Hotel Santika Batam

This was a nice stay. Room decor was modern. Bit on the small side but very clean. Really liked the shampoo and body wash fragrance. Air con temp and water pressure/temp was good. Comfy beds with slippers provided. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast was nice with a great view. Would consider coming back again.

I had a great stay at hotel santika. I got a great view from my room! The people here are very welcoming, the only feedback i have is, the breakfast menu can be improved. The gym and swimming pool as well, gym is really small. So is the pool. Other than that, i had a wonderful and cozy stay. Thank you to all the workers there!

We had a really pleasant stay here overall! The staff were absolutely wonderful—super friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to help with all our requests, easily 5 stars for service. The room was clean and well-kept, though there were a few small areas that could have been tidied a little more thoroughly. Location-wise, it’s very convenient—close to public transport and plenty of eateries, just a little further from some main spots than we expected. Amenities were great too, with all the facilities we needed, only missing a couple of small extra touches. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we’re in the area!

It’s a short walk from the ferry terminal and a nice scent in the lobby. Breakfast is good! Will stay here again!

Hotel Santika is only one along that road. While users comment that it is walkable from ferry terminal, with luggage maybe take Grab. We walked & traffic was a bit heavy & dusty. I like the hotel as we wanted to be away from the town centre. Room is comfrtable. We had 4 or 6 complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was local buffet spread & they had special herbal tea selection which was popular with guests. Only thing is soundproofing as you can hear other guests close their room doors. Pool is good to use. The gym is like a mini gym but functional. Otherwise, you can jog in opposite stadium for exercise. For food, we went to Yong Kee & IBC both recommended by friendly & helpful front staff. One Batam Mall is nearest walkable mall. Also Lotte nearby. Of course Mega Mall Batam Centre is just opposite ferry terminal.
