Ascott Properties in Shanghai

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The lobby design is very stylish, and the room was clean and tidy. The biggest surprise was the welcome snacks and a thoughtful card – so many nice touches. The front desk service deserves special praise 👍, they were very professional and enthusiastic. They even upgraded my room during check-in. It was a very satisfying stay, highly recommended!

The location is superb, with various restaurants right outside the door, and the surrounding area is quiet. Ordering takeout is also very convenient with a wide variety of options. Plus, we were upgraded directly to a two-bedroom suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end brands like SMEG. Although it has a certain sense of age, the original setup was definitely top-notch for its time! And there are no strange odors; the furniture is very solid! Don't let the price deter you; the comfort and tranquility this suite offers are absolutely worth every penny!

My stay at the Ascott Senlan Shanghai was absolutely beyond my expectations. The apartment boasts an unparalleled location, surrounded by several parks, with a large green space right downstairs. Within a five-minute walk, there's a subway station, as well as two large shopping malls, Senlan Garden City and Senlan Commercial Plaza, making transportation, dining, and shopping incredibly convenient. The suite we booked was spacious and airy, and opening the window revealed a refreshing green view, which was very therapeutic. What truly impressed me was the service. From check-in guidance to coordinating requests, everything was meticulous and thoughtful, making us feel completely at ease. Especially Kobe, the Front Office Manager, who was both enthusiastic and professional, demonstrating thoughtfulness in every detail. I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience.
