Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi Reviews

This hotel offers great value for money. It's split into two buildings, the main one and an annex, and the front desk staff are really friendly. On my first day, I was exhausted from taking the Shinkansen to Osaka, so I stayed in my room until 12:30 PM the next day. Even though I had a 'do not disturb' sign on my door, a staff member called to ask, 'Do you need a refill of tissues and towels?' I told her no, and she even double-checked, 'Nothing?' I confirmed, 'Yes, nothing needed.' You might wonder why I'm mentioning this small detail, but last November, I stayed at a local hotel for 9 nights (I specifically requested not to have my room cleaned daily). On the days my room wasn't cleaned, when I went to the front desk to ask for tissues, I was told off twice and told not to ask for tissues every day, which really annoyed me. So, the fact that Hatton proactively asked if I needed anything replenished really highlights that for this price, the service is excellent. P.S. My room type had a window that could be fully opened, but you need staff to open and close it with a special tool. They said it's for safety, which I understand. The moment the window opened, I felt really good. Also, if you walk from Daimaru Department Store, it's a bit closer. Go in from the intersection near the Swatch store, walk straight, cross a road, and you'll find it.

Several times I stayed in HeartOn Shinsaibashi. Its is location it very convenient, only 2 minutes to Daimaru by walk. If you arrive in Shinsaibashi station by Subway, gate 8 is the nearest to hotel. This trip I met a problem of Wifi, half time I could not connect by my iPhone 16 Pro. Anyhow HeartOn will be my best choice forever bcs it is the best hotel beside Daimaru & Shinsaibashi subway station on such price.

The location is fantastic, right across from Daimaru Department Store. The hotel is cleaned daily, and it's divided into a main building and an annex.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's right next to Daimaru department store, so you can go shopping and then head straight upstairs to drop off your bags. The room price is also pretty reasonable for Japan. The only downside is that the staff are a bit cold and aren't very proactive in helping with issues.

The room is well-equipped, and it even comes with pajamas. There's a pantry on the sixth floor with an ice machine and disposable cups. I stayed in the annex, but couldn't find a coffee machine there. You can store your luggage on both your check-in and check-out days, which is very convenient. Right outside, there's a FamilyMart convenience store, and even better, you just cross one traffic light to reach Shinsaibashi shopping street. The building across the street is full of luxury brands, including Chanel bags and clothing. Inside the mall, you'll find cosmetics from all the major luxury brands – absolutely everything you could want. Plus, the duty-free and discounted prices are incredibly appealing.

This is a decent business hotel with an excellent location. I stay here every time I visit. It's a five-minute walk to Daimaru Department Store, and everything you could need is nearby. The front desk staff can communicate fluently in English.

I really liked the room, but there was one drawback: I couldn't open the window for fresh air, and sometimes it felt a bit stuffy. The hotel's breakfast was absolutely delicious, truly fantastic! And the price was the lowest I found around Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori.

Excellent! Super close to the city center, and it's basically right across from the subway exit, which makes the location incredibly convenient. The room is small, but very clean. Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean, strategically located and the staff are helpful. My only complaint is the hotel's wifi, very unstable.

This time I stayed in the annex building, which is right across from the main building. The lobby on the first floor also has a self-service area offering coffee, tea bags, and daily toiletries. What's particularly great is the 12 PM check-out time, which is later than most other hotels, so you don't have to rush to pack in the morning. This kind of thoughtful service is a big reason why I recommend this place.
