The hotel's location is super convenient, it's clean and hygienic, and the service is very professional. I'd also recommend the breakfast buffet; it has a great variety, especially the noodle soup I had for three days straight – so many toppings, I never got tired of it. It's very close to the subway station and easy to find. It's just two stops on foot to the Shanghai Natural History Museum, which was a comfortable walk on a cooler day. The Shanghai Natural History Museum is a real gem; my 6-year-old loves animals and had a fantastic time exploring it. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Excellent 👍. I'll definitely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Central again when I'm back in Shanghai. The location is superb with a bus stop right outside and a subway station nearby, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The service from all departments was outstanding, hats off to them! 👍

Traveling with my parents, I was quite satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. The price wasn't inflated too much even during the Chinese New Year. It would be even better if the breakfast selection were richer, but overall, it was still pretty good.
