The location is great, in the medina but right next to the city center. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I forgot 2 phone charges and they returned them on my next stay. I booked a small room but it was decent, the shared bathrooms were clean, its very close to good restaurants. Its a great place for a short stay, close to the train station and a cheap taxi ride away from the bus station. I would return!

very satisfied. Convenient to go anywhere. It's just poor sound insulation. On the first night, I encountered someone who snored in isolation, which was very depressing. But very cheap. The location is also good. The boss speaks English and is very helpful.

This seemed to be the most well reviewed budget option available in Sousse. The rooms were small. Mine only had a fan and no air con. Staff were reasonably helpful. There was nice art on the walls. Cleaning should be done in the evening though. Most guests were showering after coming back from the beach. So the showers were dirty in the evening and early morning. There were cigarette butts in there at one point.

I loved this place very simple rooms were clean and a wonderful location. No facilities etc but lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were brilliant. Next stop is the houria palace which is apparently the worst hotel in tunisia. Been told about this animator helmit and the porters who rob you. Anyway I have my secret camera crew so all should be good Thanks hotel Paris

A nice budget hotel located by the entrance to the Medina and easily accessible to cafes, restaurants, shops, information center, and the station. They have a restaurant right below the hotel for added value. The staff were friendly and attentive. They offer laundry service for a great price. The only concern was that they put the clean laundry in the same bag the dirt ones were in. They could have offered a new bag.

Normally I only write reviews regarding highly recommended spots or places to be avoided. Happily Hotel Paris Sousse falls into the former category. I am not a "bakpacker" and when travelling I am fortuneate to be able stay in a variety of places from $40 to $400 dollars a night. This hostel/small hotel falls at the lower end of price and is located within but on the edge of the medina making it in an ideal position to visit the old and the new town. The rooms are very small but clean, with good hot water and good beds. There is a very nice restaurant attached(Restaurant du Peuple) which is open for breakfast and lunch. All in all excellent value.

Highly recommended. It is located on the street that leads to the medina. Very central. It is a hostel, clean, minimal, unpretentious but very cheap. The furnishings could be a little more refined but it's still fine. We stayed two nights. Friendly reception staff. Does not accept credit card.
