Good location, friendly staff and a variety of options for breakfast.

The service is on spot, the room is tidy and neat. When we check out, the front desk gifted us some small presents which made me feel welcomed.

Hotel was nice clean and i had a very good stay. Overall i am very satisfied and will definitely book again if i am coming back

The most horrible experienced in this hotel . Once I step into the hotel I notice they was a cat sitting on the reception checkin counter . I have cat phobia . I could not go to check in counter and I went into another side of the hall and wave for the staffs to help me . There were not busy as they were no guest during that hour. The staffs were not immediately aware even they were looking at me for some minutes. Then I told them in a louder voice I feared of cat . Then only one of the staff came to me . I told her I have phobia and could not check in the counter but she do not bother much and told me the cat is ok and seem reluctant to helped me . I told her I am seriously scared and only then she tried to take the cat away but non stop having the cat come out . The cat then chasing after me and causing me to running around but the staffs do not care much . It was around 20 minutes for the cat issued before they really took it away . I nearly faint and immediately I need to take medicine for heart and nervous breakdown. The manager then only appear after 20 minutes and assisted me to check in . There were 5 staffs but non of them were friendly and helpful plus giving me nonsense excuses . I told the manager this is not a pet friendly hotel and should not have cat around.

Receptionist Behaviour not so goods with foreigner. Checkout time 2 o’clock and I little late 2:30-2:40 they stop my card and not allow to enter my room again .. So rude service. thank god my languages already I put outside on morning only but I don’t given back to card because I thought I use gym and go for shower for 5 to 10 mints but they not allowing and without checkout they forcefully did my checkout. How is this hotel system I never ever seen this kind of service .. i am very much upset this reputed Brand Atour hotel service like this it is very disgusting.. Shenzhen Sungang located

Clean n better than expected. It is good location. But air cond broke so we change room

We spent a lot of time to check in since the front desk cannot find our booking. The front desk staff free us the hotel breakfast. However, she did not mark it. The restaurant staff told us that breadfast were not inclusive for our rooms, making us embarrassing at that moment.
