I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. I had an excellent experience from the time I am picked up by the hotel from the Hongqiao transport station till checkout. The service was consistently great all the way through. Staff were very helpful and polite. My daughter was unwell with high temperature at 2am and being in a foreign country, it was worrying. The front desk person on duty was so helpful and ordered some medicine which was delivered within half an hour. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. Supper was provided and filling. Shower water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable and we had a great nght sleep. Although my room was noisy from the road traffic, it did not bother u. The hotel is only less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station which can reach to any tourist spots easily. The laundry service was excellent. Clothes were washed, cleaned, ironed and returned by evening. Room was serviced every day. I would recommend everyone to stay here. It was the best hotel that we have stayed during our holiday in China.

As always - a warm welcome back - from front desk to housekeeping- the staff are super nice, efficient and friendly, helps to have the familiarity when away from home for long stints. Had a fab room this time with the view of the Chinese style park - much appreciated. As a single female traveler - feel safe, the hotel is stringent on strangers, no loitering from outsiders. Hotel is in a local neighbourhood so you can check out the eateries etc Hotel is 5 mins walk from Shui Cheng road station on line 10 which can take you to both Honqqiao airport and train station (20-30 mins) - the key exhibition centre as well as easy access for both main exhibition centres in Pudong ( 45- 1 hour) . Also easy access to french concession (shanghai library stop) , Xintiandi, yu garden and east Nanjing road - all key must see areas of Shanghai

The hotel boasts a great location, offering a quiet retreat while still being conveniently close to Hongqiao Railway Station and the airport. Metro Line 2 provides direct access, and Songhong Road Station Exit 5 is less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel. You can also take Metro Line 2 to Pudong Airport, People's Square, and Nanjing Road. Next to the hotel is a shopping complex called Livat, which has a wide variety of restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. I really liked the hotel's French-style decor. The staff were warm and attentive, and the laundry facilities and gym were a great convenience for guests. The breakfast buffet offered a rich and delicious selection. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai! Highly recommended!

The moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm service from front desk staff Jocelyn instantly chased away my travel fatigue. Kiki and Sophia took the initiative to help with my luggage, greeting me with smiles while processing check-in efficiently. When I asked about local itineraries and off-the-beaten-path spots, Angell answered patiently and in detail, even sharing thoughtful tips to avoid pitfalls—friendly yet highly professional. The hotel facilities exceeded all expectations! The room was spacious and bright, with bedding as soft as wrapping myself in a cloud, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom featured a practical dry-wet separation design, clean and tidy, with high-quality bathroom amenities. Thoughtful details like a vanity mirror and hair dryer were all readily available. The biggest highlight was the smart room controls—one touch to adjust the lights and curtains, blending cutting-edge technology with a cozy atmosphere for an extremely comfortable stay. It is conveniently located in a shopping center, so you have several options to eat and do. The access is a bit hidden and complicated for cabs. The three girls at the front desk were very indifferent and a bit rude. I asked as a special requirement that they help me with my luggage since I was coming out of surgery and none of them wanted to do it. I also asked for a room away from the elevators and was assigned a room less than 20 meters away! The room is a small apartment, they do not include cooking accessories or any other amenities Near from the laundry machine they have a lot of humidity .

This is a well-established hotel in Changning District, offering exceptional value for money. While the facilities might be a bit dated, they are very well-maintained.
