Received a birthday cake from hotel and that was a nice gesture. Room was a little small but has basic amenities which was sufficient. Reasonably near to batam ferry terminal and mall. Am happy with the location.

Location: Very close within walking distance from Batam Centre. Although within walking distance, have to beware that there is no pedestrian crossing to the hotel.
Service: Pleasant service from the staff. However a bit disappointed that the room was not prepared in time despite us checking in at around 5PM. Had to wait around the lobby for quite some time. There is welcome drinks available while we wait.
Room: Big and spacious enough for 2 adults. One bad thing is the walls were quite thin so sometimes can hear others voice, and also the doors closing is especially loud.
Meal: Both days we were unable to find seats when we first arrive. Had to walk around for a while before finding table. The offerings were pretty standard. When we arrive at around 9am most of the menu were already finished. Recommended to go early to secure seats and more food options. One plus is it is located at the top floor so there is a good view around the hotel.

Booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room as non-smoking rooms were fully booked. The next day, staff helped to change to a non-smoking room, which was good. Rooms were clean, and the view was okay. Breakfast provided but with limited choices. Overall, and average stay.

hotel is located near to Batam Centre and Mega Mall, hotel is clean and tidy, beds are very comfortable. We had a good rest and enjoyed the fact that it's easy access to Mega Mall. Breakfast was ok in the roof top but the spread can be better.

Very near to Batam Centre ferry terminal, by foot around 7mins, but please aware there's no proper pedestrian pathway. Reception welcomed us warmly and the hotel smells good. Overall it was a very good stay for the price paid. The bed and pillow was super comfy and you can watch netflix and youtube on TV. The breakfast was decent, many option with nice view, but taste wise, some need to be improved. Downside : there's nothing much near the hotel.

If u want cheap hut clean hotel can go for this. Super near to ferry terminal and mega batam mall. Their breakfast was generous too. Have mini gym and swimming pool too.

Dissapointed with the rooms. I traveled with my family. booked 2 rooms and chose this hotel because of interconnecting room. During booking, mentioned that there are interconnecting..but unfortunately, at the reception counter said that only deluxe and superior has this type of room. Need to pay rm300 for upgrade. Then i ended without connecting room.
1 room with leaked aircond.
Others are ok.
Near to megamall n jetty.
Not to far from shopping area...
