Facilities: Though not brand new, the facilities are very well-maintained. Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are good. Environment: It's quiet, and the location is also great. Service: From the front desk to room service, everything was excellent. They even deliver food orders directly to your room.

My stay at the Ascott Senlan Shanghai was absolutely beyond my expectations. The apartment boasts an unparalleled location, surrounded by several parks, with a large green space right downstairs. Within a five-minute walk, there's a subway station, as well as two large shopping malls, Senlan Garden City and Senlan Commercial Plaza, making transportation, dining, and shopping incredibly convenient. The suite we booked was spacious and airy, and opening the window revealed a refreshing green view, which was very therapeutic. What truly impressed me was the service. From check-in guidance to coordinating requests, everything was meticulous and thoughtful, making us feel completely at ease. Especially Kobe, the Front Office Manager, who was both enthusiastic and professional, demonstrating thoughtfulness in every detail. I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience.
