a nice hotel for you .There is no regret for coming here .

This is the worst vacation ever in Turkey.The hotel is not even close to the number of the stars it has,and it's a shame for tham and Big Blue agency from Belgrade to recommend this hotel as a great one for the family!!! The lie is that hotel is all-inclusive !!!! Everything is paid for: 1.internet 2.safe deposit box 3.cocktails,and everything that you whant to drink you have to pay,its limited or its finished!!! 4 The rooms are awful/they don't clean it and don't change the towels unless you yell at someone at the reception 5.Generally the dirtiest hotel which is billed as a high-level hotel ,and I have been to many hotels in Turkey in Alanya,in Antalya in Kener...I DONT RECOMMENDED THIS ONE no matter how much you like in the pictures or the price is good for You! 6 The food is more than scarce and disgusting!!! 7.Incredibly bad sevice and unfriendly and rude all employees of the hotel!They simply reject xou publicly and enter into open conflict with You! 8.I have never experienced this in my life ,and not for the small amount if money we paaid for this "hotel" I can't wait for my vacation to end,and to leave this place!!!

I am writing while I am still in the hotel. Justiniano Club Alanya. People at the reception, all of them are rude and unpleasant, and not resolving problems. Room for three adult people is a double bed room with a third bed for a child, with a two chairs on the terrace, and after asking for a third, they didn't bring it. Everything is up the hill and steep, so if you don't have deluxe room near the beach, its bad and you have a problem. Garden is nice, with a lot of grass. The ventilator in the toilet wasn't working, shower door is broken. Humiditi here is high and you can't sleep without aircondition and its working okay. Food is quite okay, noone will stay hungry. Sunbeds are all taken and reserved with towels early in the morning, so if you don't go on the beach at 7am, you won't have a free one. Towels for the beach are old, and torn and smelly. If I could go home right now, I would go, but I cant and I would not recomend this hotel to anyone, and I will never come back. Internet is free in the lobby, no free wi fi in the room or the beach. No kettle in the room. Internet at the airport, vodafone or turkcell is around 50 euros for 20gb.

This hotel is ameizing servic clen staff wery friendly gokan barmen good person ozzy animation is very fany boy and good dj I been here 6 times and i come back agein in September all menagment want to helping turgay fati is very frendly I enjoy every moment here

It was very nice the sides and also the animation team was very very good at their jod you must see it ,Thanks to the animations teem and I hope that I will see them in the future with their new and awesome spectacles and also if you’re looking for something more extreme then go talk to them they will tell you a lot

It was very funny,I had a really good experience with them. Das animationsteam war sehr interessiert wir hatten Spaß.Das Essen war auch seeehr lecker (es ist self-service vorhanden).Abends kann man Konzerte (extrem-konzerte) sehen z.B wie Leute auf Inleiner SEHR extreme Tricks machen.Empfehle ich allen mal vorbeischauen)

It is not the first time in Turkey, in this hotel for the seventh time. Wonderful territory, there is a place to walk, next to the coniferous forest on the cape. The beach is excellent, there are enough places. Room in the building Jasmine with a great view, cleaned well. Food is excellent, all very tasty and there is a choice. The staff is friendly, good service. Animation daily pleases a variety of show programs. I recommend the hotel!

I like this hotel too much and wanna come here again, big green area with wonderful view, first floor of our room for more comfort, always clean and enough space for us, delicious food and sweets! Best reception and polite staff, I will recommend this hotel for my family and friends, so nice for kids and young people

We are pleasantly surprised by the Justiniano Club Hotel. Great location, beautiful bay. Large, clean and very green territory. There are bungalow houses all over the territory, the rooms are clean, equipped with everything you need. Cleaning is done daily and as a bonus they decorate the beds. Very good food for a 4 star hotel, there is always a varied choice, all food is fresh and tasty. The bar has good white wine and beer. I would especially like to mention the hotel staff, everyone is very friendly, always smiling, always ready to provide any help. Service in the hotel is excellent!

Had a small window for vacation, and made worst desision whit hotel, it was good deal (economicly) but please, if you are not Russian or Russian speaking avoid this hotel even on GOOD DEAL. We are from Baltics, first evening we came to check in and first thing we hear “zdrastvite” (Hello on Russian). Dude, i,m in Turkey not Russia, they made instan assumption that we ar Russians, at least greet us in your own language, but nevermind, i speak back in english and fun began, ONE PERSON SEAKS ENGLISH IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL THAT ENGLISH. Room was okay, everyone expects tips from you, when i say everyone i mean EVERYONE. The food repetetive, breakfast was poor and sad.. As you may understand, everyone around us was Russians, evening programs in Russian, and every staff members greets in Russian not even asking if we are Russians.

The hotel has a great location, large territory, greenery everywhere. We are vacationing now in this hotel room 1032, a good view of the sea and the territory of the hotel. The room is equipped with everything you need, cleaning is daily and of high quality. Food in the hotel is good, everything is always fresh and tasty, there is a choice. The hotel has a wonderful staff, diligent, smiling and very kind. Animation is active from morning until evening various entertainment, and in the evening disco. We have a great time!
