Very good location.., it’s close to the Footprint Center (NBA - Suns game).., around ten minutes walking. Spacious room.. (two queen beds), with good amenities. Elevators ok..! Good breakfast..! There’s a bar in the lobby.., cozy place to eat and drink. I’d stay again…!!

The room was clean. I didn't try breakfast because I woke up too late. 11:00 am checked out so be ready because at 11:04 they already getting nervous.

Downtown, opposite ASU, hotel parking is $42, I went to a nearby parking lot for 30. There are no shops or anything in the city center.
