The beds were very comfortable, the shower room was clean with good shower, shampoo/ shower gel dispenser & nice towels. Chocolates in the room were a treat & the receptionist was helpful & informative. The location was opposite Zurriola beach & a short walk from the old town & La Concha beach, handy for bars, restaurants, exploring, sightseeing & beaches. With a beautiful mountain backdrop.

Good location, friendly staff. Unfortunately terribly noisy. You hear the smallest noises, turning over in bed, walking in the rooms, following verbatim conversations of the other guests in the other rooms. Before 8 o'clock the clink of cutlery and crockery and sliding of chairs, etc.

This is a lovely hotel right across Zurriela beach. Andrea checked us in and was helpful throughout our stay. She gave us the best recommendations for Pintxos places and the famous Basque cheesecake. The temperature dropped during our stay and she even gave us recommendations on where to buy warm clothes. The rooms are quite spacious. Beds are comfortable and best part is, the windows can actually be opened, taking advantage of the cool sea breeze. Location wise, it is indeed a bit of a walk to Old Town - maybe 15 to 20 minutes. But it doesn't matter because it's such a lovely walk, and it's a quite retreat at end of each day. Plenty of convenience stores and shops a long the way. Breakfast is a good deal - Jamon, cheese, freshly baked bread, cereals, etc. I really appreciate that they were able to get non-dairy milk for us, which we requested ahead. I definitely recommend this place, and will come back!

Hotel not suitable for families. Very small rooms, booked superior triples and ended up with tiny doubles, with dimensions different from what was presented on booking. I had to go to another hotel and they charged me the entire cancellation fee. Rooms not compliant with the photos and dimensions offered online.

Basic hotel at the end of Zurriola beach. Difficult parking. Very different rooms: those in the basement claustrophobic, those on the ground floor small, those on the first floor better, but without many amenities. The best is the location and the kindness of the person in charge (the one during the day, the one at night is missing). It looks like a hostel from thirty years ago... and expensive.

On arrival our room was not ready even though it was the appointed time. You have to wait an hour... To park, impossible in the streets behind, and yet we turned. So we went to the large parking lot at the end of the beach. 28€ for not even 24 hours. Room with sea view yeah OK when you're on the platform. Terrible night because the air conditioning is blowing at us, with the window open and the noise. Frankly for this high price, I expected much better. Very warm welcome and good breakfast.

Belle vue mais pas bcp plus Chambre un peu petite pour 3, surtout pour la salle de bain qui est juste une porte vitrée, bonjour l'intimité. Pas très bien isolé. Parking payant mais on y arrive quand même. La situation est pas mal au fond de la baie, malgré le parking en dessous qui peut être un peu bruyant. 15 mn à pied du centre ville.

No es hotel de vacaciones Estuve con mi hija y la verdad que la habitacion muy muy cutre y el precio es muy muy elevado en relacion calidad precio, con ruidos constantes, la llave todos los dias falla no hay nadie por la noche y el personal un poco seco la dueña se cruzo con nosotros todos los dias y no nos dio ni los buenos dias La parte positiva esta muy cerca de la playa y estar en la encantadora ciudad de San Sebastian.
