The service was warm and attentive. The facilities were complete. The hygiene was clean and tidy. I will stay here again next time. There was also breakfast, which I unfortunately missed due to catching an early train, but I was still very happy.

I arrived at the hotel quite late due to a business trip, but as soon as I got there, the gentle reception from the front desk staff instantly melted away most of my fatigue. I ordered a lot of takeout, and the front desk staff were very prompt in having the robot deliver it to my room – great service! Lastly, I absolutely have to praise the hotel's hot water! I ran it full blast for half an hour, and it was so comfortable I could fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. A really excellent experience. P.S. The most interesting thing was the room's view; you could see the entire street.

The front desk service was warm and attentive, the room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient with plenty of takeout options nearby. There was even a robot service! They even gave me a bottle of water at checkout. Everything was great, definitely recommend.
