We rented 2 apartments for 2 families. Spacious room, 2 air conditioners, stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes. Everything you need for independent living. As in all apartments, you clean yourself, washing costs 300 baht per set of towels. + Stunning view, spacious, 2 swimming pools, quiet. There is a transfer to the sea, but they are silent about it), spacious parking. -taxi drivers of course don’t want to go here, the climb is 80 m uphill. But we just went down and called, the climb is perceived as additional fitness. I can’t write anything about the service, because... the entire service consists of transferring keys.

I really liked the apartments. Two rooms with private toilets plus a large kitchen-living room. There are almost all kitchen utensils. Great view from the balcony to the beach. Of the minuses, this is quite a small additional fee for electricity and cleaning

Spacious family room with sea view. It was clean. Before our arrival, minor cosmetic repairs were made. The staff is friendly. The climb to the hotel is a test of endurance🥵

Had a great time at this place! I vacationed with 2 children (6 and 11 years old). The apartment has everything you need: kitchen appliances (everything for cooking, storing, heating food), dishes, a very decent dining area; Air conditioning, huge bed. The bed linen and towels are clean and in excellent condition (although replacement costs apply). There are 2 clean and fairly large swimming pools, one overlooking the sea. On some days there is a shuttle service to and from the beach. There is a fairly steep climb to the hotel, but children run in and play, and adults get extra exercise instead of fitness.

Great place for a family vacation. Spacious apartment with everything you need for living. Stunning sea view. Two large swimming pools with a bar. Nice gym. All infrastructure is within walking distance, including shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, street food.

Overall, not bad. The apartments are a little tired, it's obvious. The climb up the mountain to the condo is difficult, but we had a bike, so we didn’t feel it too much. I would not recommend it to people with children, strollers and no transport. The room itself was large, bright and airy. But the air conditioner was very noisy, it was difficult to sleep at night without earplugs. There is a separate charge for electricity, 700 baht for 4 days of stay. The tariff seems to be 7.5 baht per 1 kilowatt. We only used the air conditioning at night, i.e. consumption was not high. It's ok for a few days, but it's unlikely to last longer.

Building A, 3rd floor. The view was so nice. The Karon Sea spreads out wide Seeing the beautiful sunset every day, The swimming pool was also nice. However, electricity charges are separate.

We shared a four bedroom apartment between two families. Plenty of room and the apartment was very well equipped. The apartment is up a steep hill from the road but it is a short trek and most of the modern tuk tuks can make it up the hill. The pool was lovely and never crowded. It was a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants close by.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment through AirBnB, which was a 3rd of the price if you book through the Resava website. This makes it very affordable for what you are getting. We stayed 2 weeks with our 2 kids (8 & 3) and it really was a home away from home, albeit in Paradise! The apartment had everything we needed to live comfortably - good kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, 2 TV's, spa on balcony - oh yes, the balcony with views over all of Karon and sunsets to die for. The steep climb to the apartment from the main road will test those with mobility issues or those who are not fit, but it won't kill you and we did it a few times. But where we could, which was often, we used the free tuktuk shuttle service provided by the apartment complex which would take you anywhere in Karon within a reasonable distance, and with a call to the office they will pick you up also. It operates between 9am and 6pm. A tuktuk from the beach to the apartment (up the hill) is 200bht, so it is a really convenient location. All amenities are close by, with 7/11 and family mart and massages within 5min. TukTuk service will take you and pick you up also. The 2 pools are great, especially the infinity pool with amazing views over Karon. For a family or group of friends, staying here is ideal if you don't want the hustle and bustle of Patong - which is only 10min away on TukTuk (400bht). It is up on the hill, away from the noise but views to die for. Again, I rented from AirBnB and got a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the ocean for a great price. I can't talk about the other apartments, but if staying here, you definitely want ocean views.

We paid $500 for a 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment with sea views.The Apartment was A11 on the 4th floor,and quite frankly the apartment was in a shabby condition,with rusting chromeware in the 2 bathrooms-a coat of paint generally was needed.Mr ULA is the owners agent and I told him my views-he told me he "did not give a sh.." that the owner was Thai and he did not wish to keep the apartment in the condition consistent with the high price!! The access road to the apartment block is EXTREMLY steep and frankly only suitable for rock climbers! My advice is that this apartment block is not worth the money and that you should try the Phunawa Resort Karon Beach(where we have also stayed)-for much better value for money

Don't book this hotel, it was terrible! We stayed for 5 nights and it was terrible. The furniture is old and not functional, the bed is broken and the apartment smells. The toilet is dirty and smelly, and initially the balcony door couldn't lock, giving someone access to the apartment. There was a safe, but it didn't work even though we bought batteries for it. We tried contacting the host through Airbnb but received no response and no one answered when we called. I often book on Airbnb, but I've never had an experience like this. The most important thing is that the host simply doesn't answer and you are left helpless

"Hello, I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights and I was already skeptical. The path there is so steep that it is not doable on foot. If you have a car, it is a little easier, but anyone without a car or a rental scooter is 100% stuck. After we got our apartment, it turned out that the balcony sliding door did not work. It could not be locked and the safe was also not working. So we were afraid to store our things here anywhere. The apartment was also in great need of renovation and looked old and ugly. The bed was a disaster; the slats of the slatted frame were hanging down. Until we got the apartment, the landlord was pretty quick to write back. However, after receiving the key, he did not get in touch again. Something like: bad luck."
